Abstract: The purpose of the current research was to investigate the relationship between the multicultural management model and sports in schools, which was done in a quantitative and mixed method. The statistical population of the quantitative part of the study included all the physical education teachers of the country (N=34000). The statistical sample in this study was considered to be 380 people according to the Karjesi and Morgan table, and the sampling was done using the random cluster method. The data needed to identify the components and analyze the measurement model were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire, after obtaining validity (face, content and structure) and validation. Cronbach's alpha method (α=0.91) was used to calculate the reliability of the instrument, and exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equations were used to analyze the data. Data analysis was done using SPSS and Lisrel software. Examining and testing the structural equation model of the research showed that the general indicators of fit are in a suitable and favorable condition. So, the antecedent variable of multicultural management has a positive and significant effect on the variable of multicultural management process. Also, the multicultural management process variable has a positive and significant effect on the multicultural management results variable. In addition, the indirect effect of the antecedent variable of multicultural management on the outcome variable of multicultural management was significant, and in the meantime, the variable of multicultural management process played a mediating role. Therefore, the administrators and senior managers and decision-makers of the Ministry of Education should have a special look at multicultural schools and by strengthening and equipping these schools in a fair manner, they should create empathy in the country and prevent suspicions of ethnic discrimination. GDP is one of the most important economic indicators at regional and national levels. Regarding climatic conditions, in most regions of Iran, production without irrigation is not economic. Hence, the analysis of irrigation sector share in total agricultural production and estimation of economic value that is associated to irrigation process is necessary. In this research, the gross value of irrigated agricultural products in Qazvin province (garden and annual crops) was calculated based on the methodology provided by the National Center for Statistics of Australia. So, irrigated and rainfed products were analyzed during the period from 2002 to 2016. The results showed, gross value of irrigated agricultural products of province in 2016 was 29491 billion Rials and equal to 95 percent of the total gross value of agricultural products. Irrigated grapes, wheat and tomatoes were rank first to third crops based on GVIAP index with 20%, 8%, 7% of gross value of irrigated agricultural productions in province. Also, based on the amount of consumed water by the products, the share of each cubic meter of irrigation water in the gross value was calculated 15259 Rials. Analysis of water use pattern showed that alfalfa with 5% share in gross value has the highest share in water use pattern (18%). In order to mitigate the economic consequences of water shortage in the agricultural sector, consideration of the GVIAP index and water use pattern can be recommended. Manuscript profile
