        Today's organizations are increasingly faced with dynamic and competitive environments and are very effective to make agile organizations of competent and capable employees and managers. The purpose of this study was to identify the dimensions of competency management for organizational agility in Islamic Azad University of Tehran. In order to achieve this goal, a qualitative approach and content analysis were used. The statistical population of this study consisted of 20 faculty members of Islamic Azad University in Tehran. The sample included 10 individuals using purposeful sampling and considering the saturation law. The validity of the research findings was ensured through member checking, peer review, and collaborative nature of the study. In order to measure the reliability of the codes, re-test methods and intra-subject agreement were used. The results indicated that competency management dimensions includes individual dimension (decision making, knowledge and information, personality traits, service, responsibility, ethical values, attitudes and insights); organizational dimension (leadership competence, planning, monitoring and control, goal setting and strategy, technology, customer orientation, change management, crisis management), and social dimension (workgroup, networking, behavior in relationships, internal organization, outsourcing).         Educational system is significant bedrock for development and growth of entrepreneurial skills in individuals of every society. The purpose of the present study was to analyze the content of secondary school profession and technique textbooks according to indexes of entrepreneurship. The method of the study was descriptive of content analysis type. The population consisted of content of secondary school grade three textbook in the educational year 2012-2013 in 193 pages. A content analysis checklist was utilized in the study including five major entrepreneurial indexes namely, creativity, progress motivation, risk-taking, responsibility, and tolerance of ambiguity. To secure the reliability and validity of the instrument, opinions of experts at curriculum development and entrepreneurship were used. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics. Frequency and percentages were calculated by using entropy shanon to weigh the variables. Additionally, analysis of the data at to levels of descriptive and inferential statistics (including Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regressions) indicated that the research variables had positive effects. Results showed that the highest frequency in the textbook belongs to creativity and innovation and the lowest one was related to tolerance of ambiguity. According to the obtained results it is suggested that book designers pay attention to components of entrepreneurship and modify their frequencies. Manuscript profile
