The purpose of this research is to present an effective model of in-service training courses in government organizations using a hybrid approach. In order to achieve this important goal, the researcher has adopted a hybrid approach. The current research, in terms of its purpose, is in the category of applied research. Based on this, they examined 109 previous researches related to the objectives of the present study using the seven-stage model of Sandelowski and Barroso and gathered, combined and interpreted the findings of these researches in order to develop a comprehensive, new and innovative picture of Provide an effective model of in-service training courses. The expansion of the presented model is one of the strengths and innovations of this research. In this research, the effective model of in-service training courses, 181 final codes, in the form of 14 categories and three main dimensions (structural, behavioral, environmental requirements) have been identified and presented Manuscript profile

The statistical population of this study consisted of all executive agencies of Kermanshah (64 agencies) and (274 people) of senior and middle managers of these agencies using the possible sampling method of clusters of selection and research was performed on them. Data were collected using a standard questionnaire (Jerome, 2013) with Cronbach's alpha coefficient (92.6%) and analyzed using regression test and correlation coefficient. Findings indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational culture and human resource management performance. The findings of this study enable the leaders of organizations and human resource managers to design appropriate strategies for human resource planning according to the culture of the organization. This study analyzes the effect of organizational culture on human resource management using descriptive-visual method. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in nature. The statistical population of the research includes 110 managers and deputies of Iran Khodro Company and the stratified random sampling method is 86. The number of sample members was determined using Morgan table to 86 people. Data were collected using Kim's standard 26-item Human Resource Management Questionnaire (2019) and data analysis was performed by structural equation modeling using LISREL software. Findings indicate that when environmental concerns are one of the characteristics identified in the job description of the organization, experts are attracted to the organization who care about environmental issues, and on the other hand, the organization itself to fill positions Jobs give priority to those who have a high level of environmental awareness, and in the meantime, savings occur that ultimately lead to improved corporate financial performance. Retirement occurs at a stage of the life cycle when the capacity of people to adapt to new life conditions is limited. When a person's retirement is planned for him, he will face it easily, in this regard, one of the measures that can be taken by organizations is to empower the employees who are about to retire. Therefore, the main goal of this research is to identify the mechanisms of empowering employees on the verge of retirement and the relationships between them, and finally provide a model of empowering employees on the verge of retirement in Iran's electricity industry. Considering the nature of the subject, the present research was conducted using qualitative method with Grounded theory. The data was analyzed after interviewing 14 experts of the electricity industry who were selected by snowball sampling method, and a total of 357 codes, 70 concepts and 18 categories were identified. After open coding, from the analysis of qualitative data, a axial coding paradigm was formulated, based on which, the line of communication between research categories including causal conditions (preparing the individual and the organization to face the retirement period), the core category (implementation of employee empowerment programs about to retire), context conditions (promoting factors of employee empowerment on the verge of retirement), intervening conditions (inhibiting factors of employee empowerment on the verge of retirement), strategies of empowering people on the verge of retirement and consequences were identified. In the following, based on selective coding, components of qualitative research model were described. Manuscript profile

Planning in organizations pays attention to safe operation for the purpose of moving the organization towards reducing occupational accidents and diseases and preventing the wastage of resources. Safety performance refers to the set of actions and behaviors that they perform to maintain and improve the safety and health level of themselves and their colleagues. In this research, identification and prioritization of the active factors of work safety (the case study of iron ore mines in Sirjan) were carried out. This research was applied and in terms of strategy, survey and statistical sample of the research were 12 safety managers and experts working in the mines of Sirjan city, who were selected through non-random and purposeful sampling. The tools of data collection were semi-structured interviews and letters, and to analyze the questions, the technique of analyzing disordered situations and its approach and the combined approach of hierarchical analysis and the methods of preference for similarity to the ideal solution are used. Based on the findings, the lack of allocation of the necessary budget for safety programs, the lack of specialist staff in the fields and direct treatments, training and equipment by direct safety specialists has taken the value in the relative index and has the greatest effect in reducing it. They are a safety function. Manuscript profile
