        Abstract     The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of transformational leadership and knowledge management processes on the level of organizational innovation of primary school teachers in Nowshahr. The method employed in the present research is applied in terms of purpose, correlational descriptive in terms of data collection, with the research population consisting of all primary school teachers in Nowshahr, 180 of whom were selected as the study sample according to Morgan Table. Three standard questionnaires (transformational leadership questionnaire, knowledge management processes, and organizational innovation) were used to collect data, and correlation analysis was employed to analyze the data in addition to descriptive statistics. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership, along with knowledge management processes, affect teachers' organizational innovation. According to the results of research on the impact of transformational leadership on knowledge management processes and organizational innovation, it is suggested that managers and education officials: 1. pay serious attention to transformational leadership personality traits in the process of selecting and replacing leaders, as well as promoting transformational culture and strengthening transformational characteristics, facilitating greater participation of followers by creating a shared vision and emphasizing the importance of a strong commitment to the objective 2. use reverse engineering of organizational tasks by managers via mental motivation as a motivating factor in teachers, and 3. utilize participatory styles in managing and communicating with teachers Manuscript profile

        Abstract   The aim of the present study was to investigate the potential consequences of using the internet on students’ educational status regarding their motivation and improvement of qualitative and quantitative dimensions of their education. The statistical population included all secondary school students of Tehran that totaled to 382000. Out of this number, 384 individuals were taken as the sample of the study by using Morgan’s table. The instrument of data collection was a researcher-made questionnaire including Young’s addiction questionnaire items to measure respondents’ addiction to the internet. Validity of the instrument was confirmed by experts. In order to measure the reliability, the questionnaire was piloted among 30 respondents which led to a Cronbach’s alpha index of 0.78. After the administration of the questionnaire to the study sample, statistical analyses were conducted by using one-way ANOVA and t-test. Results indicated that 63 percent of students were internet users while 37 percent were not. Also, pastime did not have any effect on students’ educational status and no relationship was observed between them. Additionally, internet users had a worsened educational condition (p= 0.51). Finally, Young’s addiction test demonstrated that about 64 percent of the students were normal, 27 percent were at the verge of addiction, and 7 percent were addicted to using the internet Manuscript profile

        Abstract The current study sought to investigate the impact of anticipation and perceived quality on loyalty of customers of Azarpadid Company in Semnan considering the role of perceived value. This study was applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of nature and methodology it was descriptive-survey. The statistical population included 95 people. Using Morgan’s table, 76 individuals were selected through simple random sampling to form the sample. To collect the data, questionnaires were utilized. In order to analyze the data, SPSS and Lisrel software programs were used. The findings showed that customers’ anticipation has a positive effect on their perceived quality and satisfaction. In addition, perceived quality affects perceived value and customer satisfaction. Similarly, perceived value affects customer satisfaction positively. However, the impact of customer anticipation on perceived value and the effect of customer complaints on their loyalty were not substantiated. Manuscript profile
