  Special attention to the relative advantages of the economy is the best way toward economic development in every country. Owing to its considerable natural oil and gas resources, Iran has a high potential for the development of these industries. In the value chain process of these God-given resources, a wide diversity of final downstream petrochemical products has a significant charm and scope for technological innovation and development. In the absence of a systematic perspective, all the planning and costs in this field will fail. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to design and analyze the dynamic model of technological innovation management in petrochemical downstream industries in Iran. A questionnaire was designed by analyzing the research literature and the opinions of the experts; then, the factors were investigated using verification factor analysis and structural equations with Smart PLS; the final 26 indicators were categorized in four domains including firm, industry, national, and international. Next, using system thinking and Vensim PLE 6.4, the technology innovation management structure was designed in the downstream industries. The behavior of key variables was also predicted for a 7-year time horizon. Finally, it was used to formulate the technology innovation management scenario. Manuscript profile

  Given the emergence of digital transformation from Industry 4 and the rapid dissemination of technological innovations as well as their impact as a strong driving force in new banking businesses, efforts should be made to identify the dimensions of this core factor as rapidly as possible. Providing a comprehensive overview of all aspects of the model. The purpose of this article is to provide insights into the state of the art of digital transformation in the banking industry and suggest ways for future research. Existing literature, especially research for 2019 and 2020, has enhanced our understanding of the specific aspects of digital transformation in future banking, and we are now grasping a clearer picture of nature, how, and the consequences of these in the years ahead. However, all its dimensions are not yet clear. In this article, by review of 218 articles in the WOS database, and the analysis has utilized the data-driven tools,165 questionnaire and 90 specialized interviews with experts, extracted factors of the research, and using SMART PLS statistical software, ANFIS and MATLAB software for analysis.   This research has evaluated the innovation components in information technology startups with a focus on Industry 4.0. The approach of the current research is of a qualitative type and was implemented based on the meta-composite approach. On this basis, all articles published in ISI magazines, books and internal and external theses related to the topic of innovation in the field of startups and in the period of 2015 to 2021 were examined. According to the SIP model, the researchers identified 17 concepts and 96 codes for each of the 4 categories of substrate (background), input (input), the main category of process and output (output), which were paid attention to in internal and external studies. The results of this research will help researchers and practitioners in the field of innovation in information technology startups to know what variables and components should be included in the four sectors of the platform for a comprehensive understanding of the innovation development of startups based on the 0.4 industry. Pay attention to the main category of process and output. The present study contributes to the literature on startup technology innovation in information technology and its practices and outlines desirable practices for future researchers.   Abstract. This study aims to identify and prioritize the factors affect the effectiveness of human resources at Islamic Azad University of Karaj. The research is descriptive-survey method because researchers use a questionnaire, content validity and the experts’ point of views are used to assess the validity of questionnaire and Cronbach's alpha was used to assess the reliability. To measure the content validity, the questionnaire consists of 11 items was distributed among 20 experts. After confirming the validity, for the approval of the conceptual model, the questionnaire of structure model is used that this questionnaire was distributed among 40 experts in Islamic Azad University of Karaj. Then, ANP questionnaire was distributed among the 24 experts to prioritize factors and variables affect the effectiveness of human resources. According to the results of economic factor as the most important factor affects the effectiveness of human resources in Islamic Azad University of Karaj, and organizational, personal, environmental and management factors are ranked second to fifth.
