Banks are one of the financial firms that different decisions are always minor system. An example of automation systems for human resources, finance, internal controls and so named. That is why banks are looking for a comprehensive system to integrate its activities are concentrated. So the Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) is one of the important applications of information technology in organizations, especially the banking industry of the country. There are a lot of providers of ERP software package inside and out so it is important to select suitable ones which cover all needs and aspects of our organization. We need to build a complete network of all factors involved in the decision and use right method to identify factors into the network. We have used Analytic Network Process to make decision and Balanced Score card to identify effective factors .we have connected the two methods together by using questionnaires to the experts and professionals in bank and implementing experts of this software package in Iranian companies. We have applied SPSS and Super Decision software to solve proposed model and make valid research results. As a result, an ERP software package of SAP Company is proposed as the most appropriate one for Bank. Manuscript profile

Most developed countries have already accepted ‘Competency’ as the major factor in making management more competitive, therefore they have discovered the importance of Qualification Models and their application to cause human resources growth. Consequently, their aim is to improve the qualification of their human resources, and to reach this end, considering different ways of assessing competence takes precedence. Correct choice of assessment depends on enough resources, factual support, suitable time and of course high level of coincidence of results in assessment with business aims, so it is possible to say that in order to design a robust model of assessing qualification, we are confronted with a process of decision- making with multiple limitations or a problem of MCDM. In this research, we have used ANP method as one of the new MCDM methods to assess qualification because this method raises the possibility to coordinate the effects of correlation and their reactions and simultaneously takes some systematic correlations under a close scrutiny. In this essay, by the help of these methods, we have presented a model that according to it the most significant qualifications of a construction manager has been classified and the most fundamental of them has been detected in order to find the best manager Manuscript profile

When a production facility is designed, there are various parameters affecting the number machines such as production capacity and reliability. It is often a tedious task to optimize different objectives simultaneously. The other issue is the uncertainty in many design parameters which makes it difficult to reach a desirable solution. In this paper, we present a new mathematical model with two objectives. The primary objective function is considered to be the production capacity and the secondary objective function is total reliability. The proposed model is formulated on different units of production which are connected together in serial form and for each unit, we may have various machines. The resulted model is formulated using recent advances of robust optimization and solution procedure is analyzed with some numerical examples. Manuscript profile

In developed countries, improvement has been made in service providing industries along with the improvements made in quality assurance and management skills and systems in the domain of manufacturing industries. Unfortunately, in developing countries, primary needs have led these countries to focus their attention illogically and solely on production and they disregard the quality of services. That is why this research aims at investigating service improvement in the domain of Information Technology. Nowadays, the role played by information technology and communication in economic growth is evident to everyone. Because of access to Internet, communication and information technology is considered one of the major elements in providing services and has improved the efficiency of this industry. Meanwhile, focusing on service quality is an efficient approach that results in customer orientation in an organization and is believed by our domestic organizations and companies to be an efficient method to satisfy customers’ demands and has been applied so many times. Presenting a compound approach, this research uses SERVQUAL as a tool for quality engineering of services, and multiple criteria decision making for ranking service providing branches, and data envelopment analysis for making improvement and benchmarking and it is an attempt to overcome these weaknesses and develop quality models in regard with service providing so that the current gap can be filled. Higher education plays a very vital role in developing human resources as well as economic ones in every country. In so doing, the act of evaluation would help the decision makers as well as managers to spot the weaknesses to use the required provisions to work more effectively. The present study with a different approach toward the designing a comprehensive evaluation expert system using Fuzzy Logic technique regarding evaluating the performance of Higher Education Institutes conducted as a case study on Azad University of Najaf Abad. Appropriate criteria for evaluation were selected through balanced score card as a comprehensive methodology of evaluation. Then, based on four perspectives of Balanced Score Card, criteria were categorized on priority and the level of importance employing Fuzzy multi-Criteria decision making. Then, drawn upon the results of the previous step, a performance evaluation fuzzy expert system based on the criteria’s weights was designed using the tool box of Fuzzy Logic in MATLAB software. This paper deals with the estimation of returns to scale (RTS) in free disposal hull (FDH) models for undesirable data and provides some stability intervals for preserving the RTS classification. It has been shown that the proposed stability intervals can be obtained via a polynomial-time algorithm based on the calculation of certain ratios of inputs and outputs, without solving any mathematical programming problem. The results of the study have been proved via some lemmas and theorems for undesirable data and have been illustrated by numerical example. Manuscript profile

This paper is devoted to the study of determining optimal process mean in system production with the two markets for the sale of goods. In this paper, we developed an absorbing Markov chain model in production systems where all items are inspected %100 for conformance with their specification limits. When the value of the quality characteristic of an item falls below a lower limit, the item is scrapped. If it falls above an upper limit, the item is reworked (reprocessed). Products items conformance with specification limits sold in a primary market or a secondary market. Flow of material through the production system can be modeled in an absorbing Markov chain. We included cycle time of production line in model. Also effects of inspection errors are investigated. Numerical examples are given to demonstrate the application of the proposed model.
