Lack of stability in identity for urban residences remarkably resulted in rupture of any connection between inhabitants and environment or the inhabitants themselves. “At the top priority, museums are expected to preserve the identity of culture in a society. Museums play a key role in preservation of culture, and in another word, these monuments are the essentiality of survival, as well as durability for a human society”. In addition, the case study city (Shiraz) has two benefits: a cultural tissue in city, and having lots of museum visitors. Thus this city needs more spaces like museums and other cultural buildings. Amongst the most popular monuments is Martyr and War museum which implicate the approach of today life of Iranian society. However, the crucial objective of this study is to present the general principles for designing a museum as a branch of planning. Although we know the population of city, but estimating the necessary space of a museum is difficult. Consequently, the current study includes estimation of per capita, as well as spaces suitable for such projects. For this purpose, based on previous studies, as well as samples and statistics are used to estimate the population and visitors using sampling and standards. This study aims to seek a proper method to estimate the number of visitors, as well as occupied spaces for Martyr Museum located in Fars Province. Overall, there could be counted four different methods for the current study, including: estimation of population and per capita, sampling from present spaces, sampling of visitors, estimation of per capita and spaces. In each step, certain statistics were needed. After estimating of population, as the most preliminary method, based on universal, as well as Iranian per capita reference, necessity or non-necessity of the museum construction was assessed. In the second method, occupied spaces of certain internal and external museums were compared and the total required space was eventually calculated. Third step was processed on the basis of sampling from visitors of war museums worldwide and museums located in Tehran and Shiraz City (particularly Martyr museum). Finally, according to the statistics, simply number of visitor and required spaces for constructing these monuments could be assessed. Results showed the considerable lack of cultural areas like museums in Iran and the whole region. In this regard, per capita considered for cultural spaces in the country is less than universal standards. Moreover, the total visits of this Museum in daily visits and peak visits for special days were evaluated. Results illustrated that number of visits from Martyr museum showed a significant difference compared with other museum which attract every cultural designer. Meanwhile, space of the whole cultural area is estimated by comparing the other Iranian monuments. Thereupon, calculation of the required spaces would be simplified in this manner. However, as induced from the present study, physical planning of a process is basically structured on the basis of society requirements. Hence, the current presented method could be applicable for the further physical plans in future. Manuscript profile

One of the rather new issues in the realm of protective victimology of the national and above all, internationally levels is the study and investigating particular types of victimization. Accordingly, it is advisable that a new branch of protective victimology concerning special vulnerable victims be created which could be referred to as differential protective victimology. To this end, The present paper, briefly investigating the concept and definition of vulnerable victims and its special kinds of protective measures adopted based on the differential criminal policies, attempts to answer a basic question as to whether the urgency for differentially protecting vulnerable victims has been well-established in criminal sciences teaching? In response, we can conclude that although in most criminal sciences teaching mentioned in this paper, the protection of victims, especially vulnerable victims and differentially protecting have not been directly and clearly discussed, a logically relationship between criminal sciences teaching and their concepts and contents with the urgency for a special protective of vulnerable victims could be established through indirect and covert interpretation. To put it differentially, the issue of protecting vulnerable victims is hidden in the heart of each of the above-mentioned branches. Manuscript profile

Abstract: In our country, where the young generation of athletes constitutes a high percentage of the population, environmental education can have a significant effect on strengthening environmental culture and achieving sustainable development goals. The purpose of the present study is to provide a model of the effectiveness of environmental and health teachings on the citizenship behavior of athletes in Semnan province. This research is of applied type in terms of outputs and descriptive-analytical in terms of data review method. The statistical research community of athletes in Semnan Province is the pilot of the research. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, whose validity and reliability have been accepted. Structural equation modeling was used to design the model. The results showed that the teachings of environmental and health teachings on the citizenship behavior of athletes is effective and the model has sufficient and favorable fit. Therefore, despite the existence of awareness and a relatively appropriate attitude towards the environment, the majority of people have performed poorly in terms of environmental behavior. Therefore, having environmental awareness cannot be a guarantee for environmental behavior, but in the meantime, there is a need for conditions and social structure that encourage and facilitate environmental behavior.                                                                               Manuscript profile

Background and Objective: Nowadays, one of the most important strategies in the face of the increased population of cities is the design of green space in part of the urban structure. Empowerment at the urban and regional levels should meet the needs of life and respond to the needs of citizens. Agriculture has a valuable heritage in Iran and depreciating it in this rich and talented country not only threatens food security, but also endangers environmental health. Since issues such as population growth and climate change require considering the environment. The purpose of this article is to promote environmental conditions by creating an agricultural museum site and establishing a link between the man-made environment and natural environment in order to provide good conditions for education and create a good environmental culture and expand the recreational space. Methodology: The present study uses a descriptive and analytical research method. After describing the previous studies in this field as well as their function, the approaches and goals related to agricultural education in the city and its suburbs will be discussed and the proposed activities on Agricultural Museum Site will be classified into six factors and their impact on each of the mentioned approaches will be analyzed. Findings: The findings of the research show that urban and suburban agricultural approaches, productive urban landscape, design of ecosystems and performance analysis of each one, including their educational, tourism, recreational, economic, social and cultural roles and climatic changes help promote the quality of the natural environment Discussion and Conclusion: The Agricultural Museum Site is a naturalistic approach and presented as an educational approach to promote the urban environment in this research. Therefore, the allocation of urban and suburban lands to productive lands, such as the Agricultural Museum Site and its proper management as part of the social spaces of cities and a place for social interactions have helped revive the green space and improve the quality of the living environment in the city. Today، theoretical sciences are practiced through experimental and practical activities. In other words، sciences such as physics and biology، which are derived from nature، have turned into fundamental bases for the study of other subjects such as arts and architecture. Taking architectural ideas out of natural features is being widely used in modern architects' works (such as the Fractal and Revolutionary ideas)، so a need arises here to find some media to generalize scientific details in different fields and apply them to the details in architecture. To find these intermediaries، the involved process is moving from instances to the generalities to reflect them in architectural instances of expressing natural features directly in the architectural forms which must be avoided and instead we should observe general rules of nature and then reflect them in the architecture. The process of 'from slight to whole and from whole to slight' or the so-called 'architectural creativity' will result in prominent and lasting works in our provided architecture that they are derived from natural observations. The subject-matter has been dealt with in this article.  The article consists three major parts as fallows. • A study of religious، mystical and functional aspects، as well as the philosophy of nature.  • Looking for some principles governing natural phenomenon which could be useful in generating forms.  • A study of natural forms for architects and designers.  Manuscript profile

Fromancient times, one ofthe fourtypes ofliterature which has been– by common consensus –emphasized among outstanding nations in culture and civilization is Didactic Literature. Didactic Literature is a kind of literature in which the creator of the work indirectly places two concepts of good and evil against each other while trying to teach the ethical and moral implications to human beings that, in the classical literature of the world, is generally stated through the language of animals (i.e. fable) in the form of advice. Among didactic works of the world, two are more-than-others involved in the ethics and morality; Aesop myths and Kelileh-va-demneh, the former is in the west whereas the latter is belonged to the east.   Therefore, the present study aims at reviewing and analyzing some of the ethical principles in Aesop myths and Kelileh-va-demneh which have venerable place in the history of world literature and which are emphasized by a lot of ethic-oriented thinkers in the realm of didactic literature.   It should be mentioned that these two works, in their teachings, have dealt with religious, social, and political issues more than other fields in society.  Manuscript profile

Islamic law has moved towards combating the phenomenon of crime and preventing the occurrence of crime by using the two components of punishment and correction, treatment and rehabilitation and combining these two components with each other. In Islamic law, inspired by the Qur'anic teachings and based on the inspiring teachings of this holy book, it seems that the component of correction, treatment and rehabilitation is preferred to the component of punishment, and Islamic law, as the creator of many new criminal and criminological policies, The title of the last way to fight crime (if the offender is not corrected) has been used and it can be said that Islamic teachings are in accordance with scientific standards due to their firmness on pure human nature. In addition, Islamic law based on Quranic teachings is the first law that pays attention to the personality of the accused and in fact the creator of Islamic law and the founder of criminology, ie the science of attention to the personality of the convict and long before the emergence of the school of research. Therefore, the first sparks of attention to the personality of the accused can be seen in Islamic law. For this reason, Islamic law is the creator of the school of criminology.   Manuscript profile

Holistic view, simplistic writing and emphasis on the guidance of the Quran, rationalism in interpretation and not following the interpretation method of the predecessor are the main indicators of this new interpretation approach. The book "Al-Tafseer Lektab Allah Al-Munir" by Ayatollah Mohammad Karami, one of the contemporary elders, is one of the contemporary social interpretations. He, who is one of the commentators of the Khuzestan region, has chosen the method of social interpretation according to the current conditions. Therefore, the main goals of this article, after referring to the indicators of social interpretation, is whether the mentioned commentator has observed the social indicators in his interpretation? Can the mentioned interpretation be called a social interpretation only? The linkage among Persian literature and Islamic mysticism is so high that conducting any research in the most of literary works will be cumbersome in the absence of perception and understanding of Islamic mysticism. Carrying on leading research and studies on mysticism owns a more focal necessity and importance specially in the field of  mystic literature. "Adab al Moridin" or "Handbook of Disciples" is one of the written measures of mystical literature in the field of spiritual instructing and training of disciples and trainees in Tarighat (religious mysticism). This research is aimed at introducing these lesser known and observed resources. After finding, listing and academic reviewing of the same mystical handbooks and considering the absence of specific and significant record about the aforementioned "Adab al Moridin"s and shortage of resources we decided to examine and sctutinise the handbooks of mystical instructions Through recruiting and analysing existing" Adab al Moridin"s until the 13th century, the present research has led to the instructional methods of the Tarighat. One of the most used methods in educational and moral teachings is the use of allegory. Poets and writers have always tried to convey rational, mental, and abstract concepts to their readers and audiences effectively and efficiently with the help of allegory. Indian-style poets used it in their writings considerably. What has also made a tremendous impact in educational literature, is the use of allegory to teach ethics and give advice. Nemat Khan Aali Shirazi was a famous poet of the Indian court in the 11th and 12th centuries of Hijri. And because it is necessary to examine the use of allegory, and its various functions in a literary work, the purpose of this research is to study the use of allegory in Nemat Khan Aali's poems to express moral concepts. In this research, we are looking for the answer to the role of allegory in Nemat Khan Aali's poems. And which of the types of allegory has he used more to express moral concepts? And how successful he has been? Although many books and articles have been written about allegory and its use in poets' divans, so far no article has been published about the use of allegory in Nemat Khan Aali's poems. This research has been done in library-style and case-study methods and has a descriptive-analytical approach. Based on the findings of this research, among the types of short (descriptive) allegories, he has paid more attention to allegorical similes and equation styles. Manuscript profile

Islamic communities are infected with severe combination of mind and behavior. After a few centuries of development in civilization of Islamic communities, invasion of various enemies and outbreak of successive wars, and internal clashes as well as excommunication of Muslims by some Islamic faiths, the Islamic community went through a regression toward barbarism. This regression came along with acceptance of dominating cultures that revealed its scientific potentiality in material technology during recent centuries and had a remarkable advancement in these arenas. This is how the life style of mind and behavior combination took shape so that not only didn't it bring about development, but it also caused the regression of Islamic communities and domination of enemies of religion and nations. By the study of life style in Islamic communities and the cause of recent problems in the Islamic world, the writer endeavors to account for a solution and try to prove that the only way left is turning back toward Islamic life style via application of the Koranic, Islamic, and mystical teachings. Because the loftiest and most comprehensive life style is a program that is extracted from divine knowledge and revelation teachings. To this end, the educated Muslims have presented their careers in proportion to the philosophical scientific approach and their learnings from Islam and their findings. Amidst these, mystics have also expressed some instructions on achieving spiritual life and optimal living according to their learnings from Islam and their own intuitive and internal findings. It is obvious that life style mostly deals with behavior; however, determining behavior is overshadowed with ideas, beliefs, and findings. Manuscript profile

Bahmannâmeh, by the sage Iranshâh Ibne Abelkheir, is one of the epics of the late fifth century A.H. which concerns about the life of Bahman, Esfandiyar’s son, and his battles with the Rostam’s family. Bahmannâmeh is one of those books which have been composed by imitating Ferdosi’s Shâhnâmeh and we can consider its poet as one of the most successful followers of Ferdosi. One of the prominent features of this book is its moral and motto instructions which are noticed by every reader. Iranshâh Ibne Abelkheir, like the other poets of epic stories, has had a full familiarity with the Islamic and Iranian beliefs and learnings and one can see the reflection of these thoughts, clearly, in the moral and motto instructions of Bahmannâmeh. In this search, we have tried to explore the Islamic and Iranian roots of those instructions, as well as express them. Manuscript profile

Imagination is one of the most important pillars of the rhetoric system which extends the scope of the poet's imagination and dynamism of the world of poetry. A detailed examination of the image can reveal the scope of the poet's imaginary circle, his/her inner desires and motivations. Image, also, can be a criterion for determining the artistic value of the poet's work and his innovations in the realm of imagination. The image is one of the most significant stylistic features of Indian style, which is connected to social context more than other styles of Persian poetry. Sa'eb Tabrizi is the most prominent poet of this style, whose book of poems is full of imageries originated from social contexts. He has paid special attention to popular language and culture, and has employed common allusions and expressions of his time in order to shape the imaging in his poetry. National and religious teachings have been strongly reflected in the Sa'eb's book of poems. Innovative and brand new poetic images can be recognized in Sa'eb's poetry and his contemporaries which either cannot be seen or can be spotted scarcely in the poems of his predecessors. Focusing on the folkloric treasure of his society, Saeb is one of the best among all Persian poets in terms of theme creation. Applying content analysis, this paper examines the realm of imagination in Sa'eb's poetry in terms of national and religious teachings that the poet employed in his poetic image structure, Manuscript profile

there is a mental affinity between the Arab and Persian poets due to their common religious and cultural roots. in this regard, Dabal Khuzai and Naser Khosrow, as two Shiite poets, have been particularly impressed with mental and moral issues under the influence of genuine Islamic sources. examining the verdicts of two poets with a comparative approach (American) and a descriptive-analytical method, in two sections of praise and blessing, shows that among the teachings of admonition, such as rationalism and science-learning, "generosity and despair"; "good companion"; "tolerance and patience" it has been prominent. also, the doctrines of the decree in the court of the two poets are "sacredness"; "pride and hypocrisy"; "jealousy"; "vicious promise"; "defamation"; "defamation". the views of Dabal Khuzai and Naser Khorsrow have differences based on the teachings of rationalism and science education and the "worldly" are also close. Nasser emphasized on the social, political and moral functions of science and intellect to the people who were aware of the false prophecies of Abbasid caliph under the influence of the false propaganda of Abbasid caliphate, but Dabal Khuzai referred only to its ethical point of view. also, Dabal's glance at the world and its manifestations is twofold (positive and negative) and Naser Khosrow's approach is one-dimensional (negative). the way in which the terms of a sentence are expressed in Naser Khorshw's court is often explicit in the poems of the Dabal, sometimes direct and sometimes indirect. also, the verbal matters in Naser Khosrow's poems are expressed more coherently. With the excessive consumption of energy and its risks, which has become a global concern, paying attention to indigenous technologies becomes more important day by day. In the process of globalization, local cultural diversities have been threatened, and among these, the concern of weakening the roots of diverse identity and especially the cultural differences belonging to rural populations has always been raised as the main challenge of international discussions in recent years. The set of these developments has been the focus of a new look at modern concepts in the field of the concept of heritage as well as museology knowledge. According to what was noticed about the evolutionary process of Eco-museums, this cultural, social and environmental phenomenon can be described as a symbolic evolution in the age of globalization. A phenomenon that initially arose due to economic reasons and then gained strength with government investment and was gradually mixed with popular participation. Further, its protection goals were emphasized and various elements were added to it. Gradually, the communication between sciences found a more prominent role in the management of Eco-museums, and educational goals were also seen in it, which is a sign of the professionalization of the concept of Eco-museums in the thinking of the 20th century. The present study was developed with the aim of explaining the role of the Ecosophical approach in promoting the sustainability of the local heritage of Eco-museums in order to answer these questions: What role does the Ecosophical approach play in promoting the sustainability of the local heritage of Eco-museums? How can eco-museums, considering this approach, while developing some of their environmental capabilities, play a significant role in the field of knowledge and understanding of the traditional space of subcultures? The framework of the research is based on the analysis of the famous French thinker Felix Guattari's point of view in the comparative study of the ecosophy concept in the relationship between the body, environment and human needs as three influencing factors on the quality of body design and based on that, the initial research model is designed. It has been laid out. Then, according to the theoretical foundations of the approaches related to the concept of eco-museum, another model is presented in relation to the interaction of the concept of eco-museum with the approaches of social-cultural Contextualism / social sustainability and architecture inspired by nature, and finally the main model of the research is based on the relationship between the two The first model was formed and their common components were extracted. This research was conducted in a comparative manner and with a qualitative approach with the help of documentary studies, in which the historical-interpretive research method was used in the part of gathering theoretical-historical foundations and the descriptive-analytical research method was used in the context of examining the sample under study (Rural Heritage Museum of Guilan). The statistical population includes all Eco-museums, and the sample population includes those eco-museums that have stylistic affinities in terms of physical and functional similarities. Finally, the analytical model of the research is designed based on the adaptation of Felix Guattari's point of view (about Ecosophy) and the approaches of Contextualism, social sustainability and ecosystem architecture. The results of the research show that there are significant similarities in the comparative comparison of each of the components of Ecosophy in the three levels of mental ecology, social ecology and natural ecology with the approaches examined (including social sustainability, Socio-cultural Contextualism and ecosystem architecture) and these similarities in Eco-museums and Especially the rural heritage museum of Guilan has been manifested in the form of objective, functional and physical similarities. Using new approaches of social sustainability and cultural Contextualism, eco-museums present a new meaning of the words heritage, protection and education to their visitors and subculture. Eco-museums can be considered as a special geographical area where cultural heritage is protected and through people's participation, they try to create a coherent network to introduce the knowledge of the past to the current and future generations. From this point of view, eco-museums are considered as spaces completely dependent on nature, which have rediscovered their form in the course of social developments. Places with real identity that are considered local, national and global capital. Manuscript profile

Considering the need for housing in recent decades as one of the most basic human needs, and in line with the country's major policies and the importance of home in the religion of Islam, Thus, the emphasis on the principles of housing architecture design, according to the Islamic epistemic system, seems to be an important and indispensable factor in achieving the desired quality of housing. Thus, the present study seeks to answer the question of how well the original Islamic and Qur'anic concepts have been able to be expressed in contemporary physical and functional dimensions in the context of contemporary housing patterns. While explaining the components of Islamic value in the field of housing architecture, in this regard, this research will be done through a combination of two main steps. In the first step, by descriptive-analytical research method and by gathering information in the form of library and documentary studies with the help of first-rate religious sources (Quran Majid), he will extract religious concepts and then specialize the concepts according to the theoretical foundations of research. In the second step, we will evaluate and prioritize the indicators presented in the analytical model from the experts' point of view and evaluate the same indicators in the case samples by fuzzy hierarchy (AHP) technique. The results show that architectural patterns derived from Qur'anic concepts and teachings can be classified into two domains of functional and physical architecture components in Islamic housing. According to the experts, the sub-components of "location" and "geometry" with the weights of 0.217 and 0.275 have the highest importance factor in the functional and physical components, respectively. Abstract: The purpose of writing the present paper is to study the Umm al-Qura, Iranian Civilization and the coalition and alliance doctrines. Which one of the above doctrines is related to foreign policy of Iran? Why among the three said doctrines, the doctrine of Umm-al-Qura can better explain the foreign policy of Iran and shaping of the post Imam Khomeini era foreign policy behavior? The underlying hypothesis is that taking into consideration the universalistic and Islamic feature and objectives and also prescriptive discourse of Iranian foreign policy, prevalence of Islamic culture in foreign policy, based on idealistic Shiite Islam, the doctrine of Umm- al-Qura has a better capability for explaining and interpreting Iran’s Foreign policy. The finding of the study shows that the other two doctrines are not suitable to explain Iran’s foreign policy due to their lack of attention to role of Islam in foreign policy and undervaluing the Islamic idealistic Shiite interest in connection with national interests. The method of data collection is library materials and analyzing data is explanative-comparative. Manuscript profile

Dualism in the theology of Mazda Yasna is a fundamental concept which is philosophically significant. Dualism in Zoroaster's Gathas is started with a fight between Sepand Mainyu and Angra Mainyu and then is organized in the form of a confrontation between Ahura Mazda and Ahriman throughout the Late Avesta. In Pahlavi scripts, dualism is interwoven with the ontology, and Zoroaster’s dualistic worldview is shaped in the form of creation and evolution of the universe based upon the struggle between Ahura Mazda and Ahriman. This struggle continues for four periods and it finally ends in Ahura Mazda’s victory and Ahriman’s defeat. In this research, firstly, the principles in the ontology of Pahlavi scripts were explored based on the traditional reports about creation. Then, the existing training implications in this ontology were extracted through an analytical-inferential method. Elevating the spiritual intelligence and wisdom, doing good deeds, developing the ability of ethical judgement based upon the existing dialectic in the universe, considering the unity of human being with the universe, and protecting the nature and natural phenomena are among the training implications inferred from the ontology of Pahlavi scripts.   Manuscript profile

Qaboosnāmeh is one of the didactic and educational literary texts in Persian literature. With a kind of iconoclasm, Onṣor-al-Maʿāli sometimes complicates the language and make the meanings difficult to be gotten by consciously breaking away from the tradition. He inserts codes into the underlying layers of the text and by doing so, he guides the keen audience towards the meaning. In the contemporary area, one of the major branches of semiotics is analyzing new dimensions of a text, which is called cryptography. Roland Barthes has done researches in this realm and has divided the codes into five types of action, hermeneutic, symbolic, semantic and cultural; he has also described a function for each. The present article, by using library sources and descriptive-analytical method explored the ethical foundations of parent-child relationships in two chapters of Qaboosnāmeh (ninth and twenty-seventh) based on Barthes' cryptographic theory to explore the secondary purposes of the author in narrating the didactic tales. The general results of the research show that at the level of cultural codes, both religious ideology and intertextuality have had a comprehensive occurrence in explaining the educating. Hermeneutic codes have been effective in representing the ambiguous dimensions of the didactic narrative. Binary oppositions in symbolic codes emphasize the recurrent contrast between good and evil. Examining the semantic codes, it has been found that the storyteller used religious words and phrases, explained the meaning-oriented semantic system. In addition, to strengthen the audience's awareness, he explained his desired educational points. Furthermore, his using the action codes has also had a significant effect on the objectification of moral relationships between children and parents.   Manuscript profile

Didactic-ethical tenets are among the basic aims of great poets and writers. These teachings play an important role in the formation and establishment of correct didactic-ethical foundations in human societies. Jean de Fonte, one of the French classic writers of seventeenth-century, has not limited didactic literature to mere dictation and propagation of sermons and advices. He has tried to consider different didactic-ethical issues and evaluate them on the basis of addressee’s characteristics, then represent in the form of myths what in his opinion is an obstacle in the way of social development for children. He believes that myth is compatible with the sensitive spirit of a child and makes didactic-ethical concepts which are mostly abstract, tangible for them. This study, by means of a descriptive-analytic approach, has been undertaken to delineate La Fonte’s didactic-ethical thoughts in his collection of myths. The aimof the study is to tell the audience what are the didactic-ethical teachings in La Fonte’s mythsas well as what is his approach in communicating those tenets. The findings say that La Fonte’s didactic-ethical thoughts such as: knowledge-improving,encouraging to work hard and make efforts, deprecating flattery, leading to peace and amenity, and altruism have been expressed in the form of imaginary fables and parables and has provided new perspectives of these didactic-ethicals.In this way, he has succeeded to bridge a gap between the hard and practical social life of men and the dreamy and sweet world of children to improve and elevate human values.   Manuscript profile

Jāme al-Asrār, a mystical-didactic essay written by Mohammad Ali Isfahāni, also called Noor Ali Shāh (died in 1212 AH), the famous mystic of the early thirteenth century AH. Imitating Sa'di's Golestān, Jāme al-Asrar has been written both in verse and prose by him. Noor Ali Shāh is one of the leading mystics of the Qajar period, from whom many mystical works of prose and poetry have been left. Studying his works will help understanding the mystical literature of the Qajar period. This paper aims at answering the following questions: What didactic trainings could be found in Jāme al-Asrar and what techniques did he uses to train them? In this study, the didactic lessons of Jāme al-Asrār were investigated by using a descriptive-analytic approach, and some of its salient didactic teachings were classified into three main headings (theoretical mysticism, moral-educational, and Mystical-Sufi). The results show that though like Sa'di, he paid much attention to moral and educational lessons due to the general popularity of Sa'di's Golestān to these matters, like many others who embark to write a similar work to Golestān as one of the masterpieces of Persian literature, however, in Noor Ali Shāh's Jāme al-Asrār, the Mystical-Sufi teachings which was the ultimate reason for writing this treatise, is higher in frequency than the other two classified subjects. The author has also used both the direct and the indirect methods of teaching the concepts and has used tricks such as storytelling, teaching through dialogue between characters, teaching through prayers, training through advice, and training through questions and answers and in writing this work. It is also inferred that the writer has paid attention to all levels of society from ordinary people to the high rank mystics as his audience. Manuscript profile

In the genre of didactic literature the goal of author is the teaching of wisdom, ethics, the explanation of moral and educational issues, as well as religious and philosophical ideas in the society. The emergence of moral and intellectual deterioration as well as inhuman relationships in the society leads to increase of didactic poems among orator and poets.  Moreover, the intensity of deterioration in the society especially among higher classes ( the political and religious rulers) and  its spread among  ordinary people cause many poets as intellectual figure of their time age to review and criticize the actions of these people  in their works. Besides ethical teachings and explanation of educational issues their poetry became a protest against religious and political rulers. Nezami like an attentive sociologist examines the behaviors of his community. His poem is the mirror of individual and social behaviors of his society that depicted quite it very well, that it is the best. The present article studies the didactic factors in Azhari’s poems. By using a descriptive-analytical method based on Azhari’s poems, the researchers also attempt to answer what didactic teachings are in Azhari’s Resale-ye Kamal and what methods did the poet use to explain them? Through answering this question, the researchers argue that praising the Prophet’s family and Imams, the eulogy of the Safavid sultans, virtual love, the description of life events, satire and sarcasm are the main themes of Azhari's poetry. Like many previous poets, the poet advises and teaches goodness (affirmative education) to his specific and general audience, or forbids them from ugliness and evil (negative education). He has done it sometimes independently and sometimes in the midst of other literary themes and forms. Azhari teaches his educations to the audience either in the direct or in the indirect ways which includes using the devices of storytelling, abstraction, allusion to Quran verses and stories, allegories and genomic verse, hymn, oath, complaint, redundancies, satire and fables.  Manuscript profile

Field and Aims: According to the first principle of the constitution, the establishment of the ruling system in Iran is compatible with republicanism and Islamism. For this reason, policy-making in Iran, including legal criminal policy, is derived from Islamic jurisprudence and in national decision-making with the participation of the people. However, since some legal thinkers such as Mrs. Delmas Marti believe that the Islamic model of criminal policy is similar to the inclusive authoritarian model due to lack of knowledge of Islam, the Islamic model of Iran's legislative policy may be assumed to be a (more total) model.Method: The current research is applied in terms of type and purpose, and descriptive in terms of nature and method, and information was collected through document review and data collection.Finding and Conclusion: The present research aims to prove the difference between the Islamic model of legislative criminal policy and the inclusive authoritarian Western model, because the model of criminal policy in Iran is derived from the Republic and Islam and the jurisprudential and religious political system and is far from Islamic ideas. It has meaning with the inclusive authoritarian model. As a result, the inclusive authoritarian model is completely different in terms of the form of the government and the way of legislation and civil participation of individuals and social institutions, and it cannot be accepted that the Islamic model has a semantic or structural affinity with a more totalitarian model, and for this reason, the legal criminal policy model of Iran is derived from the political paradigm and discourse. It is an independent model of the Imamiyyah religion in which, in addition to guilt and deviance, other components such as Hudud, retaliation, Diyat, which have Shari'i and jurisprudential roots, play a role, and the spirit of these components is different from the more total model. In this philosophy, theoretical reflection without considering of the change of the world will be meaningless. The most important philosophical achievement of the world according to Fichte, that is Kant's philosophy, despite providing tools for changing the world, does not use it in this direction. Fichte's mission is to establish a connection between Kant's philosophy and the outside world. In this way, Fichte rejects or alters all the dichotomies and theories that prevented the establishment of this similarity in Kant's philosophy, and opens the way for theory of theory-action and subject-object. And we show how Fichte, by this way, has transformed the meaning of freedom, reality and idealism. In this article, the authors carefully examined all of Fichte's achievements along the way, and then criticized Fichte's method and strategy, showing how he fallen into the trap of obstacles that he had previously recognized in Kant. Religion is one of the oldest and at the same time the most dynamic institutions of society. The study of the semantic function of religion in individual life and its social effects is one of the important topics in the sociology of religion. The importance of meaning in life stems from the fact that, with the advent of the modern world, traditional value systems have been challenged, and the fluidity of the modern world of life, the multiplicity of meanings and its many narratives, has left people confused and anxious. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between ethics and religiosity and the meaning of life among students. The statistical population of the study of architecture students in 2018 is 130 people. Cochran's formula has been used for sampling, which shows the number of samples as 98 people. SPSS22 software was used to analyze the data. In this study, in order to measure the dimensions of religiosity, the dimensions of belief, emotion, ritual and adherence have been used, and in order to measure the meaning of life, valuable components, hope and purposefulness have been used. Experts and professors (content validity method) have been used to assess the validity. Also, the results of measuring the reliability of the measuring instrument by Cronbach's alpha method show that the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the questionnaire in the field of religiosity is 0.860 and in the field of hope, which indicates the reliability of the questionnaire at a good level.
