              The purpose of this study was to identify and study the dimensions of university entrepreneurship in the campuses of Islamic Azad University of Golestan Province. The research was conducted with a mixed approach in qualitative and quantitative phases. The research population consisted of faculty members of Islamic Azad University of Golestan province, of which 14 people participated in the qualitative part of the research in order to identify the dimensions of university entrepreneurship. Then, based on the conclusions, the quantitative part of the research was conducted by survey method. Sampling method of the qualitative and quantitative parts was purposive and stratified random, respectively. The first data collection tool was an interview and based on the identified dimensions and components, a university entrepreneurship questionnaire was also developed. The validity of the questionnaire was assessed by experts and its reliability was obtained by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.71). Factor analysis was used to analyze the data. Findings indicated that university entrepreneurship has three dimensions: organizational, individual, and group, which consist of 10 components of organizational atmosphere, organizational competence and entrepreneurial intention, communicative competence, strategic competence and professional competence; entrepreneurship desire, accrual competence, personal competence, and conceptual competence.         Today's world is the world of organizations and human power, as the most valuable organization-oriented resource, has been the focus of organizational approaches and activities. Human resources can act for the organization as an efficient and continuous force in a competitive advantage. To realize organizational goals, efficient people should be in control. Additionally, organizational agility is the ability of the organization to survive and progress in an environment with continuous and unpredictable changes. Therefore, in order to achieve organizational agility, organizations, including universities, need people who have the necessary ability, knowledge and management skills. Therefore, the present study was conducted with the aim of structural analysis of competence management on organizational agility in educational systems. It is a review study that is done through searching in databases of Google Scholar, Science Direct, PubMed, Scopus, Elsevier and Eric between 2000 and 2022. The articles have been searched based on keywords of review, competence management and organizational agility. The results showed that competency management can influence organizational agility. Therefore, by using the competency management approach, educational systems can be directed towards agility. The findings suggest that authorities of educational systems prioritize competence management in all matters so that they can improve their organizations. Manuscript profile

        This study has been done with the aim of presenting the model of professional qualifications with the level approach of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the quality of work life and growth of Farhangian University faculty members. The current study has a mixed approach in terms of practical purpose. The statistical population in the qualitative section included the managers and academic staff of Farhangian University in the 9th region of the country. In the quantitative part, among the 263 faculty members of Farhangian University in the 9th region of the country (Semnan, Mazandaran and Golestan), 156 individuals were selected as the statistical sample using Cochran's formula via stratified random sampling. In the quantitative part of the research, the data were obtainedthrough a researcher-made questionnaire, Walton's quality of work life questionnaire (2020) and Mahmoudpour's growth questionnaire (2019). In order to confirm the face and content validity, the questionnaire was approved under the supervision of supervisors, consultants and experts. Also, their combined reliability and Cronbach's alpha were calculated above 0.7, which was satisfactory. The data were analyzed using SPSS, PLS, and MAXQDA programs. Results demonstrated that dimensions of the professional qualifications questionnaire had rotations with 13 factors with the highest standard coefficient being (0.818) related to expertise-related knowledge. Additionally, the effect of professional qualifications on the quality of work life and growth of faculty members was confirmed. Manuscript profile
