        This research aims to study the impact of reverse logistics capabilities on firm performance with mediating role of business strategy (Case Study: Dena Tire Company). This is a survey type and applied form research. Also, this research entity is descriptive-correlation, based on data collection method. Current research sample includes all 310 top and inter-mediate and operational managers of Shiraz Dena Tire Company. In this research, Cochran model was used to compute required sample (95% meaningfulness level). Thus, for such a sample, this research needs 171 participants. In this research, samples were selected and participated based on simple random sampling. The research materials include research-made questionnaire including 35 examples, so that, answers were based on Likert 5 options range. SPSS and SMART PLS statistical software was used for data analysis and research hypothesis test. It must mention that; main hypothesis test method was direction analysis. Results showed that logistic data management (closed loop capability, integration capability, cooperation capability, institutional incentive and conformity capability) has meaningful impact on organizational performance in Dena Tire Company.         The present study aimed to provide a model of organizational culture types affecting the perceived organizational performance according to the role of organizational learning has been done. The statistical population of this study includes the employees of the Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Agricultural Jihad Organization. The present study is practical in terms of nature and purpose, in identifying the types of organizational culture of qualitative research, and in identifying the relationships between variables in terms of research method. The statistical population in the fuzzy Delphi method was 15 experts who were sampled by a purposeful judgmental method. At the structural equation modeling, 220 employees were sampled by a simple random method. In order to collect the data, questionnaires were designed in the form of a fuzzy Delphi method and the Likert spectrum. The software used in this study is Smart PLS (version 3), SPSS (version 25), and Excel (version 2016). With the fuzzy Delphi method, between 23 dimensions identified from the literature, 14 were approved by experts. The results of the PLS method indicate that all hypotheses except the effect of the adhocracy culture, development culture, and employees supporting change according to the role of organizational learning on perceived organizational performance were confirmed. The results showed that the leadership component has the highest effect on organizational learning according to the role of organizational learning with a beta of %0.594. Manuscript profile

        The grounded theory and structural analysis were employed in this study to propose an optimal policy model for cultural organizations at Iran’s Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts, and Tourism in the dimensions of flexibility, ethical appropriateness, and organizational benefit. This is a fundamental study with exploratory research designs. The statistical population of the qualitative section includes all faculty members, professors, and managers, whereas that of the quantitative section includes all the second-rate managers and employees of Iran’s Ministry of Cultural Heritage Data collection tools were interviews and questionnaires. According to the research findings, the optimal policy model for cultural organizations had a positive effect on flexibility. also had a positive effect on ethical appropriateness, through the grounded theory and structural analysis at the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Tourism.         Knowing consumer attitudes in the field of consumer behavior is a strategic capability. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of non-traditional promotional tools with guerrilla marketing approach on consumer purchase intention with the mediator variable of customer satisfaction in Hooshmand Khorshid Bahrevar Company in Bushehr Province. For this purpose, a questionnaire was distributed among 175 individuals from the statistical population of the study which included all the users (owner, electrician, observer, etc.) of smart TIS buildings in Bushehr province from October 2013 to July 2016. The research method was descriptive correlational. In order to answer the questions and to investigate the research hypotheses with Smart-PLS software, structural equation analysis and path analysis using partial least squares (PLS) were used. The results showed that experiential marketing, service guarantee, and company reputation have positive and significant effects on customer satisfaction. The results showed that word of mouth marketing has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results also confirm the positive and significant effect of experiential marketing on word of mouth marketing. Finally, the results of the research showed that customer satisfaction increases customer’s purchase intention. Manuscript profile
