Abstract :
This research aims to present a model for cultural management transition in Iran.To do so, the researcher has defined culture, cultural development & management andcultural policies in the viewpoint of UNESCO. She then has pointed out thesignificance of cultural management in Iran which leads to cultural policies of Iranand she has explained each policy and its bases. The researcher has also extended thesubject matter of cultural transition and its effecting factors and also concepts such ascultural innovation, cultural acceptance and cultural exchange to design and present aproper model for cultural management transition in Iran.
