The Journal of Human Resources Excellence is a free-access, two-way, anonymous, and peer-reviewed journal published by the Islamic Azad University, Sirjan Branch. This journal was established to provide an intellectual environment for researchers and academics with a focus on human resource management and excellence. This journal is published in response to advances in human resource management and aims to publish quality articles that report findings related to important issues in the field.
In order to easily access the latest research findings, this journal has been established as an open-access journal. However, the journal does not charge authors, or research institutes and organizations for reviewing, processing, and publishing scientific papers. All the mentioned steps for the publication of an article are financially supported by the Islamic Azad University, Sirjan Branch.
