Abstract :
The aim of the study: The purpose of this study, "examines the relationship betweenjob stress, health, intelligence, job satisfaction and employee performance AzadUniversity of Jerusalem" is.Methods: This study is an applied research. Also categorized in terms of datacollection is a descriptive co relational research. Based on three domains: cognitive,emotional and behavioral was used. To investigate the factors of job satisfactionquestionnaire of 12 questions to test components Intelligence JDI questionnaireFAGHIHI A. (1388), which is reduced to 20 items, was used. (The meaning of the jobperformance will be diminished with increasing work pressure). In addition, the sumof the highest rate of job satisfaction is related to the variable.Results: The results show that the studied variables, namely: public health, jobsatisfaction and organizational intelligence, Islamic Azad University of Jerusalempositive impact on employee performance, but due to the beta provided betweenjob strainvariation and the negative effects found (the meaning of the jobperformance will be diminished with increasing workpressure). In addition, the sumof the highest rate of job satisfaction is related to the variable.Conclusion: According to the obtained results of the analysis concluded thatuniversity managers should sample as much as possible on the job satisfaction ofemployees grow and employees of the reduced pressure to obtain the bestperformance scores.
