        One of the most useful and effective methods with an extensive application in companies with the purpose of examining the quality of the raw material in addition to final products, is acceptance sampling plans. The inspection process is assumed to be free of errors in most of the acceptance sampling plans. However, this assumption may not be true. In this research, an optimization model for acceptance sampling plan is developed based on Bayesian inferences in the presence of inspection errors. An economical model is designed which involves two types of inspection errors and investigates the impact of these errors on the acceptance-sampling plan. Furthermore, the sensitivity analysis is carried out to analyze the behavior of optimal solution. The numerical studies indicate that increasing the inspection error leads to decrease the sample size and acceptance number. Manuscript profile

        This study was conducted in 2016 aimed to investigate the relationship between empowering leadership, uncertainty avoidance, trust, and employee creativity with regard to interaction effects and mediating mechanism. The population consists of 205 employees from the Nomadic affairs of Fars Province. In accordance with the Cochran formula, the sample size of 134 was calculated that were participated in the simple random sampling method. The questionnaires of uncertainty avoidance (Dorfman & Howell, 1988), empowering leadership (Arnold and colleagues, 2000), trust (McAllister 1995), creativity (Zhou & George, 2001) and creative self-efficacy (Tierney & Farmer, 2002) were used in order to measure the variables. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and its validity was confirmed by content validity ratio (CVR) and structural and convergent validity methods. The research hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling technique. The findings showed empowering leadership has a significant effect on creative self-efficacy. There was significant effect of creative self-efficacy on creativity. The mediating mechanism of creative self-efficacy was significant in relationship between empowering leadership and creativity. Also, the role of the moderator of confidence and uncertainty avoidance was significant between empowering leadership and creative self-efficiency. Manuscript profile

        The present study aims to investigate the relationship between organizational culture, knowledge sharing and innovation. The research population consists of all knowledge workers in the South Oil Products Refining and Distribution Company, from which 190 people were selected as samples using the non-random targeted sampling method. The research data was collected by distributing questionnaires among samples. After collecting data, the distribution of the data related to the variables was examined using the Kolmogorov–Smirnov test; then, the Pearson’s correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling were used to test the research hypotheses. The results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between variables of organizational culture, knowledge sharing and organizational innovation. Also, the results of examining the components of organizational culture demonstrated that adhocracy and clan cultures have positive effects on other variables while hierarchy and market cultures negatively affect the dependent variables.         Perceived organizational support has been raised as work backbone of employee in the organization and the psychological contracts are also a set of promises that top managers give to support their employees. Therefore, violation of this contract not only involves depriving organizational support, but also reduces the employee's belongings. The main purpose of this paper was to examine the impact of perceived organizational support through the mediating role of psychological contract violation on work outcomes in employee of the Social Security Organization of Fars province. The population by 963 people and a statistical sample 275 people in 31 different classes including various branches of the Department of Social Security was classified using random sampling method. Data collection tool also were 25 item questionnaire for organizational support and violation of the psychological contract by Paillé (2015) and Ahmad and Nawaz (2015) so that its content validity was confirmed and its reliability was estimated as 77%. The descriptive compilation of tables in SPSS 23 software was used to analyze the data in descriptive level and the structural equation modeling using Smart PLS2 software was used in inferential statistics level. The results finally revealed that the perceived organizational support through the mediating role of psychological contract violation on work outcomes in employee of the Social Security Organization of Fars province was affected. Also, the perceived organizational support and psychological contract violation and organizational support has affected on psychological contract violation of employee of the Social Security Organization of Fars province.         This research investigates the methods for improving the quality of IT services (electronic services) in the Melli Banks branches in Mashhad province, where QFD and ANP models were operated. To this concern, three-dimensional, usability, service interaction and information quality to improve IT service quality were examined. The results of the analysis of the opinion of Melli Bank Customers indicate that three dimensions considered in this study to improve the quality of IT services are effective. The results suggest that there are differences between the effects of these three dimensions and two dimensions of information quality and usability are more important than the service interactions. Then, the strategies to improve IT services and the weights of fuzzy ANP technique, were evaluated based on the house technical quality is identified.         The present study aimed to assess the effects of human resource empowerment on the organizational effectiveness. The nature of the study was descriptive-survey research method with functional purpose of correlation. The study population consisted of 700 staff of Fars Electricity Distribution Company, among whom 155 were determined by Cochran, who were selected by cluster randomization considering the coefficient. Measurement tools in this study included: Spritzer and Mishra empowerment questionnaire (1997), and Parsons organizational effectiveness questionnaire (1998). Despite the standardization, validity and reliability of the tools were re-evaluated that resulted in coefficients of 0.95, and 0.89, respectively. Inferential statistics, used to test the hypothesis, showed that empowerment (sense of competence, self-determination, impact, meaning, and trust) of employees have a significant relationship with their organizational effectiveness. And, empowerment predicted organizational effectiveness. The findings also showed that the most important role among empowerment dimensions in predicting effectiveness is associated with components of competence, trust and effectiveness. Manuscript profile
