Regulatory governance model for the country's industrial development (case study: medical equipment)

Abstract :
The purpose of the present study is to identify the components of the regulatory governance of the country's industrial development in medical equipment. Given that the country's industrial development in medical equipment is used to ensure health and promote the general health of the society, therefore, in order to maintain national health and maintain social health in the domestic and foreign dimensions, determining a coordinated model for implementing regulatory governance and achieving these goals can be an effective step in achieving the regulatory governance of the country's industrial development in medical equipment. The research method in the present study is qualitative - theme analysis. The statistical population of this study includes experts familiar with regulatory governance in the country's medical equipment industry, of which 14 experts were identified and considered as the statistical sample of the study. The data collection tool was expert interviews and theme analysis. The results of the expert interviews and the analysis of related themes resulted in five main themes including social and cultural factors, economic and market factors, structural and technical factors, political and legal factors, and regulatory structures and institutions. Finally, these themes are categorized into 25 sub-themes that reflect important factors in regulatory governance policymaking.
