Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to analyze the data, and path analysis test (structural equations) was used to investigate the mediator role (Sobel test). Findings: The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between principals' behavioral styles and positive performance of teaching staff and organizational resilience also has a mediating role in this regard.
