This research is a practical one which has been done through questionnaires andthe statistical population includes graduate students of cultural management. It tries toidentify the level of the main components of individual entrepreneurship i.e.: risktaking, need to success, having the center of internal control, tendency to creativity, the need for independence, tolerance of ambiguity, futurism and negotiation poweramong students of cultural management are identified and tested.According to the research questions, the level of individual entrepreneurshipamong students of cultural management has been evaluated as good which is too farfrom the optimal level. But among the most important findings is that there is aninverse relationship between the risk taking components, the need for independenceand tolerance of ambiguity and gender. There is an inverse relationship between therisk taking components and the need to success and age. I.e. with the increase of theage of the students the level of these components reduces. There is a directrelationship between having a center of internal control, ambiguity tolerance andnegotiation power and the age, and no significant relation between the components oftendency to creativity and age.
