        Agricultural entrepreneurship is defined as a person or group with the right to use or exploit the land or other related elements required for agricultural activity. The aim of this study was to investigate the psychological factors affecting the tendency towards small and medium businesses in the agricultural sector. The statistical population of this study is graduate students of Islamic Azad University, Rasht Branch. A proportional stratified random sampling method was used to select the sample. To collect the data, a questionnaire, and to analyze the data and test the research hypotheses, the structural equation modeling method has been used. The present research is a descriptive-survey study and can be applied in terms of purpose. The results showed that the psychological factors (motivation, individual skills, attitude, subjective norms, perceived environmental support, perceived perceptual dynamic and perceived behavioral control) are factors influencing the tendency towards entrepreneurship among the students who participated in the survey.         The aim and context: The purpose of this study is examine the impact supervisors’ perceptions of interactional justice and authoritarian leadership style on abusive supervision. Also examined the effect of authoritarian leadership style as moderator variable in the relationship between supervisors' perceptions of interactional justice and abusive supervision. Methodology : The statistical population of the study consisted of 126 supervisors of Sepah Bank branches in Shiraz and data collecting tool was questionnaires includes standardized questionnaires interactional justice (Neihoff & Moorman, 1993), authoritarian leadership style (Cheng et al, 2004), and abusive supervision (Tepper, 2000). Validity and reliability the questionnaires using face validity, construct validity and Cronbach's alpha were examined To analyze the data, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling software and smart PLS (version 2) was used. Results and conclusion: The results showed that supervisors’ perceptions of interactional justice has a negative and significant impact on abusive supervision and authoritarian leadership style as independent variable has Positive and significant impact on abusive supervision. It was also found authoritarian leadership style as a moderator variable, has a positive and significant impact but weak in relationship between supervisors' perceptions of interactional justice and abusive supervision. Objective: Purpose of this study is to identify the impact of organizational factors on the performance of employees. Method: The research for the purpose and the method of research is descriptive-correlation. The population of this study included all operational staff (Fire) Fire Department in Kerman form. To collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire with reliability performance 0/799 and organizational factors affecting the reliability of the 0/889 Data were analyzed using statistical software SPSS24 science appeared and Smart PLS 2 is used. Findings: The results showed that overall organizational factors have a positive impact on the performance of employees.         The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of reciprocal obligation, trust and face maintenance on perceived individual and group achievements of knowledge management with the mediating role of knowledge sharing in the telecommunication company of Isfahan province. The present study is an applied research in terms of the purpose and the method of data collection is descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this study was3100employees of Isfahan Telecommunication Company in2017among them, at least342people were selected as the statistical sample using Cochran formula and 351questionnaires were distributed based on non-probabilistic sampling process and data were collected. Data gathering method in the present research is field method and data collection tool is a localized. To analyze the data, SmartPls software was used in two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics. The results obtained from structural equations showed that the reciprocal obligation (β=0/55, t=4/5), trust(β=0/61,t=2/3),facemaintenance (β=0/18, t=1/8) and knowledge sharing (β=0/45,t=3/8) have a positive and significant effect on the perceived individual and collective achievements of knowledge management . Also, it shows the positive and significant effect of reciprocal obligation (β=0/52, t=5/3) and trust (β=0/64,t=4/9) on knowledge sharing, but showed no significant effect on knowledge sharing (β=0/04,t=0/31). Purpose: The present study aims to investigate the relationship between organizational spirituality and Prevention of rumors in the organization. Method: The present statistical population is the staff of physical education departments of Tehran province. The sample size was determined using the Cochran formula 220. Two Milliman Organizational Spirituality Questionnaires and a researcher-made rumor distributed among 220 were distributed to collect data.         This research aims to study The effective factors upon the need to success in staff of the social security organization in South Khorasan Province in 2015. Statistical society of the research includes all employees employed in South Khorasan in the social security organization containing 350 people from which 184 people are selected as sample size by Cochrane modelling. This research is of correlation ones using sampling method of structural equations. Information is gathered by four questionnaires for achieving success, organizational learning, self confidence and individual skill among which questionnaire validity for achieving success is accounted equal. Research general results show that organizational learning has a direct, positive and meaningful effect on achieving success. Also, organizational learning affects achieving necessary success indirectly by medium variable of self confidence. And organizational learning doesn't affect achieving success indirectly by medium variable of individual skill. Also, individual skill affects achieving success indirectly by medium variable of self confidence. And finally some suggestions are presented such as providing necessary conditions for organizational learning by establishing viewpoints, knowledge and mental models of organization's members Manuscript profile

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of transformational leadership on good governance with mediating role of empowerment in Judiciary Strategic Deputy. Method: This research, in terms of objective is descriptive, in terms of methodology is the survey, and in terms of nature is a cognitive audience. The population of this study constitutes all employees of Judiciary Strategic Deputy in 2015, to the number of 200 people, and to determine the minimum required sample size by using Morgan table for a limited population was selected 127 people by simple random sampling method. In order to collect data was used of a questionnaire tool. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. Data analysis was conducted in two parts; descriptive statistics including frequency graphs, and inferential statistics including Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and structural equation modeling in the AMOS software. Results: The results showed that the empowerment in relationship between transformative leadership and good governance has a mediator role.         The results of several studies showed that electronic banking is one of the most useful methods of attracting and retaining customers of banking services. Because of its speed and on-line accessibility, customers often use this services.So research methodology in this research is descriptive – survey and correlation. Research population consists of customers of Sepah bank branches in Golestan province who are 289024 persons. According to stratified sampling method and kerjsey and Morgan table, sample size is 384.Data gathering instrument in this research is Questionnaire which uses standard Questionnaire of Suh and Han. Chronbach Alpha of all variables were above 0/7. For analyzing data , spss.21 software were used. The result of this research showed that there is positive and meaningful relationship between customers trust and electronic banking acceptance, perceived usefulness , perceived ease of use, attitude toward use, behavioral intention to use and actual use of electronic banking (P≤0/05).The results also showed that there is positive and meaningful relationship between independent sub-variables (P≤ 0/05).         Context and Objectives: Leadership style of managers is an effective factor in shaping the future of human capital in the organization.The purpose of this research is to "analyze the impact of leadership styles on succession management". Method: The statistical population consisted of employees, experts and managers of F.J.Co. Their number is 2452 persons in 1395, of which 205 samples were used in this research. This research is in terms of the purpose of applied research, and in terms of its nature and method, it is a type of field research descriptive research. Data analysis was performed using spss software and descriptive and inferential statistics were also performed by amos software. Findings: According to the results, it was found that leadership styles have an impact on succession management, and its coefficient of influence is 0.84. Also, among the studied styles, participatory leadership style has more influence on succession management (0.66) than other styles. The directorial style is 0.32, supportive leadership style is 0.38, and tacit leadership style has an impact coefficient of 0.36 on succession management. Conclusion: Managers of F.J.Co can use collaborative leadership style, if they consider the management and successor programs, considering the facilities and availability of the conditions. For this reason, over the past few decades, attention to ethical intelligence has become an inevitable necessity because it can, through moral intelligence, improve and develop its competitive advantage indicators, including organizational citizenship behaviors.Objective: relationship between ethical intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior among employees of the organization of industry, mining and trade of Semnan province.Methods: The present research is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of data collection, a descriptive correlation is considered. Findings: research showed that the status of ethical intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior among employees of the organization of industry, mining and trade of Semnan province is slightly higher than the average level, which is statistically significant. In addition, ethical intelligence and all its components (integrity, compassion, responsibility, and passage) have a positive and significant relationship with organizational citizenship behavior.         Background: Mental health of staff is usually threatened by varied factors in the workplace.Objective: So, the aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between job stress and organizational culture with mental health of employees. Method: In this study, correlation method was used as the research method. The study population included all staff and employees of Allameh Tabataba’i University. The research sample consisted of 100 participants were determined by using Cochran formula and the samples were selected by simple random sampling. In order to collect required data, Organizational Culture Inventory of Denison (2000), Job Stress Inventory of Rice (1999) and General Health Questionnaire of Goldberg (1979) were used as the research tools. In order to analyze collected data, Pearson correlation and regression were used. Findings: The results of this study showed that simultaneously there is no significant relationship between job stress and organizational culture with mental health of staff. Although, there is no significant relationship between job stress and organizational, a significant relationship can be found between organizational culture and mental health. Conclusion: According to the results, it is concluded that managers should consider mental health and organizational culture as the reducing job stress factors in organizations. Manuscript profile

        AbstractBackground: This study is introduced important indicators of problem-based curriculum. Objective: The aim of current exploratory mixed method study was to compile indicators of problem-based curriculum on the bases of Klein's model (1991) and evaluating quality of curriculum of Governmental Management discipline based on compiled indicators. Methods: Firstly in qualitative phase, through interviewing experts, 36 indicators were compiled. In quantitative phase, using compiled indicators, a questionnaire were administrated and completed by 92 participants including lecturers in Governmental Management. Findings: Application of compiled indicators in curriculum evaluation of Governmental Management discipline revealed that the purpose, content, teaching- learning strategies, materials and resources, learning activities, evaluation, grouping, educational time and needed educational space in that discipline are unfavorable. Conclusion: In order to motivating attentions to the problem-based curriculums, further evaluation studies should be done in other disciplines and backgrounds.         The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of narcissism managers and their hypocritical behavior in the provincial city of Kermanshah.The study of the purpose and the method of descriptive and correlational research component and in terms of field research and quantitative data collection methods. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. The data of correlation analysis and structural equation model, available in SPSS and AMOS software packages were used.Results showed that The behavior of narcissistic executives, the highest mean belonged to the right and the lowest was related to exploitation. Among the hypocritical behavior of managers, the highest mean belonged to the absorption policy for human resources management and waste management policy towards the least related to human resources.The results suggest that narcissistic managers had direct and significant effect on the behavior hypocritical and narcissistic aspects including power management, self-superiority, exploitation, entitlement, self-sufficiency and arrogance managers in improving the level of hypocritical behavior the organization. The purpose of this study is to present a model for POB in the governmental organizations of Iran.This model of Positive Organizational Behavior was written and adapted with the governmental organizations and has four aspects and 20 parts. To analyze the current situation, the obtained model was tested in the management and planning organization and the findings have shown that as far as the Positive Organizational Behavior is concerned, there is a meaningful gap between the current situation and the suitable behavior according to what the laws of Country Services Management has set forth and to solve this, some recommendations were given to empower the laws more.         The organization is made up of a group of people who work together and have a mission ahead of them, requiring a proper strategy to accomplish. Balanced Scorecard is an effective and validated tool for responding to strategy realization. This research studies the effect of balanced scorecard components on individual performance of staff based on the Achilles model. Research has not done so far to investigate the relationship between Balanced Scorecard and individual employee performance, which is considered to be the main innovation in this research. This research is applied in terms of purpose, and in terms of collecting data, a descriptive survey is a survey and correlation. The statistical population of this research is the executives, administrators and staff of the Judiciary Information and Statistics Center. The questionnaire with a Likert range of 46 questions was used to measure the variables of the research. The questionnaire was distributed among 100 executives and staff of the Judiciary Center for Statistics and Information Technology. The study of the impact of each of the components of the balanced scorecard on improving the individual performance of employees based on the Achilles model and the extent of this impact has been analyzed and analyzed.
