Technology transfer in petroleum contracts must have jurisdictional legislation and provide materials to the contracting parties therefore, it is necessary to explain the jurisprudential nature of technology transfer in these contracts. This descriptive-analytic research answers the questions that what is the jurisprudential nature of technology transfer in petroleum contracts? which of the following is in accordance with Islamic jurisprudence? After examining different types of international legal and indefinite contracts and different formats such as bye back, leasing and reward contract it was found the step four of bye back (IPC) it is very similar to lease and reward contracts. also concluded that technology transfer in Petroleum contracts is similar to leasing. The most important legal effect is that, under the terms of the contract for the lease of individuals, the contractor has no rental right of ownership, and is merely entitled to receive the remuneration provided by the service. In the twentieth century has no philosopher tried as much as Heidegger to go beyond philosophical concepts and reflections. From the period known as the "Kehre", Heidegger's thought has entered into a field of intellectual experience and a borderline realm that goes beyond purely rational thought and does not follow its rules. Many commentators have interpreted this way of thinking as similar to the way of Mystik thinking and doubt its ability to answer philosophical questions. By Mystik they mean a kind of thinking that shrugs off the burden of rationality and reason has no access to it. In this article, however, Mystik, that means "philosophical mysticism", is a school of thinking in Christianity that is tied to the name of Meister Eckhart. It covers a wide range of subjects, not all of which necessarily agree with philosophy. In examining the relation of Heidegger's thought to "philosophical mysticism", a report is first given of his own position on this concept. In the next step, in order to find out how close Heidegger's thought is to "philosophical mysticism", we show, in comparing the differences and common aspects of the meanings of both Eckhart's and Heidegger's concept of "releasement (Gelassenheit)". Background and Objective: Many of the antibiotics used in poultry farms are excreted in their feces. This waste is used as organic fertilizer in agriculture and causes the release of animal antibiotics in the environment. These compounds may increase the antibiotic resistance of microbial populations or damage plants grown in these soils. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of aerobic and anaerobic poultry manure composting on the amount of enrofloxacin and ciprofloxacin antibiotics in poultry manure at two levels of high and low concentration and compare them with each other. Method: Two samples of fresh broiler chicken manure were prepared after the end of the chicken treatment with antibiotic enrofloxacin. The two samples contained two levels of high and low concentrations of Enrofloxacin and Ciprofloxacin. The composting of chicken manure was done using a completely randomized design with 4 treatments of 1- aerobic treatments at a low concentration,              2- aerobic treatments at high concentration 3- anaerobic treatments at low concentration 4- anaerobic treatments at a high concentration in five replicates in 75 days. Samples were prepared at specific intervals and the concentration of Enrofloxacin and Ciprofloxacin was measured by HPLC method. The obtained data were fitted with the first-order kinetic equation and the half-life of the antibiotic degradation was calculated. Findings: The results showed that at the end of the period, in treatments 1 to 4, 54.2%, 64.3%, 65.3% and 69.7% of the Enrofloxacin and 41%, 57.8%, 57.8% and 61.8% Ciprofloxacin remained. The correlation coefficient (R2) obtained from the fitting of the first-order kinetic equation in treatments (from 0.71 to 0.92) showed that the data fit well with this equation. The half-life of the Enrofloxacin degradation was obtained between 96.27 and about 150.68 days. The half-life of degradation for Ciprofloxacin was also found to be between 57.28 and 117.48 days. Discussion and Conclusion: Overall, the results showed that the process of composting reduced the concentration of antibiotics and prevented its entry into the environment. The rate and total amount of antibiotic degradation in aerobic conditions was higher than anaerobic. The rate of degradation of both antibiotics at a high initial concentration was lower than its rate of degradation at low concentrations. The rate of ciprofloxacin degradation was also higher than Enrofloxacin. The results of this study can help to create relevant laws and regulations in relevant institutions, in order to reduce the release of veterinary antibiotics into the environment. Manuscript profile

Leasing companies play an important role in meeting the needs of firms and households. These companies can resolve liquidity problem of their customers by providing their various products. But despite these advantages, leasing industry is relatively young and less developed in Iran. One of the major problems in the path of growth and development of leasing companies is Failure in providing reliable and stable financial resources at different periods of time. From the past, difficulties in financing leasing companies are a key issue in the industry that occupied the minds of managers. The performance of leasing industry in Iran shows that leasing industry at different periods of boom and recession has failed to show the same performance and stability. One of the key causes in the process of stable financing is existing shortcomings. Hence, it is vital to using modern methods, diversified and stable financing in leasing companies in Iran within the interest-free banking system. One of the most effective methods to finance leasing companies in Iran is securitization of assets. It can be said that balance sheet assets of leasing companies which have the ability to transform into securities include assets resulting from installment sale and lease-purchase .This study tries to design and offer asset securitization process in Iran and leasing companies within the interest-free banking and finds proper response to the problems raised in the area of financing leasing companies. Khalil Havi's poems contain an echo from contemporary man and his problems and hardships that speak of the pain, suffering and oppressions on him. Havi considers man in the present age, especially Arabic contemporary man, to be a captive creature that is caught in the current crisis and is surrounded by oppression. Poet in his poems also deals with the oppressions and crises that caused man to be stagnant in the present age, to the extent that a deep crisis and tragedy is depicted in his poems, and this is the crisis and sorrow that is the basis of human existence. Havi is not unaware of contemporary man's awareness of his oppression and problems and it is to explain contemporary man with the human principle. In his poems, he considers ideas for human release and uses his existential experiences and expresses them. According to Khalil Havi, contemporary man, in order to free himself, has made release as the top priority of his life and with slogans such as hope, waiting for miracles, certainty, struggle and revolution, resurrection and idealism, strives for release and freedom and alleviation of its pains and sufferings in order to be able to do an action with these ideas and efforts and struggles for the release of humanity, in particular, the Arabic man and in all these circumstances, he hoped to achieve the freedom he wanted. Introduction: In this research, nanoparticles were synthesized by two methods of hemolipation and precipitation-reduction under optimal conditions. Using X-Ray Diffraction and Fourier Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) tests, the optimal conditions for nanoparticle synthesis were determined by sediment-reduction method. Finally, by analyzing the images taken by electron microscopy from two samples, the average size of magnetite nanoparticles synthesized by co-precipitation method was measured at 39nm and by sediment-reduction method at 4/5nm. By plotting the particle size distribution, in the co-precipitation method, the particle size distribution of nanoparticles was relatively wide and in the sediment-reduction method, the relatively narrow particle size distribution was obtained. Finally, by comparing the average size, distribution, particle size and morphology of nanoparticles synthesized by the two methods mentioned, magnetite nanoparticles synthesized by sediment-reduction method are proposed for drug delivery applications. Material and methods: This is a research study involving experiments and reviewing library studies on controlled drug delivery systems. After conducting library studies and obtaining sufficient information, laboratory tests of this study were performed. Results: With the creation of particle systems, new properties were introduced into drugs that did not exist before. The use of nanoparticles has led to its optimization and has created features such as therapeutic target, improved cell permeability, longer life, etc. that were not previously available in conventional drugs. Nanoparticles synthesized by the deposition-reduction method, which are more synthetic than the co-precipitation method, have a higher purity, a much smaller particle size, and a narrower particle size distribution. Due to the fact that magnetite nanoparticles in sizes below 15 nm show the properties of paramagnetic cloud and also nanoparticles suitable for pharmaceutical applications should have a uniform distribution of particle size, nanoparticles synthesized by sediment-reduction method are recommended for drug delivery applications. Conclusion: Due to the fact that magnetite nanoparticles in sizes below 15 nm show superparamagnetic properties and also nanoparticles suitable for pharmaceutical applications should have a uniform distribution of particle size, nanoparticles synthesized by sedimentary-reduction method for drug delivery applications are recommended.   Manuscript profile

Reduce pesticides usage and improve efficiency of them can be achieved by the technology of controlled release formulations. This experiment conducted to investigate the efficiency of synthesized microcapsule formulation of trifluralin in Tirtash Research and Education Center (located in Mazandaran province, the north of Iran) during the 2014 growing season. The experiment design was three-way factorial arrangement on a CRD with three replications. The treatments consisted of the microcapsule and emulsifiable concentrate (Treflan® 48%) formulation in different doses, 50, 75 and 100 percent of recommended dose (0.6, 0.9 and 1.2 kg a.i./ha) and application methods, soil-incorporated pre-planting and pre-planting. Weeding and weed infest were prepared as control plots. Density and dry weight of weed at 40 and 60 days after tobacco transplanting and tobacco yield were measured during the growth season. Based on the relative abundance of weeds, Setaria viridis L. and Amaranthus retroflexus L. were dominant species. The experimental results show there were significant difference between formulation type, dose and method of application on density and dry weight of weed and tobacco yield. The effectiveness of MC formulation in each applied dose were higher than EC formulation. The 50% recommended dose of MC formulation had the same weed control effectiveness as 75% recommended dose of the EC formulation. The green foxtail and redroot pigweed control were about 72 and 69% in 50% recommended dose of MC formulation and about 79 and 65% in 75% recommended dose of EC formulation, respectively. Also 50% of MC formulation could increase yield as same as the 100% of EC formulation, 4.26 and 4.30 ton.ha-1, respectively. Soil incorporation of trifluralin was very necessary to achieve best efficiency. Manuscript profile

We can classify all different topics of Obayd humors in two types: topics on prohibited matters and topics on defected ones. The former are topics we are not allowed to talk of and to approach them. They are sextual taboos, religious taboos or legal and political prohibitions including sextual, religious and political humors. The second type are topics on defects including external and physical defects, or internal, moral and behavioral as well as topics on personality, or mental defects. Humors of bodily defects, cultural and moral humors, and humors of stupidity and ignorance are within this classification. This research by presenting types of Obayd humors, seeks to find why they are funny. The first type of Obay humors maches to the first Freudian category, i.e., humors that are funny because they release repressed emotions. The second type matches to the second Freudian category, i.e., awkward imitation of natural and conventional movements and laws that lead to smile because they release thinking energy. The third Freudian category has no specific topic and relates to one of the Obayd's humor techniques, i.e., surprise technique. Every humor, no matter what is its topic, can make smile, if it uses surprise technique, because it puts the mind on the threshold of release contrast between two different senses. Manuscript profile

In recent decades, natural polymers, especially polysaccharides, have been used as carrier to deliver a wide range of therapeutic agents. Chitosan, the second most abundant natural polysaccharide after cellulose, is a biocompatible, biodegradable, hydrophilic, non-toxic, high bioavailability polymer with the ability to form films, gels, nanoparticles, microparticles, and granules. Chitosan is a linear polysaccharide obtained by deacetylation of chitin. Also, biodegradable chitosan in the human body is broken down into safe compounds (amino sugars) that are easily absorbed. Chitosan has hydroxyl and amine chemical functional groups that can be modified to achieve specific goals and turn it into a polymer with a wide range of potential applications. The aim of this paper is to provide insight into the potential applications of chitosan as a drug carrier. In the following, the use of chitosan to build deliverable sustainable delivery systems in other ways (oral, nasal, ocular, mucosal adhesion, buccal, and vaginal) is discussed. This report shows that research on chitosan-based systems containing different drugs for various therapeutic applications such as cancer treatment, gastrointestinal diseases, lung diseases, drug delivery to the brain and eye infections has increased in recent years.  Manuscript profile

In recent years, the development of nanoparticles in the field of drug release has received much attention. This research aims to develop new methods for the physical modification of Fe3O4 superparamagnetic nanoparticles with polymers through physical retention. In this study, after synthesizing the biodegradable polycaprolactone-polyethylene glycol magnetic copolymer, the anticancer drugs doxorubicin and Chrysin in these polymers were encapsulated by dual emulsion (w / o / w). The effect of temperature and pH on drug release was investigated. After performing kinetic studies, the diffusion coefficient of drug release was also studied. The drug distribution was considered uniform and the system was assumed to be in Cartesian coordinates. The results showed that the diffusion coefficient of drug release followed Fick's law. At first, due to the high concentration difference of drugs in the early times, the diffusion coefficient was higher, but then with time and with decreasing the concentration difference, the diffusion coefficient decreased and remained constant.               On the basis of the Time-Sharing contract, a person, in a certain course of time, becomes the owner of the substance or its usufruct, or holds the right to benefit from the subject of the contract upon which the agreement is concluded. Under the influence of the Time-Sharing contract, the person holding the above-stated rights, will be able to directly or representatively fulfill his or her rights periodically for a limited or perennial course of time. These contracts are being concluded in a diverse set of forms almost in all of the countries around the world. The main purpose of this research is not to render a clear definition of the nature of the Time-Sharing contracts; but rather is to put emphasis on whether it is conceivable, based on Iranian legal system, to achieve contractual outcomes particular to the Time-Sharing contracts through a special type of Lease contract. In the very meaning of timeshare there is no substantive detachment between the substance of a contract and its usufruct and ownership is considered as a right. However, in the light of the tenets of the Civil Code of Iran and Islamic jurisprudential decrees in this regard, it is conceivable to attain the outcomes particular to the Time-Sharing contracts through a specific kind of the Lease contract or through the assignment of the “Substitutive Generality” to the subject and duration of the Lease contract. Rent is a bilateral contract and as such the other contracts, the considerations on both parts must be determined at the time that the contract is concluded. According to the general principles of contracts, if a consideration is indeterminate, the contract will be void. However, under article 3 of the landlord and tenant acts, 1977 and 1983, non-determination of leasehold in a verbal lease contract will not render the contract void and if there is difference between the parties, the court will determine the leasehold. This rule is an exception to the general principles and determination of leasehold by the court ignores the autonomy of the parties in tenant contract. In this article, the authors first examine the matter of non-determination of leasehold in the Jurisprudence and then they will describe the subject under Iranian laws. Manuscript profile

Financing is one of the most important issues in the resistive economy. There are a variety of financing options available in Iran, including the capital market, but given the risk aversion of investors to enter this market, Islamic financial instruments such as securities emerged and were highly sought after. Islamic financial instruments known as Sukuk bonds have been widely accepted. Sukuk Al Ijara are the most applicable Sukuk in our country. One of the unprecedented topics in this field is the study of executable options as a means of terminating the securities. In this study, at first the basic legal and jurisprudential foundations of options such as rule of prohibition of detriment, interpretative law, the rule of will power, intention and consent of contract's parties, expediency, protective theory were described. Then, Enforceable options in Sukuk Al Ijara bonds as predictive and offsetting measures of contracts by mentioning examples of each option was examined. The results of this study indicates that it is possible to execute  following options  such as defect, deceit, lesion, conditions, unfulfilled conditions, inspection, sales unfulfilled in part, impossibility of delivery and  insolvency in relations of the contract's parties. The purpose of this study was assessing the impacts of different chilling periods on the release of dormancy in walnut lateral buds, carbohydrates metabolism, phenol compounds content, and activities of soluble and cell wall peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase. In this line, one-year-old shoots were collected randomly from ten-year-old trees of Ziyarat village (Gorgan) in defoliation which were then cut into 9 cm pieces each with a single lateral bud and were subjected to different chilling treatments (0, 700, 1400 hour) at 4±1 °C and then forcing condition (25 ± 2 ◦C, 12 h light:12 h dark photoperiod, 20 µmol m−2 s−1). Results showed that 700 and 1400 chilling hours significantly increased percentage and rate of walnut lateral bud dormancy release and decreased time of initiation bud break in comparison with control. Chilling caused starch and non-reducing sugar degradation and resulted in the increase of reducing sugars.  This had a positive significant relationship with the percentage of bud dormancy release. Phenols content, soluble and cell wall peroxidase activities increased up to  700 hour chilling while polyphenol oxidase activity increased up to 1400 hour as compared with control. It seems that the buildup of reducing sugars provides the required energy for dormancy release, and the increase of phenols and soluble and cell wall peroxidase activities result in decrease of oxidative stress and development of cold tolerance in buds. Moreover, rising polyphenol oxidase activity caused removing phenolic inhibitors and/or synthesis of antioxidant phenols.  These processes in parallel promoted dormancy release of Persian walnut lateral buds.   Manuscript profile

The ability of green microalgae, Dunaliella salina for existence, growth, nitrat reductase activity and ammonium release in low light, ambient CO2 and saline condition was studied for a better understanding of it is biotechnological importance. Samples were cultivated in Johnson medium whit NaCl, 7.5, 15, 30 and 50% or without NaCl(control), 30◦C±1◦C, continious white light, 1500 lux, provided by fluorescent lamps and were aerated continiously using aquarium pumps. Based on the results of the present research, the best growth obtained in NaCl 7.5% for along term period, although in short term, a very high growth rate was obtained in NaCl 50% (Saturated salinity). Ammonium release was maximum in NaCl 50% and the nitrate reductase activity was minimum in the same salinity but there was no statistically significant correlation between ammonium release and nitrate reductase activity. The ability of Dunaliella salina in releasing high amount of ammonium and growth in low and high salinity makes it an important candidate as a new biofertilizer. Manuscript profile

This study developed a novel silica-coated magnetic nanoparticle (Fe3O4@SiO2@Cu BTC) based on a metal-organic framework (MOF) for targeted anticancer medication delivery. Using a co-precipitation method, the Fe3O4@SiO2 core was coated with Cu(OH)2 shell, which was then converted to CuBTC in a hydroethanolic mixture. Finally, a post-synthetic approach was used to manufacture a 3-(mercaptopropyl) trimethoxysilane functionalized Fe3O4@SiO2@Cu BTC nanocomposite. The resulting material is characterized using SEM-EDX, TEM, VSM, XRD, TGA, BET, UV–Vis, and FTIR techniques. TEM and SEM micrographs confirmed the core-shell structure. The resulting nanocomposite has high thermal stability, according to TGA findings. Because of their great biocompatibility and drug loading capability, coated Fe3O4@SiO2@Cu BTC nanoparticles might be perfect for drug delivery. Capecitabine (CAP), an anticancer medication, was successfully dispersed through MOF pores. The acquired data revealed that 91 percent of the CAP was adsorbed on the constructed framework, and that the release of capecitabine in PBS buffer solution (pH 5.7) at 37 °C took up to 60 hours to complete. The findings show that nano-sized MOFs-based magnetic NPs with high drug loading and acceptable biocompatibility are viable options for targeted drug delivery. Manuscript profile

This research, reports the fabrication of a new pH-responsive nanocarrier based on iron oxide nanoparticle with dendrimer coating and PEG conjugated for targeted and controlled delivery of chemotherapy drugs to cancer cells. The structure of the nanocarrier was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra analysis. transmission electron microscope (TEM), Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE-SEM) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) analysis showed that the nanocarrier has a spherical structure with super paramagnetic properties. The efficiency of nanocarrier was evaluated with cyclophosphamide chemotherapy drug. The in vitro drug release studies at different pH proved the pH-sensitivity of the nanocarrier. Due to the open state of dendritic structure in acidic pH, the maximum release observed at pH 4.5 (lysosomal pH). Mass transfer studies showed that drug release from nanocarrier is rapid in short contact time and slow in long contact time. These results indicate that cyclophosphamide-loaded magnetic nanocarrier is promising for targeted delivery and controlled drug release. Manuscript profile

One of the most common clinical diseases is skin scarring, which is defined as damage to the structure or integrity of skin tissue. Nanohydrogel can help in sustained release of drug by entrapping drug or loading drugs and thus promote wound healing. A hydrogel is a three-dimensional hydrophilic network that is insoluble in water or aqueous solutions and is able to absorb water or other biological fluids that can promote wound healing. Various nano hydrogels have been designed to improve the design of wound dressings, and nano hydrogels are also used in drug release. The advantage of hydrogels over traditional wound dressings is their ability to improve the wound and the wound healing process. Hydrogels meet most criteria for modern wound dressings due to their unique properties. Among the unique properties of nano-hydrogels, we can mention the ability to absorb wound secretions, maintain a moist environment, gas exchange, remove the dressing from the wound surface without pain and replace the dressing for the patient, ease of movement for surgery. In this research, an overview of the use of nano-hydrogels in improving the performance of wound dressings and drug delivery, along with the investigation of antibacterial properties, introduction of commercial wound dressings and wound healing mechanisms, has been discussed. The physicochemical properties of nanocarriers were characterized and the cellular toxicity of elesclomol, and nano-delivery system with and without EpCAM aptamer modification has been investigated in vitro. High resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) showed that MMSNs had a uniform spherical morphology with a diameter of 19 nm and a negative surface charge. Elesclomol was successfully encapsulated in the open porous structure of the nanocarrier. The encapsulation efficiency (EE) and drug loading capacity (LC) were about 88% and 39%, respectively. Moreover, the prepared Au-ELC-MMSN-NH2 displayed pH responsive and sustained drug release within 96 h. Targeted nano-delivery systems were prepared with a final diameter of 89 nm and a negative surface charge. The MTT assay revealed that the targeted nano-delivery system induced highly effective cytotoxicity on colorectal cancer cells-expressing EpCAM aptamer (HT-29) compared to the CHO cells. This engineered nano-platform is a promising elesclomol replacement therapy for colorectal cancer. However, further experiments are required before it can be practiced in the clinic. Field and Aims: The current research has been carried out with the subject and purpose of the lease contract and its relationship with the right to goodwill in Iranian and Egyptian laws. In fact, this research aims to show that: goodwill is a type of lease contract and has common characteristics in the laws of Iran and Egypt. As a type of lease contract between lessor and lessee, goodwill has always had dark and ambiguous points in it.Method: The research method is descriptive and analytical.Findings and Conclusion: In Iranian law, goodwill is associated with the lease contract, so if goodwill is transferred to the lessee, the owner does not have the option of renting it to a non-lessee. Also, in the leases subject to the Law of Landlord and Tenant Relations 1376, goodwill does not exist independently of the lease relationship and is a matter that is realized only by the existence of the lease contract; Therefore, if there is no reason for the occurrence of the lease contract; The claim is not required to prepare an official peace document. The characteristics and common characteristics of the lease contract in Iranian and Egyptian law are: exchangeability of the lease contract, consensuality of the lease contract, necessity, temporaryness, gradualness, etc. Manuscript profile

Abstract: Undoubtedly, one of the basic necessities of society is committing to obligations and fulfilling them completely. For this reason, the first principle in contracts is the principle of necessity. However, it sometimes happens that the fulfillment of the obligations arising from the contract becomes impossible due to the events that are beyond the obligator’ control. One example of the impossibility or difficulty of performance is the spread of contagious diseases, a special type of which known as Coronavirus is prevalent across the world. This raises the question as whether this disease can be considered as an excuse for the frustration of the contract (excuse) or the difficulty of its fulfillment (difficulty). If it is the case, what will happen to the contract and what will be the contractors’ duties? In response, it should be said that due to the similarity of the components, this disease can be a true example of the difficulty of contract fulfillment, and regarding its role and impact on the scope of contracts, no general rule can be provided for all cases. Therefore, the study of the impact of the Coronavirus on the contract depends entirely upon the type of contract and the conditions governing it. One of the most important contracts affected by this disease was the lease contracts, especially the lease of commercial places in which with the government's order to temporarily close these places, the status of the existing contracts turned into a serious legal issue. In addition, different issues such as dissolution, modification, and suspension of contract were proposed as the possible solutions for the existing situation. Keywords: frustration of contract, difficulty of performance, contract, lease, Coronavirus Manuscript profile

The assignment of the contract and the assignment of the position related to the contract by the assignor of the contract to the receiver causes the party to the original contract to withdraw from the primary legal relationship and another person or persons are placed in the contractual position of the assignor as a substitute. The most vital effect of the secondary transfer of the lease contract is the same as the voluntary transfer of the contract of the third party, for the method of subrogation of the buyer in the secondary transfer of the lease, it is clear that it is the buyer's representative in the same tenant in relation to the transfer of the right to receive rent and the right Termination and discharge to him is disputed and disputed in the courts. The findings of the research indicate that in the English legal system, with the secondary transfer of the lease contract to the buyer, he is obliged to conclude and accept the terms of the lease contract, and despite the contractual legal transfer to the buyer, the seller also becomes responsible. The research method is descriptive and analytical. Manuscript profile

Bovine pancreatic ribonuclease A is an endoribonuclease. This enzyme cut chemical phosphodiesteric bond in a single stranded RNA with two steps reaction. The first step of this enzymatic reaction is transphosphorylation and the second step is hydrolysis. Allopurinol is one the structural isomer of hypoxanthine (one of the natural purine) that inhibits xanthine oxidase so reduce production of uric acid and is one of the current drugs ingout treatment. This drug has a nucleotidic structure so may has an effect on the structure and activity of ribonuclease A. In attention to key role of RNase A in degredation of RAN for maintanace of cellular system equilibrium, it is necessarytoinvestigate the effect of different biological molecules and drugs on the activity of RNase A. So in this project we investigated the effect of different concentration of allopurinol on the activity and structure of bovine pancreatic ribonuclease A .At first saturation curve of enzyme in the presence of cCMP is drawn. Then effect of allopurinol in the range of 0-1, 0-5 mM on the maximum rate of enzyme is investigated and saturation curve of enzyme in the presence of allopurinol is drawn. The results show that drug reduces activity of this enzyme in tested concentrations. Structural studies with ligand binding and CD prove the considerable change in enzyme. In general, we can say that allopurinol may inhibit activity of RNase A. Manuscript profile

Oats (Avena sativa L.) possess allelopathic properties and can serve as effective cover crops to inhibit weed growth. This study aimed to investigate the effect of the aqueous extract and formulated extract of oats with chitosan nanoparticles on the germination of red root pigweed (Amaranthus retroflexus) in the year 2021. The experiment was designed using a factorial based on a completely randomized design, with three repetitions. The experimental treatments included the type of extract (aqueous extract of oats and formulated extract of oats with chitosan nanoparticles) and six control concentrations (distilled water and chitosan without plant extract), 10, 50, 100, 150, and 200 g/L. The results of the study demonstrated that the interaction between the type of extract and different concentrations significantly affected the evaluated traits at the probability level of 1%. The percentage of germination in the aqueous extract of oats and its formulated extract with chitosan nanoparticles in concentrations of 100, 150, and 200 were zero, 16.66, 15.33, and 5.33%, respectively. Also, increasing the concentration of the extract formulated with chitosan caused a decrease in germination rate (85.46, 87.95, and 96.10%), mean daily germination percentage (82.75, 84.20, and 94.49%), seedling vigor index (85.53, 87.60 and 97.71%) and synchronization index (45.76, 47.90 and 14.75%) of the red root pigweed compared to chitosan without plant extract. These findings suggest that of the aqueous extract of oats had a greater inhibition on the germination the red root pigweed weed. Manuscript profile

Abstract Polyvinyl alcohol-sodium alginate magnetic hydrogel was prepared using K2S2O8 in aqueous media in the presence of N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide and Fe3O4 nanoparticles. The magnetic polyvinyl alcohol-sodium alginate (nano-Fe3O4/PVA-SA) hydrogel was characterized by FTIR, SEM, and EDX methods. Also, magnetic characterization of the synthesized nanoFe3O4/PVA-SA hydrogel was identified by vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) method. Then, loading and release of famotidine drug was studied by nano-Fe3O4/PVA-SA hydrogel. The FT-IR results confirmed the formation of nano-Fe3O4/PVA-SA hydrogel. The effects of temperature and pH on the loading and release of famotidine drug in gelatin-polyvinylalcohol magnetic hydrogel were studied. The polyvinyl alcohol-sodium alginate magnetic hydrogel is sensitive to pH and temperature and provides the controlled release of famotidine. The results showed that the highest drug loading was achieved at 37 °C after 6 hours. Farther more, the highest drug release rate was obtained after 6 hours at 37 °C at pH = 2 with 57.95 ppm.
