In this paper, models of centralizedresource allocation in input-oriented and in dynamic case will be offeredand by using dynamic SBM, the representation of DMUs in each timeperiod and in general and based on CRA in input oriented case will beobtained. Holding cash is a matter of managerial discretion. Theaim of this paper is to contrast the effect of Accruals Quality on cashholding for a sample of 120 firms listed in the Tehran Stock Exchangeduring 2001-2011.The results show that firms with good accruals quality hold lower cashlevels than firms with poor accruals quality. This result conform thefindings of Teruel & Solano (2009), which state that the quality of accountinginformation may reduce the negative effects of informationasymmetries and adverse selection costs, allowing firms to reduce theirlevel of corporate cash holdings. The results also show that cash holdingsdecrease when firms increase their use of bank debt and in case ofinvestment in other liquid assets. In contrast with this, larger firms andthose in financial distress hold higher levels of cash. On the other handthere is not any relationship between growth options, long term leverage, opportunity costs, leverage, dividends and the capacity of firms togenerate cash flow and levels of cash holding. Due to the importance of “service quality and customerssatisfaction” subject, this study seeks to investigate and prioritize thefactors which are effective on service quality and customers satisfactionusing Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) Method. In the case of statisticalpopulations with large sizes, none of the other methods can competewith GRA from the viewpoint of calculation accuracy. The statisticalpopulation of this study involves SADERAT BANK branches of Shirazcity. The effective factors in service quality and customers satisfactionare investigated and prioritized by taking account of customersexpectations and perceptions. In order for this, 108 questionnaires wererandomly distributed among customers and results showed that amongthe aspects of service quality indicator “communion” and “tangible andphysical evidence” respectively have the highest and the lowest priorityfrom the viewpoint of customers expectations and perceptions.
