Abstract :
aim:This present research with regard to aim is applied and at attention information collecting is descriptions of descriptive-analytic. method:The population analyzing, included 220 employees of which 142 were selected by sample random sampling method with kukran formula. for survey pose hypothesis at present study was use of career anchors questionnaire (Shine, 1985), and exhaustion (Maslach, 1981) and employees Capability Maturity Model P-cmm (Watts Humphrey et al., 1980). Validity of research with confirmatory factor analysis and reliability by Cronbach's alpha has been approvingly. descriptive and inferential statistical method working and Pearson correlation coefficient for survey hypothesis of two variables and multiple regression for survey hypothesis of three variables have been used.finding: Between career anchors and exhaustion there is a significant relationship and to accomplish multiple regression of the individual capability of employees in this equal was moderate. conclusion:Managers of top office of education focus more on increasing level of career anchors.
