The present study aims to provide a model for financing buyer-supplier in Mehrvarzan healthcare Company. The statistical population of the study includes 300 employees of the company. According to Morgan table, 168 people are selected as the statistical sample. Available non-random sampling method has been used. For collecting the required information, the standard buyer-supplier financing questionnaire of Tate et al. (2010) has been used. Data analysis is performed using Amos software with the help of one-sample t-test, correlation coefficient and regression. The results of the research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between all aspects of financing strategy, buyer-supplier financing, and buyer-supplier information sharing with financing performance, which indicates the direct and indirect impact of corporate financing strategy, buyer-supplier information sharing on buyer-supplier financing function. This study was aimed to investigate the infoneuroanalysis relationship between the fields of study of 1st grade secondary schools principals with their leadership styles in district 3 of Shiraz. This study has an applied purpose in terms of methodology and used a descriptive correlational design. The statistical population consisted of 63 1st grade secondary schools principals in the Shiraz’s 3rd districtin the academic year of 2016-17. Among them, 56 principals were selected as sample through Morgan table using simple randomized and convenience sampling methods. In order to collect data on theoretical principles and literature, library resources such as articles, books, and the Internet were used. The research instrument was a researcher-made leadership style questionnaire which its validity was confirmed by the experts. Its reliability was calculated to be 0.77% using Cronbach's alpha. Pearson correlation coefficient was used for data analysis. According to the results, there is a significant relationship between the infoneuroanalysis (brain data analysis) and the field of study with the leadership style. Manuscript profile

The present study has aimed to review the relationship between infomorphology of graduate students of educational sciences in the Islamic Azad University of Shiraz and their learning style. This study is an applied research in terms of its objectives and it is a descriptive – correlational research in terms of the process of the study. The statistical population of this study consists of graduate students majoring in educational management and educational technology in the Islamic Azad University of Shiraz in the academic year of 2016-2017 (200 students). 132 students were selected as the sample size through Morgan’s table using accessible and simple randomized sampling method. Library sources such as articles, required books and internet have been used in order to collect the information associated with the theoretical principles and literature of the research. The tools used in this research were two questionnaires: an infomorphology questionnaire and a researcher-made learning style questionnaire. Validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the professors specializing in relevant fields of study. A 0.78 reliability was calculated for the questionnaires using Cronbach’s alpha. To analyze the research data, the Pearson correlation coefficient was used. The findings of this study suggested that there is a positive and significant relationship between the infomorphology of graduate students and their learning style. Manuscript profile

Perceived organizational support has been raised as work backbone of employee in the organization and the psychological contracts are also a set of promises that top managers give to support their employees. Therefore, violation of this contract not only involves depriving organizational support, but also reduces the employee's belongings. The main purpose of this paper was to examine the impact of perceived organizational support through the mediating role of psychological contract violation on work outcomes in employee of the Social Security Organization of Fars province. The population by 963 people and a statistical sample 275 people in 31 different classes including various branches of the Department of Social Security was classified using random sampling method. Data collection tool also were 25 item questionnaire for organizational support and violation of the psychological contract by Paillé (2015) and Ahmad and Nawaz (2015) so that its content validity was confirmed and its reliability was estimated as 77%. The descriptive compilation of tables in SPSS 23 software was used to analyze the data in descriptive level and the structural equation modeling using Smart PLS2 software was used in inferential statistics level. The results finally revealed that the perceived organizational support through the mediating role of psychological contract violation on work outcomes in employee of the Social Security Organization of Fars province was affected. Also, the perceived organizational support and psychological contract violation and organizational support has affected on psychological contract violation of employee of the Social Security Organization of Fars province.
