In recent years, many security threats have entered into the organizations’ information and changed the organizational performance resulting in their exorbitant costs. This question is of particular importanceabout government agencies that use information and Internet systems. This issue enabled the top managers of organizations to implement a security system and minimize these costs. Using Information Security management system is considered as a tool to promote information security and information systems. According to research conducted, four contexts of legal, technical communication, organizational-managerial, and cultural and social have been detected in the effective establishment of information security management system in electronic government. The aim of the present study is to identify and rank the subcriteria of technical- communications for the effective establishment of information security management system in electronic government. For this purpose, by reviewing the literature, a list of important criteria wasdeveloped and the sub-criteria of technical-communications for the effective establishment of information security management system were identified and classified into six general areas by conducting interviews with experts and completing a questionnaire. Then a census and paired comparison questionnaire of experts were carried out and the criteria were weighted and ranked with the analysis of data through fuzzy AHP approach. Manuscript profile

Simultaneous with the industries increasing growth, thecompanies must acquire the new technologies to achieve the core competency,survival and improvement and also effectiveness in market. Choosingthe suitable acquisition mode of required technology is one of thecritical strategic decisions in the field of technology management. Dueto the importance of technology acquisition, the main objective of thisstudy is to select an appropriate method of technology acquisition in carpart industry by multi-dimensional factors of environmental, technological,capability and market. Hence, after extracting the factors fromsurveying the related literature and conforming the first kind of questionnaireby the cronbach’s alpha, the elements was ranked by TOPSISmethod to reduce the criteria and to choose the appropriate affectingelements in technology acquisition modes. The purpose of this note is to show how some of the mainresults existing in the insurance service quality utilizing SERVQUALscale and ANP model can be effectively used in scientifically rankingstrategies instead of the traditional models, which is unfortunately morepopular in ranking the branches of insurance companies. This approachis used to show how the ranking decisions changes as a function ofservice quality utilizing ANP model. This study evaluated the qualityof services of DANA insurance company branches to measure policyholders’ views toward current level and expected level of quality. Thestandard questionnaire “SERVQUAL”, emphasizing on measuring thegap between the level of current and Expected quality was used and the proposed algorithm utilized the analytic network process (ANP),which allows measurement of the dependency among the quality dimensions,to rank the branches. The results showed difference betweenpolicy holders’ expectations and current level of quality of services inall dimensions of quality. The most outstanding gap was for responsivenessdimension and the least one was for empathy and also according tothe ANP limit super matrix it was revealed that there was a significantdifference between the proposed ranking approach and the traditionalone. Abstract The purpose of this research is the study of relationship among personal characteristics with job burnout and deviantbehaviors of personnel’s of National Iranian Gas Company’s (NIGC)first region in which statistical populationincludes 100 personnel’s ofthis company that is done in the year 1392. 80 personnel are consideredas research sample according to Cochran Sampling Selection Table inorder to run questionnaire. Research instruments include job burnoutquestionnaire (Measles and Jackson, 1981), Neo personal characteristicsquestionnaire (McCrea and Costa, 1985), a 60-question form and an 8-question deviant behaviors questionnaire (Bent and Robinson, 2000)which has adequate validity and stability. Data gathered from questionnairesare studied through Prison’s Correlation Coefficient Test andregression analysis, simultaneously. Results show that there is a significantrelation among mental suffering with depersonalization, emotionalexhaustion, individual failure and deviant behaviors (P < 0.01). Inaddition, there exist another significant relation between emotional exhaustionand deviant behaviors (P < 0.01). In addition, the results ofregression analysis shows that mental suffering is the best factor forpredicting deviant behavior and job burnout (P < 0.01). Manuscript profile

Today, along with enhancement of social well-being andeconomic development, demand for transportation is growing increasingly.Many countries are seeking for providing transportation servicesat a reasonable price. Therefore, optimization of carrying goods on nationalor international roads is highly important in terms of costs andtransportation indicator, so that the goods are shipped at minimumcosts and maximum profit for the forwarding agencies. For this purpose,the limitations should be identified. In this paper, considering critical indicatorsand various modes of transportation, we attempt to choose andrank the best option with respect to pre-defined criteria imposing leastcosts. The indicators and criteria determined in this research for selectingthe best mode of container loading are those introduced by transportexperts (sima marine shipping company) based on the their importancefor the company. These indicators include forwarding charges, volumeof containers and quantity of portable containers (20ft and 40ft), which are not equally important and each has been given a weight by company’sexperts, the total of which equals one. To use the weights ina logical manner, shannon entropy technique was applied. Our aim inthis research is selection of the best option for carrying the containersunder conditions which the demand for the goods to be shipped overweighsthe capacity of the ship, known as critical point in loading thecontainers.
