Abstract. In this paper, the scheduling problem with nonresumable jobs and maintenance process is considered in order to minimize the makespan under two alternative strategies. The first strategy is to implement the maintenance process on the machine after a predetermined time period and the second one is to consider the maximum number of jobs that can be done with an especial tool. We propose a new mathematical formulation for the aforementioned problem and regarding the problem is included in the NP-Hard class of problems, in the second part of the paper, we propose a heuristic algorithm in order to solve the problem in a reasonable time. Also we compare the performance of the proposed algorithm with existing methods in the literature. Computational results showed that the proposed algorithm is able to attain optimum solutions in most cases and also corroborate its better performance than the existing heuristic methods in the literature. Abstract. The key to life is entitled to keep customers satisfied. Customer satisfaction is undoubtedly one of the most strategic subjects in recent decades. As the global economy, it is said, are clients who are determining the survival of the company. Since this research is to assess customer satisfaction, quality banking services to Iran Case Study: Kermanshah Province Resalat Bank‘s, according to the SERVQUAL model pays respect to the purpose of the research, applied research survey. The sample consists of 384 bank customers, which were selected using simple random sampling. The results showed that, of the five Servqual model (appearances, empathy, trust, accountability and assurance), the Resalat Banks of service quality on customer satisfaction, impact. Abstract. Today, there is no specific method or criterion for selecting contractors in the researches’ field. Usually this selection is regarded as a matter of taste and as a result, there is no coordinated approach in the mentioned domain. Sometimes, after signing the contract, the inappropriate selection became clear. The managers are in direct need of a pattern for selecting the contractors. In the present research, the evaluation indexes of knowledge developers such as universities, knowledge-based companies, and research centers have been studied. For clarifying the process of the selection and by the help of the fuzzy TOPSIS method, we have considered four indexes as the general ones: 1) the price 2) the quality 3) the delivery time and 4) the work experiences. Finally, for better understanding, we have brought an example with 5 candidates and 5 determiners. Manuscript profile

Abstract. In the case of process capability index several methods are identified. In this paper ,a new process capability index using fuzzy number and fuzzy probability concept, in order to remove the weakness of other famous method is suggested. After introduction of fuzzy index in univariate case, fuzzy multivariate process capability index is investigated. Finally, this new method is compared to three well-known methods in literature review, with numerical example. Manuscript profile

Abstract. The main purpose of this paper is investigation and identification the concept of dynamic capabilities and clarifying the relationship between these capabilities with the knowledge management process capabilities. As expected, the results showed a positive relationship between these two concepts. This paper includes three main sections. In first section, we identify the concept of process capabilities of knowledge management and dynamic capabilities and then examining different levels of these capabilities. In the second section, we explain that there is a close relationship between these two capabilities in such a way that they can be interdependent, and finally in the third section, dynamic capabilities have been prioritized based on their level of importance in gaining sustainable competitive advantage and increasing organizational performance. For this purpose, Method Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process is applied to examine the variables. Three variables Knowledge generation, Knowledge exploitation and knowledge recombination have been considered as main indicators. In order to prioritize the criteria in terms of importance and the role they play in the organization, a questionnaire distributed and collected among senior managers of knowledge management field has been used. Abstract. This study aims to identify and prioritize the factors affect the effectiveness of human resources at Islamic Azad University of Karaj. The research is descriptive-survey method because researchers use a questionnaire, content validity and the experts’ point of views are used to assess the validity of questionnaire and Cronbach's alpha was used to assess the reliability. To measure the content validity, the questionnaire consists of 11 items was distributed among 20 experts. After confirming the validity, for the approval of the conceptual model, the questionnaire of structure model is used that this questionnaire was distributed among 40 experts in Islamic Azad University of Karaj. Then, ANP questionnaire was distributed among the 24 experts to prioritize factors and variables affect the effectiveness of human resources. According to the results of economic factor as the most important factor affects the effectiveness of human resources in Islamic Azad University of Karaj, and organizational, personal, environmental and management factors are ranked second to fifth. Abstract. A practical common weight scalarizing function methodology with an improved discriminating power for technology selection is introduced. The proposed scalarizing function methodology enables the evaluation of the relative efficiency of decision-making units (DMUs) with respect to multiple outputs and a single exact input with common weights. Its robustness and discriminating power are illustrated via a previously reported robot evaluation problem by comparing the ranking obtained by the proposed scalarizing function framework with that obtained by the DEA classic model (CCR model) and Minimax method (Karsak & Ahiska,2005). Because the number of efficient DMUs is reduced so discriminating power of our approach is higher than previous approaches and because Spearman’s rank correlation between the ranks obtained from our approach and Minimax approach is high therefore robustness of our approach is justified.
