Abstract :
Planning in organizations pays attention to safe operation for the purpose of moving the organization towards reducing occupational accidents and diseases and preventing the wastage of resources. Safety performance refers to the set of actions and behaviors that they perform to maintain and improve the safety and health level of themselves and their colleagues. In this research, identification and prioritization of the active factors of work safety (the case study of iron ore mines in Sirjan) were carried out. This research was applied and in terms of strategy, survey and statistical sample of the research were 12 safety managers and experts working in the mines of Sirjan city, who were selected through non-random and purposeful sampling. The tools of data collection were semi-structured interviews and letters, and to analyze the questions, the technique of analyzing disordered situations and its approach and the combined approach of hierarchical analysis and the methods of preference for similarity to the ideal solution are used. Based on the findings, the lack of allocation of the necessary budget for safety programs, the lack of specialist staff in the fields and direct treatments, training and equipment by direct safety specialists has taken the value in the relative index and has the greatest effect in reducing it. They are a safety function.
