Abstract :
This article was designed in order to analyze and compare properfactors for appointment and promotion and of managers in the Art andCultural Organization of Tehran Municipality. The research conducted a survey usinga questionnaire with fifty one parameters involved in employment and promotion ofthe cultural managers. Categorized in three subsets of interests, believes and behavior.The result indicated strong relationship between employment and promotion ofcultural managers and their personal interests, believes and behavior. The findings canbe used for cultural organizations to support their decisions in employing and treatingtheir managers.
