Today, in analyzing public organization, it is necessary to address ethics and ethical values and organizational leaders should be unconditionally committed to accepted ethical principles in order to convince their staff to achieve a joint goal. Present paper aims at designing and clarifying ethical leadership model in Eastern Azerbaijan IRIB. This study is conducted by a mixed technique. Research quality section sampling is conducted by snowball and interview techniques by which 10 persons were selected for interview form senior managers of Eastern Azerbaijan IRIB managers or management instructors. In research quantity section, of 320 personnel at Eastern Azerbaijan IRIB, 230 ones were selected by using Cochran formulation and random sampling method. Research qualitative data was analyzed by Theme Analysis Technique and qualitative data by Smart PLS software package. In quantitative section, content validity and reliability is confirmed by computing Cronbach’s alpha ratio. In qualitative section, validity is confirmed by external auditing strategy and reliability is confirmed by two encoders. Research results led to the identification of 54 ethical leadership features in two dimensions and five components; the dimensions include personal and contextual ones while components are personality, behavioral, spiritual, managerial and social. The main aim of this study, introduce a model todetermine the optimal values of the index value to minimize thetotal expected cost index and also the best decision making inselecting the industry and the region for investment by investors. For this purpose, the technique of linear programming to determinethe optimal values of the index value is used. Finally, FuzzyTOPSIS technique to prioritize alternatives to determine theoptimal industry and region to investment is used. Furthermore, acase study that includes two regions and two industries ispresented to show applicability and performance of the proposedmodel. The results show that fourth alternative (region2 andindustry 2) is the best decision to investment. Manuscript profile

Market segmentation is the start point of executing targeted marketing strategy. This study aims to determine fit dimensions and appropriate specifications for the segmentation of herbal medicines market in order to provide production and market departments with fit strategies by identifying the profile of the market customers and recognizing their differences in the identified indices. This is an applied study in terms of objective and a survey-analytical cross-sectional study in terms of method. Data was collected using interview and questionnaire in the qualitative and quantitative sections, respectively. The population of study consists of the end users of different herbal medicines in Iran. Regarding the unlimited population of study, sample size was limited to 460 users selected from active pharmacies located in different regions of Tehran based on stratified sampling method. Neural network technique was used to analyze data and to determine the number of segments. According to the results by running neural network algorithm in different clusters, the best fit market segmentation is practiced by 5 clusters. Each cluster differs with others; therefore a fit strategy for each cluster should be formulated and executed in order to simultaneously attribute value to both customers and market. This study was conducted in 2016 aimed to investigate the relationship between empowering leadership, uncertainty avoidance, trust, and employee creativity with regard to interaction effects and mediating mechanism. The population consists of 205 employees from the Nomadic affairs of Fars Province. In accordance with the Cochran formula, the sample size of 134 was calculated that were participated in the simple random sampling method. The questionnaires of uncertainty avoidance (Dorfman & Howell, 1988), empowering leadership (Arnold and colleagues, 2000), trust (McAllister 1995), creativity (Zhou & George, 2001) and creative self-efficacy (Tierney & Farmer, 2002) were used in order to measure the variables. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and its validity was confirmed by content validity ratio (CVR) and structural and convergent validity methods. The research hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling technique. The findings showed empowering leadership has a significant effect on creative self-efficacy. There was significant effect of creative self-efficacy on creativity. The mediating mechanism of creative self-efficacy was significant in relationship between empowering leadership and creativity. Also, the role of the moderator of confidence and uncertainty avoidance was significant between empowering leadership and creative self-efficiency. Knowing consumer attitudes in the field of consumer behavior is a strategic capability. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of non-traditional promotional tools with guerrilla marketing approach on consumer purchase intention with the mediator variable of customer satisfaction in Hooshmand Khorshid Bahrevar Company in Bushehr Province. For this purpose, a questionnaire was distributed among 175 individuals from the statistical population of the study which included all the users (owner, electrician, observer, etc.) of smart TIS buildings in Bushehr province from October 2013 to July 2016. The research method was descriptive correlational. In order to answer the questions and to investigate the research hypotheses with Smart-PLS software, structural equation analysis and path analysis using partial least squares (PLS) were used. The results showed that experiential marketing, service guarantee, and company reputation have positive and significant effects on customer satisfaction. The results showed that word of mouth marketing has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results also confirm the positive and significant effect of experiential marketing on word of mouth marketing. Finally, the results of the research showed that customer satisfaction increases customer’s purchase intention. Manuscript profile

If we imagine economics as a science for providing subsistence and public welfare ,the world economic future must be based on a balanced , equal and symmetric model, not on atheistic and money tar divisions of a promotion seeker and jobber minority. Friedman Monetarism will lose its contingent credibility, and concentration on natural economics will be replaced by monopolist and unbridled imbalanced liberalism which takes technology as a tool for domination of capitalists and owners of production machines on consumers. Promotion seeker monopolists by wastefully stealing of nature, have distorted life safety of world inhabitants. Present research studies the connection of wisdom and mass growth of self-awareness with the possibility of sublimation of nations and world development in negation of myths and inductive patterns of consumer market and the results of research have found the development of world in negation of balance and deletion of Monetarism and creation of balance and equality between production, demand and nature. After expressing the literature of topic , present research have studied the necessity of wisdom and growth of mass self-awareness with the possibility of sublimation of nations and the connection between myths and inductive patterns of consumerist markets with growth and development of world from economic scientists and researchers view. Research topics are west modernization, Monetarism, our share in global development in this prioritization , social justice, public welfare and natural economic by the use of experts view as a correspondent. In analyzing results, we used Fuzzy topics. In this regard a survey has been done by four economist expert. Research results show that the necessity of wisdom and mass self-awareness with the possibility of sublimation of nations is the first degree of importance, then is the negation of teachings that promote consumerism and finally, deletion of today Monetarism and creation of balance and equality between production, demand and nature is inevitable.
