A trick in jurisprudence means to achieve the desired religious legal and legitimate goal; whether the way to reach it is halal or the said way is religiously illegitimate. In the term of Iranian law, it means the ability to use the silence or summary of the law in order to acquire rights for the unjust in ways that are against the nature of the law, and in the term of French law, it means a shrewd act in which, by using the hidden defects of the law, a person seeks to perform a seemingly legal act. These different definitions have caused differences in examples of trickery and of course the solutions to deal with it. The present study is carried out through a descriptive-analytical method and tries to answer questions such as "What is the trick, examples and solutions to deal with it in Imamiya jurisprudence, Iranian and French law?" Examples of trickery in Imamiya jurisprudence are divided into three categories: Examples of real positive and legitimate tricks; examples of real negative and reprehensible tricks; Examples of formal tricks. Examples of tricks in Iranian and French laws can be divided into two parts: examples of tricks that violate formal laws and examples of tricks that violate substantive laws. In Imamiya jurisprudence, there is no countermeasure for permissible tricks, but two solutions are proposed for haram (forbidden) tricks including the moral solution that means piety and the jurisprudential solution which means ruling on being haram (forbidden). The solutions to deal with trickery in Iranian law are the theory of motive or direction; the theory of good faith; the theory of preventing the abuse of the right; the theory of public order; the principle of compliance of the contract with the intention; the base of the arms; the principle of Sad Zaraye (avoiding doing harms), the principle of “Yu’amil al-Mukalaf bi Naqiz Maqsoudah”. Regarding the solutions to deal with trickery in French law, it is possible to refer to the strategies including implementing the laws of the European Union, establishing various institutions to fight trickery and fraud, identifying points covered by the law by digital technologies, determining case and subject laws, determining the punishment in the criminal laws. Imams offer beautiful and informative images in the form of examples with psychological approach to the seekers of the path. The Holy Quran, as an eternal miracle of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), needs to be interpreted and explained for various reasons. In the meantime, the interpretive narrations of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and his Ahl al-Bayt, which according to many verses and narrations, are the only ones who are fully aware of the teachings of the Qur'an and its purpose have reached us as a valuable gift through Shiite and Sunnis narrations and hadith books and these narrations are the most effective examples. Using descriptive-analytical methods and using library tools, this paper tries to examine the different types of examples, and their metaphorical features, which are generally neglected. In the end, we concluded that using these methods to interpret the Holy Qur'an is very useful and pleasant, and following this kind of interpretive tradition paves the way for commentators. It is in this way that the high and lofty meanings of the Qur'an can be presented to the audience in the form of sensations and axioms, and the final goal, which is to understand the content and then act on the verses, can be achieved. In the city of Utopia, the Platonic hierarchy is characterized by the degree of knowledge that individuals possess. Hence, the rulers are representatives of "Intuitive Science" and are the guardians of their residents, and they analyze the issues and direct guidance of the people's thoughts. Ordinary people also suffice for the faithful beliefs learned by the scholars. On this basis, Plato believes that the masses of the people hardly and the strength of the bronze, the class of assistant guardians, such as valuable silver and rulers like gold, are scarce. The city of Plato is a city of wise men, brave, selfish and righteous. Therefore, the establishment of a rule of justice in the soul will mean that the two powers of anger and lust under the rule of reason of the process to a perfectional order embrace all human existence. The John Rawls Justice Theory, which lies in the Cantonese tradition, focuses on the structure of society and its constituent institutions. The essence of his thoughts is justice as fairness. The present article is an attempt to find an ancient paradigm in the Court of Saadatnameh of Astarabadi and Saghinameh Tarshizi. Archaeologists are a treasure trove of collective psyche and thought that emerges, regardless of tradition, wherever and whenever, and because of the abundance of human experience, the number of archetypes cannot be determined. Since archetypes express certain psychological states of human beings, their specific psychological and worldview features of poets can be achieved by interpreting them in poems. Examples of Jungian personality models include the model mother, Anima-Animus, Shadow, Persona, and herself. Jung considers these concepts to be inherited structural components of the human psyche. Moving from me to myself requires the development of different layers of the subconscious that we will address in this article. Saghi's letter of emergence of Tarshizi and Saadatnameh of Nizamuddin Astarabadi are among the works that have not been sufficiently researched and many of their ammunition have been hidden. Therefore, by extracting the ancient pattern of examples in these two works, we can help to interpret the verses. This article has been evaluated with the aim of comparative study of proverbs in two poetry collections; and it aims to answer the questions raised. Did Astarabadi and Tarshizi use all the ancient concepts of parables in the works in question? And which of the concepts of exemplary forms (Persona, anima, animus, shadow, self, material mother) has the highest and lowest frequency in Astarabadi and Tarshizi poems? After extracting the archetype of exemplary forms in both courts, it was concluded that both poets used all the concepts of archetype in their work. Shadow and Anima have the highest frequency in Saadatnameh and Saqinameh, and Animos has the lowest frequency in both works. The proposed result is expressed in a library-analytical-descriptive manner. Manuscript profile

Modern sonnet is a new type of lyric with a new look and modern language that has emerged after the spread of modern poetry in the Iranian literary community. Simin Behbahani has introduced herself as one of the diligent pioneers of this poetic form with works such as: "Novelties", "Line of Speed and Fire", "Arjan Plain", "A Window of Freedom" and "One, for example". Considering the effect of Nima's poetry on the emergence of new sonnets and the Simin’s new rendition in this type of sonnet, Nima's influence on Simin’s poetry cannot be ignored. In this research, the author has employed a descriptive-analytical method and library materials to examine Simin Behbahani's attitude towards herself, others and her environment in modern Nimai lyric poems. By examining such poems by Simin, it is concluded that Simin’s modern sonnet has combined forms for the romantic expression of social issues. Simin, with her numerous poems, has proved that many of the principles of Nimaian poetry can be applied in sonnets; According to the principle of poetic self-examination, in Simin Behbahani's new sonnets, there is no distance between the poet and her poetry. The basis of the present research is descriptive-analytical and the basis for collecting data, documents and the nature of the method used qualitative content analysis.Indeed, in this treatise, the poetry of these two wise men of the eleventh century AH was examined from the point of view of stylistic science. The use of the emotional language of poetry is a good case for a linguistic analysis-content based on stylistic science to express the scientific topics and explain philosophical issues by the philosopher of the language, such as Mirfendersky who has been fluent in addition to Farsi in Hindi. The same applies to Fayyaz Lahiji, who has devoted his poetic taste to explaining mystical and philosophical issues. In the field of content analysis, some of Mirferdeski's works are indications of the philosophy of illumination, and in others, there are strings of affection. This contradiction is also seen in Fayyad Lahiji's votes. Finally, it can be said that the content of the works of Fayyaz and Mirfendereski is rooted in the philosophical schools of Islam and Transcendentalism and Transcendental wisdom, and, of course, it can be considered a more serious poetry because of having a more poetic language and having a verse of poetry. At the same time, an analytical and comparative look at the content of the works of these two thinkers can be interesting in many fields, including semiotics. The aim of this study is to analyze the tacit knowledge of high school English language teachers of qualitative evaluation methods (with emphasis on self-examination and portfolio usage) that its method is interpretive phenomenology. The reseach population includes selected high school English language teachers of Shahriyar in the academic year 1397-1398. This study is based on the purposeful sampling of selecting the desirable cases and until saturation eighteen teachers (7 males and 11 females) were selected in which we would continue sampling to reach cases which no new information would be obtained. The teachers were semi-structured interviewed and they were analyzed by content analysis method. The validity and reliability of the instrument were verified using reliability, portability, verifiability and reliability. The results of the study showed that they do not accept the self-examination method as a valid method for evaluation and they do not take seriously the using of the portfolio. This study showed that the tacit knowledge of high school English language teachers in qualitative evaluation methods does not form a significant amount of tacit knowledge of teachers and their confidence in qualitative evaluation is low. Many teachers use quality evaluation as an adjunct to objective evaluation and to improve the learning process, and do not see quality evaluation as a serious method of evaluation. Manuscript profile

Background and Purpose: Recently some researchers have shown that deep learning models, despite their high accuracy, can be vulnerable through some manipulations of their input samples. This manipulation leads to the production of new samples called Adversarial examples. These samples are very similar to the original ones, so humans cannot differentiate between these samples and the original, and cannot remove them from the dataset before predicting the model and preventing model errors. Various types of research have been done to generate malicious samples and inject them into the model, among which, the production of text samples has its own difficulties due to the discrete nature of the text. In this research, we tried to reach the highest level of vulnerability by providing a method with the least manipulation of the input data, and by testing the proposed method, we were able to bring the accuracy of CNN and LSTM models to less than 10%.Methods: In this research, for making malicious samples, first, a word that can increase the amount of error in the classification prediction is selected from the word dictionary as a candidate word for replacement by using Taylor expansion and then considering the importance of each word in the calculated cost of the corresponding candidate word, we proposed an arrangement for substitution between words. Finally, we moved the words in the specified order until the output of the model changed. Results: The evaluation of the presented method on two sentiment analysis models, LSTM and CNN, has shown that the proposed method has been very effective in reducing the accuracy of both models to less than 10% with a small number of replacements and this indicates the success of the proposed method compared to some other similar methods. Conclusion: As mentioned, most of the attention of science and industry is on the production of different systems using deep learning methods, so their security of them is also important. It is important to increase the strength of the models against adversarial examples. In this research, a method with the least amount of manipulation was presented to produce textual conflict samples. It seems that in the future it will be possible to use different methods of making natural texts to produce samples that, in addition to the apparent similarity to the original sample, are also comprehensible in terms of content. Background and purpose: The thymus is a specialized lymphatic organ in the immune system and plays a vital role in the normal functioning of the immune system. It was observed that 24 and 48 hours after dexamethasone consumption, thymocytes decrease by 55 and 84%, respectively, which can be associated with a decrease in the ability of the thymus to mature and differentiate T lymphocytes. The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of 4 weeks of high intensity interval training on IL-4 and IFN-γ gene expression in the thymus tissue of rats with dexamethasone-induced immune system weakness.Materials and methods: The research samples in the present study consisted of 24 male Wistar rats, which were randomly divided into 3 groups: healthy control group, immunocompromised control group, immunocompromised group + intense periodic activity. Weakening of the immune system of the samples was done by injecting dexamethasone for three days, and high intensity interval training was done for 5 sessions per week, at 85% of the VO2max speed of the samples, for 4 weeks. The data were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance and Tukey's post hoc test at the level of α ≥0.05.Findings: The data showed that the expression of IFN-γ and IL4 gene decreased with dexamethasone injection compared to the control group (p=0.0001), also performing intense intermittent exercise led to a further decrease in IFN-γ and IL4 gene expression in the thymus tissue, but This reduction was not significant (p=0.151).Conclusion: In the present study, it was found that dexamethasone reduces the function of the thymus in the production of inflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokines, thereby reducing their function in the maturation of lymphocytes. In the electricity industry, the privacy of power lines is the hypothetical range on either side of the power transmission line that is determined in order to maintain the lines for the continuity of power supply and also to prevent human damage caused by electricity radiation. Respect for this privacy is essential for all individuals. The privacy of power lines is technically derived from three factors: magnetic, mechanical and electrical, and the amount and method of determining the privacy of power transmission lines in different countries is different, and in each country different distances are set according to the factors involved in determining privacy. In Iran, the amount of privacy of power transmission and distribution lines is determined based on the approval No. 29052 dated 8/10/1347. In this article, using the rules and executive instructions of the power transmission line route, the condition of the towers as well as the observance of the relevant boundaries in the study area of Semnan city has been studied. The results show that in terms of privacy, most of the power towers in the study area are in relatively good condition. Examples of the reviewed documents, including privacy and non-compliance, have been provided along with the relevant maps to eliminate intrusion. Manuscript profile

Alireza Mashoori[1], Rouhollah Shahabi*[2], Bahram Yousefi[3], Fereydoun Akbarzadeh[4] Abstract: Leo Strauss's ideas have had a profound impact on US foreign policy. One of his most important ideas is his views on despotism and the political regime, which emerged in the Bush administration with the idea of regime change in Iraq. The United States has a global mission to promote American values and democracy. This global mission in the Bush administration was interventionist and militaristic. But Trump believes America's position internationally weakened and that the domestic situation is unfavorable. Trump sees the situation as a result of foreign intervention. Trump seeks to change US policies to return to his former position, the changes that Trump's Strauss supporters compare with regime change. Bush seeks interventionism, but Trump uses modeling to promote America to a stance as an example to be emulated. [1] . The sociological field of economic justice is one of the most important and obvious areas of Islamic justice that the Qur'an has proposed in various verses. The social field of economic justice in the Qur'an is based on preserving the financial privacy of others and encouraging work and establishing equality in transactions, and it can be examined in three stages: origin-oriented, process-oriented, and result-oriented. Observance of sociological economic justice is one of the fields of excellence and development of the society, and the interpreters of the Holy Quran have taken great care in interpreting such verses and have tried to define the dimensions and indicators of the Quranic economic sociological justice theory by explaining and accurately interpreting these verses. This research, based on the analytical-descriptive method of Allameh Tabataba'i in Tafsir al-Mizan, examines examples of social and economic justice in addition to the three mentioned axes, and evaluates and examines examples of sociological economic justice and how the interpreter's method in extracting examples from the verses of the Qur'an. will pay. Allameh Tabatabaei, relying on philosophical concepts or knowledge of statecraft and the divine justice system, has explained the sociological examples in an enlightening and precise way, and in the necessary cases, he has included historical and narrative examples in the commentary. The causative agent of bovine theileriosis is obligatory intracellular protozoa called T. annulata which results in severe anemia, severe pulmonary edema and rapid death in non-native animals. The present study was aimed to detect the current state of Theileria infection in indigenous buffaloes and its association with environmental factors in four cities of West Azarbaijan province using microscopic tests (blood smear evaluation) and molecular assays. Blood samples were randomly collected from 291 buffaloes in the region, during March to July 2014. Direct and semi-nested PCR techniques were used to detect DNA of Theileria spp. using specific pair primer 18SrRNA. In the microscopic assay method, presence of this parasite in four (1.37%) buffaloes was approved. The molecular assays revealed that 4 out of 291 animals (1.37%) were infected by T. annulata. Also the present study showed that two female adult buffaloes (0.68%) were simultaneously infected by T. annulata and T. orientalis. Apparent and real prevalence of infection of buffaloes to T. annulata in the molecular method were 1.37 and 1 percent respectively. The chance of infection by T. annulata and T. orientalis were equal. Molecular prevalence of T. annulata in Urmia and Salmas were 2.2 and 2.3 percent respectively (p < /em><0.05). Molecular prevalence of T. orientalisin Urmia was 2.2%. This is the first study to indicate the presence of infection with T. orientalis in indigenous buffaloes of Urmia city in Iran. Causative agent of Johne’s diseases is Mycobacterium avium subspecies paratuberculosis (MAP) and each year, it hurts dairy cattle industry worldwide by depression of production and reproductive indexes and culling of affected animals. This bacteria is known as a zoonotic pathogen and recent researches explain its probable role in Crohn’s disease in humans. This study compared four laboratory diagnostic tests; including Enzyme Linked ImmunoSorbent Assay (ELISA), direct microscopic examination, milk culture and Nested-PCR for diagnosis of herds bulk tank milk infection with MAP bacteria. 100 bulk tank milk samples were obtained from 100 industrial dairy herds of Tehran province. Samples were screened by four tests and 82 samples (82%) detected as positive in culture media, 94 milk samples (94%) were positive by Nested-PCR test and 98 samples were positive in ELISA test results (98%). But direct microscopic examination identified just 33 milk samples as positive. Four positive samples of ELISA test were detected as negative samples by Nested-PCR. These 4 samples in addition to 12 other samples which diagnosed as positive by ELISA, had no growth in culture media (16 samples). These results indicated superiority of Nested-PCR among these four tests for diagnosis of bulk tank milk infection with MAP bacteria. Furthermore, the results represent high prevalence of MAP bacteria in bulk tank milk of dairy herds in Tehran province and it needs more serious eradication efforts.   Manuscript profile

Given the significance and sensitivity of the Iranian Ph.D. program entrance exams, such high-stakes exams are assumed to exert considerable influence on Iranian public higher educational curriculums. The present study was motivated to scrutinize the EFL instructors’ insights to explore the potential washback effects of the new Iranian TEFL Ph.D. program entrance exam on their teaching methodology, class assessment, and syllabus design. To this end, the researchers conducted in-depth interviews with ten experienced instructors teaching M.A. courses at four Iranian universities. The results emerging from the close qualitative content analysis of the respondents’ introspection indicated that the new exam, despite its considerable significance, fails to generate substantial effects on the instructors’ teaching methodology and class assessment due to the inconsistency between the objectives supposed to be met by the new exam administration and those expected to be achieved in TEFL M.A. and Ph.D. programs. Further, it was revealed that the new exam, on the contrary, substantially influences the instructors’ syllabus design through conditioning their material and content selection. This study further discusses the implications of the findings in the context of Iranian TEFL higher education Manuscript profile

In order to prevent the occurrence and continuation of criminal activities in the cyberspace and to ensure the protection of the public and national interests of the society, the Iranian lawmaker body has employed a guideline entitled The Order of Refining the Working Group to determine examples of criminal content under the Article 750 of the Islamic Penal Code (section of Computer Crimes). This new non-criminal measure, which is a temporary security measure in nature, has entered the legal criminal policy of fighting cybercrimes based on the teachings of the negation of absolutism in terms of the technical and specialized characteristics of cyberspace crimes. The mentioned approach has caused challenges and given rise to ambiguities with regard to the nature of the position and status of the working group for determining examples and its decisions and the conflict they have with the decision of the judicial authorities. The authors of this research, using the qualitative-exploratory method and based on documents and library sources and using the point of view of experts, have concluded that: 1- The nature of the aforementioned working group is one of the examples of quasi-judicial commissions; 2- The decision of the working group to determine cases is subject to the supervision and can be sued in the Court of Administrative Justice according to the general principles of litigation; 3- In the legal procedure of the judiciary, the decision of the Amarah (lit. sign or allusion) working group is considered to be a refutable type of criminality.4- The decision of the working group to determine the examples for the judicial authority has a formality. The aim of this work is to produce continuously dexamethasone nanoparticles (DEX NPs) in a microfluidic (MF) system via nanoprecipitation method to control particle size, possessing their physical structure, and enhancing the efficiency of this hydrophobic drug in physiological environments. In order to fabricate a MF chip, a series of microchannels with dimensions 1 cm in length, 200 μm in width, and 50 μm in depth are embedded using ultraviolet soft lithography on a sheet based on polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), and then the laminar fluid flow ability is investigated through it. The effective factors on the optimized production of the drug NPs are determined by the design of experiment. In this line, the optimum values for drug solution concentration, surfactant concentration, drug solution flow rate, and non-solvent flow rate are 15 mg/ml, 1 mg/ml, 4.5 ml/h, and 8 ml/h, respectively. By adjusting these values the average sizes of DEX NPs are obtained 590 ± 20 nm based on the model and 500 ± 20 nm according to the experiments. In the following, the results of dynamic light scattering (DLS) test show the narrow size distribution of DEX NPs fabricated using the MF chip. Also, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) assays reveal that application of the MF system does not affect the crystallinity of the drug NPs and does not alter their structure after the process. Finally, MF-assisted DEX NPs sample shows the drug solubility rate of about 8-fold compared to the commercial powder ones Manuscript profile

From way back, man has paid attention to fire and its place in the man’s life. One of the functions of fire is purification. In spite of burning, fire brings purity and cleanliness. According to mythological beliefs, the flaming fire is a battlefield between cleanliness and wickedness. In the present article, at first, we consider the symbolic concept of fire in various myths that indicates to passing from fire (the exam of fire) and ascend to a higher stage. Then, after considering the myth of ‘passing of Siyāvash through the fire’ and the story of ‘Abraham in fire’, we compare them with another two stories of Masnavi Manavi of Jalāl al-Din Rūmi. They are the story of ‘casting the child into the fire’ and the fable of ‘reply to the materialist who says that the world is eternal’. We try to show that Jalāl al-Din Rūmi has been aware of the ancient symbolic and mythical concepts and has recreated them.  Manuscript profile

One of the most frequently acknowledged personal behavioral traits in the biometric system is the handwritten exam. Numerous fields, including e-health, psychological issues, medical diag-nosis, and many more, can benefit from handwriting analysis. In this study, a handwriting-based computer diagnostic method for identifying neurodegenerative disorders is established. The sug-gested computer diagnosis system uses the SFTA feature extraction approach, and the findings are classified using SVM, kNN, and D-Tree algorithms. MATLAB R2021b and the handwritten tests gathered at Botucatu Medical School, So Paulo State University—Brazil—are used to assess the performance of the suggested computer diagnosis method. The best results were related into two models of classifier, Optimizable model of SVM and kNN. The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity are 89.2%, 88.3% and 90.0% for SVM and 89.2%,90.0% and 88.3% for kNN over Meander handwritten exam. These results indicate that the use of SFTA feature extraction method, SVM classification algorithm and handwritten database in the proposed computer diagnosis system give acceptable results. The consequences of Getter’s paper were vast and profound that some epistemologists, in order to get rid of this predicament, decided to cast serious doubts on all contents of his paper. We have selected three main samples, among the objections explaining in detail. These objections are as following: (1) bewilderment in the claim that Gettier’s counterexamples embrace all kind of knowledge, (2) perplexity in historical and epistemological importance of his claim, and (3) hesitating in validity of deductions are used in his counterexamples. In rejecting (1), it will be shown that how we can generalize the idea behind his counterexamples to all kinds of knowledge and reveal the inclusiveness of his claim. We have divided objection (2) into two sections. At first, by assessing Plato’s and Aristotle’s standpoints concerning the nature of knowledge, its origin and features, we have revealed that why Gettier’s claim has a Platonic-Aristotelian origin and finally, should be regarded as a classic view. Then, we showed that why doubting on epistemological importance of Gettier’s claim should not be neglected and how it caused turning from assessing tripartite definition of knowledge to assessing epistemic justification. In rejecting objection (3), we have examined two proposed ways to undermine the validity of Gettier’s inferences and showed why both are untenable. Manuscript profile

Passing the comprehensive exam is one of the usual and at the same time relatively unexamined conditions in doctoral education in Iran. This article examines the comprehensive examination from the point of view of faculty members and students in the Faculty of Educational Sciences of Islamic Azad University, Chalous Branch. The current research is an applied research in a descriptive and comparative manner, which was carried out in 2013, by examining 20 articles between 2013 and 2014. It was found that in addition to the traditional function of the test as a gateway to obtaining a doctorate degree, other goals have also been formed. Conflicting opinions have been raised about whether this test is designed to assess the mastery of material required for teaching or to assess the degree of preparation for conducting doctoral research. Using the comprehensive exam as an opportunity for learning and as a tool for identity formation, including familiarizing students with the pressures of university life, was also contrary to the traditional practice of its evaluation. Although the students were aware of the discussions related to the design and formation of the test, the objectives of the comprehensive test remained unclear to them. Additionally, faculty members did not always agree on the goals of the comprehensive exam. The difference in perspective and how it affects the implementation of the comprehensive test affects the student experience, including test preparation. In this article, the consequences related to the implementation, preparation and evaluation of the test are discussed. Manuscript profile

This study was conducted in order to evaluate the effect of dexamethasone on clinical healing and serum concentration of some biochemical parameters in dairy cows with LDA. 20 dairy cows with LDA were diagnosed and theywere divided into control (10 cows) and treatment groups (10 cows). Operation was carried out and antibiotic wasused in two groups and, in treatment group dexamethasone 0.5 mg.kg was injected once. All cows were examinedand their blood samples were drawn before and fve days after operation. The level of BHBA, ALT, AST, GGT andcalcium in serum samples were measured. After operation, the appetite and defecation returned to normal. In bothgroups, rumen movement increased that was signifcant in treatment group (P<0.05). In treatment group, beforeand after the operation mean serum level of BHBA were 1.24±0.07 and 0.88±0.06 mmol/l, glucose 29.22±2.66 and32.84±2.63 mg/dl, AST 127.57± 7.1 and 97.09±7.46 U/L, ALT 39.68=1.88.7.1 and 22.15±1.82. There was a signifcant difference between means (p= 0.001, p=0.005, p=0.002, p= 0.000, respectively). There was no signifcantdifference between GGT and Ca means. In control group there was no signifcant difference between means. Inconclusion, Injection of dexamothasone after the operation in cows with LDA increases serum level of glucose anddecrease BHBA and liver enzymes. Manuscript profile

As ketamine hydrochloride and acepromazine is commonly used in anaesthesia of hamster and hypothermia isthe most dangerous side effect of this type of anaesthesia, it seems necessary to find a preventive method. Todayapplication of thermal pad as a physical method to increase body temperature is recommended in many referencesreferences. Thermal pad as a physical intermediate in increasing the body temperature has problems and complications, hyperthermia induced by continuous monitoring of the body temperature during anaesthesia, increasing thechance of bleeding from the surgical region and inability to sterilize thermal pads are among these side effects. In this study the effect of injection of dexamethasone was compared with thermal pad. So we provided 18 goldenmale hamster 6 month age with average weight of 150+_30 grams andThey were randomly divided into 3 groups. 1st group (control): body temperature without using dexamethasoneand thermal pad was recorded after anaesthesia. 2nd group (thermal pad): during induction of anaesthesia hamsters was placed on thermal pad. 3rd group (dexamethasone): simultaneously with injection of anaesthetic drugsdexamethasone was administered and body temperature was recorded after 10 minuets of induction of anaesthesia.Statistical study of data showed that the hypothermia diminished in the 3rd group slightly, but there is clear difference between body temperature before and after anaesthesia. In the 3rd group there was not a cleared differencebetween body temperature before and after the anaesthesia. Manuscript profile

The current study examined the effect of scaffolding through presenting examples and pictures on EFL learners’ vocabulary learning and retention. For this purpose, six research niquestions were posed and a quasi- experimental design was applied with two groups of learners who were selected as experimental groups. This research was carried out with a sample of 60 English students from Iran Zaban Institution. The data were collected using three instruments. Primarily, a standard test of Nelson which had 50 items was used to assess general proficiency of the learners for the purpose of their homogeneity. Then, in order to investigate the learner’s lexical knowledge before executing the scaffolding strategies used by examples and pictures, the researcher prepared a vocabulary test used as pretest. At the end of the treatment the students’ lexical knowledge was assessed by a posttest. Also a vocabulary test was used in order to measure their vocabulary retention after two weeks. The results indicated that employing examples helps vocabulary learning as well as retention. In addition, it was shown that using pictures helps both vocabulary learning and retention, and employing examples and pictures have almost the same effect on vocabulary learning. Finally, the results are discussed and compared with the previous ones, implications are explained, and some suggestions and recommendations are provided. Manuscript profile

Abstract    Following the style of Shahnameh, the War of Khorasan poem is an historical epic belonging to the second half of the thirteenth century composed by an unknown poet whose pseudonym is Mohtaj. Using the Moteghareb mode, he versified the events related to Salar’s uprising which began in Khorasan in the reign of Naseredin Shah Qajar and  involved the central estate.   This article first introduces and studies this work, then by analyzing its textual and meta textual features show that in order to explain the concepts which form the Persian identity in the Qajar period and the eras leading to the contemporary era alongside the exaggerated ancient outlook which is solely due to the influence of the dominant discouse over the Qajar period is more familiar, one can pay attention to the new Persian identity through the examination of the epic poems belonging to the recent periods, a subject often neglected in contemporary cultural studies.
