The Academic entrepreneurship paradigm, as a result of the requirements of educational, social, economic and industrial systems, has led higher education stakeholders to change the orientations, goals, missions. However, the diversity, complexity of academic entrepreneurship theories have prevented the existence of a coherent model with pervasive structures. therefore, the aim of study "Designing a conceptual model of Academic entrepreneurship" has examined Academic entrepreneurship and extracted the dimensions and key components. This research is of qualitative type and has been done based on contextual theory (GTM) by content analysis method. The required data were collected through document analysis and library document analysis and open interview. By analyzing and coding the data in MaxQuda. an optimal combination of dimensions and key components and conceptual model of university entrepreneurship, tailored to the prevailing social conditions and university potentials were presented. According to research findings, university entrepreneurship consists five dimensions. In the first dimension are the requirements that meet the prerequisites of academic entrepreneurship. The second dimension is the enablers that must be strengthened for the growth and development of university entrepreneurship, the third dimension explains the university entrepreneurship activities (what is invested) and the fourth and fifth dimensions belong to internal and external influences and results. This model provides a good understanding of the prerequisites and developers of university entrepreneurship and suggests the key factors of success in the four missions of higher education (education, research, entrepreneurship, impact) and the benefits of engaging in university entrepreneurship to managers and stakeholders of higher education Manuscript profile

Neglecting to urban texture and current context by recent unidentified constructions has made image distress of the cities and caused the visual rupture. In modernism, the sight of mono-building got the priority and caring about its affiliation with context has paled and forgotten. Hence cities have visual chaos and these unfamiliar contradictions express the textures anonymity. Empty spaces or worthless rusty buildings need to be replaced with new buildings that are homogeneous with architecture and cultural identity of texture. Infill buildings should be designed according to the context components to be a part of the context in addition to being independent. Appropriate use of these spaces in historical texture and creation of cultural and social uses will cause the revival, preservation and deployment of region identity, eke cultural and economic interaction continuity of habitation. Identification of promotion factors of qualitative in the design of cultural spaces by using the indicators of infill architecture due to achievement of the designing solution is the aim of this study. Lead to proceed the conceptual modelling resulted from analysis in principal variables of research according to effective indicators on the formation of the research variables by descriptive-analytical method from gathered data. Then, it proceeds analyzing and evaluating the case studies that are searched and selected specifically in the field of this research, then testing; and quantifying of resulted indicators from studies that are structured in conceptual model of research; and eventually, prioritize the components of subject are identified through the quantifying and scoring based on Likert scale. Finally, after survey and analysis, six principal criterions and thirty-six sub-indicators are achieved; which required solutions according to prioritized results are presented. Among the most important indicators of infill architecture can mention such as social and cultural uses, multifunctional space, proper orientation, consonance of form and unifying lines, and eke creation of multipurpose space, spatial diversity, pause space and hierarchy. These results will considerably help to the achievement process of desirable solutions. The presented designing solutions are adoptable with the condition of a customizable context, expansion and optimization; which are specifically for this study and if the context design changes, prioritization and solutions also would be changed. Studying in this field can identify the influential component of designing procedure valuable contexts considering the context condition and also intended usage, and create a link between scientific theories and designing category. This study considers the solutions for variable of infill architecture, to reach the design to a standard result (form and function); and also designing solutions for variables of cultural spaces, to reach the utmost cultural desirable space according to present site location. Based on the results, considering the mentioned solutions will follow the identifying and use of components of infill architecture moreover its solutions for designing, for quality promotion of cultural spaces, and eke, attainment to the standard design and stable form, coherent structure consonant with the texture, and likewise, creation a desirable urban image, continuous cultural and local identity, more active economic and safety in the texture. Background and Aim: Watershed management projects are designed and implemented to protect primary resources (i.e., water, soil, and vegetation) and sustain production by maintaining soil fertility and agricultural sustainability, so understanding the problems of the watershed is an undeniable necessity for future planning and implementation of natural resources management. Effective management of the country's natural resources and control of their degradation based on explanation and adoption of a coherent structure and framework to properly identify watershed problems and determine the appropriate strategy to determine the implementation of measures as an emerging approach to watershed management is essential. Therefore, in the present study, a model approach of combining pressure-state-response and strategic planning approaches in comprehensive management and problem-oriented watershed management was used.Method: In this study, the PSR conceptual model was used to identify the problem of the Mikhsaz watershed. Appropriate criteria for identifying problems were evaluated in four categories of climatic factors: hydrology, human and. In this regard, the indicators and criteria affecting the river basin were summarized after examining the autocorrelation and alignment between the criteria. Due to the different sources of information, all data were standardized for criteria with positive and negative effects on the health of the region, respectively. The main problems in different parts of the watershed were identified based on the value of each of the factors affecting the class. Qualitative and quantitative strategic analysis has also been used to determine the optimal strategy. In the next stage, the analysis of internal and external factors, after identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, internal and external tables were created and analyzed. Finally, Quantitative Strategic Planning (QSPM) analysis was prepared. Finally, strategies for managing the Makhsaz watershed were presented. Results: The results showed that the main problem of the Mikhsaz watershed is related to the limitation of soil depth, which is exacerbated by changes land-use and increased specific erosion and, increases flood damage. Therefore, with with should be omitted the intervention of human factors, especially land-use change has led to problems. Among the considered criteria, soil depth, land use changes, and special erosion, respectively, had the worst situation with scores of 0.40, 0.51, and 0.53, respectively, which caused disturbances in the performance of the watershed. Focusing on the main and determining problems is of special importance. ST is also a good strategy. Achieving maximum utilization of internal strengths and advantages to deal with and minimize external threats and damage. Also, the result of quantitative strategic planning analysis showed that the should be added first should be omitted priority is given to the strategy of reducing resource degradation and then strategies to reduce temporary and permanent migration, increase household income and strengthen soil and water conservation programs with attractiveness scores of 1.58 and 52.5, respectively. 1, 1.51, and 1.50 are the next priorities. Therefore, with the existing opportunities and strengths, the weaknesses and threats in the study watershed can be overcome. Conclusion: The present study was conducted to identify the problems of the should be added watershed in western Mazandaran using the conceptual model of pressure-state-response (PSR) and determine the optimal strategy for problem management using SWOT analysis. The results showed that the main problems of the Mikhsaz watershed include limited soil depth, land-use changes, and special erosion. Also, the result of quantitative strategic planning analysis showed that first first should be omitted priority is given to the strategy of reducing resource degradation. The results of the study indicate the need for executive measures commensurate with the type and importance of each of the factors affecting the study indicators in the river basin. Therefore, the strategy of using the potential advantages of environmental opportunities should be used to compensate for the weaknesses in the watershed Manuscript profile

Background and Objective: Different models have been proposed for disaster management. Considering their weaknesses so far, despite their efficiency in some locations and under certain circumstances, natural disasters are still a fundamental challenge in the way of sustainable development. The purpose of this research is to analyse disaster management models to be used as a theoretical tool in analyzing the current condition and to achieve the desired condition. Material and Methodogy: To achieve the goals, qualitative approach and combinations of the concepts of thematic analysis, classification and typology are used. In this regard, first, the models of disaster management from 1941 to 2016 are collected. In the next stage the themes of each model are extracted and categorized in three phases. In the first phase which is descriptive coding, available elements in each model are extracted as code and the basic themes are recognized. Then, in the phase of interpretive coding, basic themes are classified in three categories which are called organizing themes. The final phase is determination of global or overarching theme which is consisted of all the other mentioned themes. Findings: Basic themes which were obtained during the interpretive coding are the themes of operations management, risk management and hazard assessment. Based on thematic analysis, it can be concluded that disaster management has three main elements. Therefore, comprehensive model of disaster management should include these three elements and their sub basic themes that is called the ideal or criterion type.  Discussion and Conclusion: Results showed that in some models, one dimension is emphasized. Even in two-dimensional models, one dimension has advantage over the other one. While the proposed typology showed that, considering the ideal type, the comprehensive model should include all the three mentioned elements. According to the ideal type, the strategic plan of disaster management should be performed under a comprehensive management considering all the elements of disasters. Manuscript profile

Water resource evaluation is considered as one of the fundamental steps in water resource management. DPSIR framework assists water resource decision makers with evaluating main reasons led to current conditions to fundamentally address related problems. The DPSIR analytical framework is not new but developed from the pioneering work by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in the 1980s, and was published in the early 1990s. In this study, based on DPSIR framework, a conceptual model for evaluating current water resource condition in Latiyan dam catchment is proposed to integrate environmental and social-economic indexes. Finally, after assessing the Latiyan dam catchment’s water resource condition, appropriate responses are suggested to tackle water resource condition in the region. These responses will remove or reduce the undesirable effects of natural and human reasons on water resources. The results show that increasing in Tehran’s annual average of daily temperature by 1.50c during past 50 years as well as Tehran’s population growth of more than 11 times in the same period results in falling Tehran’s groundwater surface elevation that according to changes’ trend in climate change and water quality parameters, the groundwater surface decline is more of human driving force Manuscript profile

In recent decades, the rapid growth of urbanization has brought about problems and complexities that the consequences of this phenomenon are the intensification of the rate of spatial-physical changes in cities and the inefficiency of urban textures. This trend of population increase, decline of social status, disorder in spatial-physical, economic and functional organization in urban neighborhoods that play a key role in urban life and decline; resulted in. In addition, dysfunctional tissues, as the smallest cell and the most important factor in the sustainability of urban life, play a very important role in the future of the city. Therefore, the need to pay attention to the future perspective of these tissues causes the stability of neighborhoods and ultimately the stability of the whole city. In recent years, the approach of sustainable urban regeneration with integrated economic, social, cultural, physical and environmental goals in order to improve the quality of life in dysfunctional context in connection with the whole city has entered the field of restoration and protection. Therefore, this study with the aim of developing a conceptual framework and presenting the dimensions and criteria of sustainable reproduction using futurology method tries to use a descriptive method and content analysis as well as reviewing theories related to reproduction and research done with this approach, a comprehensive view. Of its dimensions and criteria. Findings show that many theories have done so far, each of which has proposed principles and criteria for achieving sustainable regeneration, among which Peter Roberts theory has selected because of its comprehensiveness and relevance to the research goal.Extended AbstractIntroduction:The city is like a living thing that has undergone numerous physical, social, economic, environmental, etc. changes in its life cycle over time (Stewart, 2004: 63). Urban development in the late twentieth century was accompanied by the growth of the urbanization process without planning; This has led to the inefficiency of the city over time and the subsequent process of destruction and erosion of old structures that can no longer meet the current needs of society (Poorahmad. 2010: 76-80). The urban regeneration approach with an integrated, comprehensive and operational policy is a set of measures that create positive, lasting changes, create, improve and improve the quality of dysfunctional urban structures, and ultimately lead to the final solution of urban problems and achieve progress. Becomes sustainable, economic, physical, social and environmental (Izadi. 2010: 17). Since dysfunctional tissues are part of the urban subsystem, instability in these neighborhoods leads to urban instability. On the other hand, these neighborhoods, which are among the vital nuclei of the urban future, cannot be eliminated, so by planning, these vital nuclei can be made sustainable. The futures studies approach, as a methodological method, can clarify the perspective of these neighborhoods by considering the past and present situation. In this approach, we prepare for the unpredictable by avoiding surprise in the face of the onslaught of future changes, and it is a tool that gives man the opportunity to look at the future as he pleases (Pedram and Azgoli). 2009: 5).Research MethodsThe present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and analytical in terms of method. In this study, by reviewing the theoretical foundations and views of thinkers and their experiences in relation to issues related to sustainable urban regeneration, tries to provide a conceptual model for achieving sustainable regeneration from a futuristic perspective in dysfunctional context. It is compiled on the method of futurology. Therefore, this research is in the field of qualitative-documentary research.FindingsSummary of regeneration theories; Represents the theoretical perspective of research and the link between concepts, theories and methods related to research and tries to use analytical approaches and methods. In the studies related to regeneration and its approaches (physical, social, economic, environmental) and the relationship with sustainability and its dimensions (social, economic, environmental), the key concepts of sustainable urban regeneration are: process and comprehensive approach with comprehensiveness. And integration, paying attention to the dimensions of sustainability (economic, social, environmental), paying attention to social and economic factors, paying attention to physical and environmental factors, increasing the role of public participation and stakeholders, improving the living standards of citizens and paying attention to urban spaces.According to the theory of Peter Roberts, Sustainable urban regeneration is inherently an interventionist activity. When traditional forms of intervention are applied, the acceptance of a new intervention to avoid past economic mistakes and failures becomes increasingly desirable for everyone. This theory is interested in organizational movement in the field of urban change management. From Roberts' point of view, regeneration can be viewed from the following angles:- as an interventionist activity;- As an activity that involves various sectors from government to private and public;- As an activity that has the ability to make fundamental changes in its organizational structure, to be able to react to economic, social, environmental and political changes;- As a way to mobilize collective efforts and pave the way for agreeing on appropriate solutions;- Defined as a way to determine policies and activities designed to improve the conditions of urban areas and develop the necessary organizational structures for support to achieve the goals.ConclusionIn the final summary of the theoretical foundations of the research, urban regeneration with different policies and approaches such as urban regeneration is body-based, culture-based, economics-based and conservation-based. Finally, with the introduction of the paradigm of sustainability and the concepts of sustainable development, the final approach called urban regeneration with a focus on sustainable development (sustainable urban regeneration) has entered the field of action. Inefficient tissues is involving by numerous problems over time, while numerous regeneration projects have been undertaken, but the number of dysfunctional zones has not only not decreased but also increased. Therefore, in this study, the selected approach is sustainable urban regeneration using Peter Roberts’s theory in four physical, social, economic and environmental dimensions. The reason for choosing this theory is due to the comprehensiveness of this theory compared to other theories. In fact, Peter Roberts' theory is a comprehensive and multifaceted approach to improving the quality of urban life with three main components of sustainability, namely the environment, society and the economy in order to improve the quality of life. This study with a new perspective using the approach of sustainable urban regeneration, which is the latest comprehensive and recent approach, seeks to identify the factors and processes affecting the future of sustainable regeneration of dysfunctional tissue. Achieve sustainable regeneration scenarios for that texture. Therefore, the findings of this study and what was obtained from the existing theories about sustainable urban regeneration is to pay attention to the dysfunctional urban context with a new approach to sustainable urban regeneration that can in addition to stabilizing and improving economic, social, physical and biological conditions. Inefficient tissue environment also increases the sustainability of metropolitan areas. In this research, the perspective of regeneration is stable. In other words, if in metropolitan areas, four dimensions of sustainable regeneration are considered together, they can actually lead the whole city towards sustainability. Otherwise, without considering these four dimensions together, we will see the continuation of the unstable state of the present time, which has a beautiful shape but is worn out and inefficient from within. In order to achieve a sustainable regeneration approach using Futures Studies method, a conceptual model of research has presented. In future researches, based on the presented conceptual model, the index and then the item can be defined and using the questionnaire technique, to evaluate and measure sustainable urban regeneration in the future horizon of the dysfunctional context of a specific study area. The Behabad region is located within a tectono–sedimentary zone in southeast Yazd province, Central Iran. The tectonic activities have deformed and faulted the Mesozoic and Quaternary formations in this area. The faults in Kuhbanan and Behabad have played a key role in the evolution of geological events, mineralization, and the formation of Behabad–Kuhbanan horst. These faults have separated the Posht-e-Badam block from the Tabas block and the Behabad zone from the Abdoghi–Ravar tectonic zone, respectively. Remote-sensing techniques and field observations show that the Pb–Zn veins share similar trends with the structures. The compressional system induced by the activities of the Behabad-1 and 2 fault systems have caused the formation of thrusts, drag, and sigmoidal folds, the North Behabad horst, and shear zones containing Pb–Zn mineralization. The Mississippi Valley-type (MVT) deposits and strata band mineralization types are present in the study area. In terms of the temporal phase controller, it is consistent with the tectonic-magmatic model of the Late Paleozoic–Triassic period; in terms of the spatial controller, mineralization is situated in the tectonic–metallogeny province of Central Iran and the ore deposits that mainly follow the geometry of the thrust faults’ crushed zones. The thrust fault that drives the dolomite unit over the limestone is the main cause of the ore solutions migration. According to the MVT mineralization and the correlation between structures and mineralization, the sulfide deposits can be potentially found at the base of the Permo–Triassic units in the studied area. There are several active and non-active Zn–Pb mines such as Abheydar, Rikalaghi, and Tapesorkh. Manuscript profile

The present paper introduces a model by investigating studies that have applied Agent-Based Modelling to improve organization system problems. The model is made of two parts (a conceptual model and an Agent-based model) and their interactions. The conceptual model structures the simulation by determining input, output, modelling activities, and system boundaries. Then, the computer model based on the validated and verified conceptual model was built. For practical application of the model, employees’ dissatisfaction of OG companies over promotion system was modeled. Regarding the agent based simulation of promotion process, modelling team with multiple perspectives involving managers, employees, and modelers suggest three scenarios to address the problem. The first scenario suggests financial compensation for employees; the second scenario recommends one grade increase in all the company job-grades; and the last scenario is a combination of them. The results of this investigation indicate that by implementing the first, second and third scenarios the overall dissatisfaction of the company will decrease 57, 42, and 78% over 10 years respectively. Finally, the modelling team proposes the last scenario for implementing in company. Manuscript profile

Developing a conceptual model to analyze effective costs in logistics process is one of the aims of the present article. By Reliance of literature review in the field of logistics and by using the results derived from the carried out case studies in small and medium-sized food and automotive enterprises, the effects of targeted subsidies plan on Logistics costs and solutions to costs reduction are studied. In this paper, combined qualitative and quantitative methods are used, qualitative methods such as interviews and quantitative methods such as Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and statistical analysis. The result shows that at the macro level logistics costs are divided into seven categories: Transportation costs, Inventory carrying costs, Warehouse costs, Order Processing and Information Systems costs, Handling costs, Lot quantity costs and Customer service costs. Based on the type of industry, some costs are more important than other costs. Applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process on logistic costs shows that transportation and distribution costs besides capital costs are the largest in the logistics costs. Comparison of logistics costs before and after the implementation of the targeted subsidies plan shows that costs at Pegah Company has increased by 1.48% and at Zar-Fanar Company 2.42% in sales revenue. Increasing energy prices and high storage due to varying business conditions are the causes. Developing logistics cost management system besides controlling and optimizing the time and economical orders could act as appropriate solutions for the two companies to reduce their own logistics costs. The relationship between solutions and cost reduction are reviewed by using a nonparametric test (Binomial) and approved solutions are prioritized by using the Friedman test.   Manuscript profile

Present research is an analytical-descriptive study that is conducted in the three interrelated stages. In the first stage, the most important criteria and features of the entrepreneurial organization in the Custom of the Islamic Republic of Iran has been recognized and screened using fuzzy Delphi method. In the second stage, the relations among criteria are recognized using fuzzy DEMATEL method, and in the final stage, the features of entrepreneurial organization are ranked through interpretive structural modeling method. The statistical population of this study includes experts and administrators of the custom organization in Tehran province from which 28 persons were selected through judgmental-purposive sampling method. Research findings showed that 17 indices, among 48 explored indices, approved by experts. On the basis of Fuzzy DEMATEL test, it is revealed that 8 variables have causation role and 9 variables have effectuation role. On the other, the interpretive structural modeling approach showed that variables are categorized into six levels that in the meantime, the capital resources variable (structural, human, and interactional, …), as the infrastructural factors, have more power of influence in the Custom of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Entrepreneurship is a learning process, and on the other hand, learning itself, forms the main part of the entrepreneurship process. An entrepreneurship theory involves the learning theory. In order to achieve knowledge, acquire sources and management, entrepreneurs should take part in learning process. Entrepreneurial learning is defined as a continus process that provides the development of the knowledge required for the successful commencement of an activity and unexpected-events management. In this paper, having presented a conceptual framework, we consider the consequences of conversion process from the experience of entrepreneurs into entrepreneurial knowledge. In order to examine the relationship between professional experience of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial knowledge creation, this conceptual framework indicated that we should have a better understanding from the influence of conversion process from entrepreneurs experience to the knowledge and efficient factors in the conversion process. In the present paper, a conceptual framework of entrepreneurial learning process based on preliminary recognition of learning, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial learning as well as some important related topics is presented. Finally, the aforementioned items are concluded, and presented in discussion and conclusion sections and managerial applications. Manuscript profile

Abstract Rainfall Runoff models is an important tool in the study of water management of the watersheds. Different hydrologic processes such as: infiltration, soil storage, percolation, and groundwater storage are considered to simulate runoff from the catchment in Rainfall Runoff model. Because the possibility of measurement all parameters needed to evaluate watershed response is impossible, evaluate performance of a model with simple structure and using minimal input that can provide an acceptable prediction of hydrological processes, is too necessary. Purpose of this study is compare the performance of AWBM, Sacramento, SimHyd, SMAR and Tank rainfall - runoff models to simulate runoff from the Nodeh watershed in Golestan Province. The types of these models are conceptual lumped models that are in RRL with 8 calibration optimisers, the model inputs include daily precipitation, daily evapotranspiration and daily runoff values of the basin. Results showed that pattern search among other calibration optimisers provide better results. AWBM model with Nash coefficient of  0.71 for calibration and 0.63 for the evaluation have best performance among the models and the SMAR model with Nash coefficient of 0.417 and 0.338 respectively for calibration and evaluation periods among models that considered in this study have lowest performance. Also investigated models are not ability to simulate minimum and maximum values but the average values are acceptable simulation, since this model does not require much input data and their use does not require time-consuming and costly these models can be used according to the needs in water resources management. Objective: The purpose of this article is to explain the relationship between knowledge management and educational affairs through explaining the basic components and main elements related to the aforementioned fields based on influential conceptual models. Methods: This descriptive-analytical article explained the research back ground in the relations between knowledge management and education in Iran based on the documentary research method. In the explanation of the mentioned relations, the influential international conceptual models have been interpreted and analyzed to clarify the related process. Resultss: Knowledge and knowing are considered as the two main infrastructures in the field of educational affairs and the establishment of knowledge-based systems. From another perspective, tacit and explicit knowledge and the relationship between them are considered as a basis for the historical root of the application of knowledge management in education. The relationship between different types of knowledge leads to the development of individual, group and organizational knowledge. The systematic and internal relationships between educational fields, especially higher education and the knowledge management process can be analyzed by explaining the main elements of education and the knowledge management cycle. In rooting out these findings, three international authorized and valid conceptual models, including Knowledge and Knowledge Matrix, SECI conceptual model and Knowledge Management Framework for Teaching Universities have been interpreted. Conclusion: The process of adaptation and knowledge exchange as the main components of knowledge management is fully related to the goals of educational affairs in knowledge-based empowerment and knowledge enhancement of all stakeholders in the field of education. Thus, in any knowledge dissemination program, the content of education, that is, knowledge and how to transfer it through knowledge management mechanisms should be taken into account for the learner as the end user. Objective: The aim is to study the application of descriptive metadata elements of the RiC conceptual model in improving the semantic description of digital archive objects. Methodology: Using the descriptive-analytical method, the research compared the elements of two archival description metadata schemes (encrypted archival description standard (AED) and international general archival description standard (ISAD). The mentioned plans were obtained from the website of the Library of Congress. and a table of comparative elements was prepared in Excel. In addition, descriptive metadata elements in the descriptive information of the RiC model, which takes into account the basic principles of organizing and describing the meaning of archival materials, were extracted and translated from its manuscript. Results: RiC-CM, at the same time, combines the descriptive entities provided by the International Council of Archives (ICA) and differentiates between them. Individuals should be described is not the same as the way a set of records should be described. Brick-based ISAD is a "multi-level" model and provides "multi-level description", as the description of archival entities is hierarchical in nature and often comes in multiple levels. RiC-CM has designed a "multi-dimensional description" and instead of a "multi-level" description in the form of a hierarchy, the description may be in the form of a diagram or a network. Therefore, in addition to describing archival entities, it considers entities in a wider context in relation to other entities; and improves the semantic description of digital archive objects. Conclusion: The target audience of the RiC conceptual model is the archival community, and its purpose is to provide the principles and methods of describing archives and by modifying the method of describing archival objects in the ISAD (G) standard, it enables archivists to correct and improve the description of records in digital archives. In addition, beyond the descriptive standards The current IKA moves both structurally and conceptually. Manuscript profile

Translating taboos presents an important challenge for the Iranian audio visual translators, and deleting them is the other censorial aspect regarding dominant social constraints. This research attempted to discover the prevailing strategies used in IRIB’s dubbed movies. To this end, the original English movies were compared with their dubbed Persian counterparts based on Sharifi and Darchinian's (2009) conceptual model. All along data collection, relying on a definite set of taboos, the 41 examples in the selected sample of three American movies were found and documented. In the present descriptive study, corpus based research is applied. After classifying the cases based on the theoretical model, taboos had been classified based on their moral, ideological, political, and social nature. The “deletion” strategy is the highest applied strategy in the translation of taboos with the highest frequency (71%). The second general strategy is “taboo to non-taboo” which includes 17%, the third general strategy is “taboo to taboo” with 9%, and the least general strategy for handling taboos is “euphemism” which is 3%. The frequency of the taboos in each of the movies, as well as their frequency in the entire corpus, was measured and discussed. General results and discussion are drawn to suggest future studies on taboo as a social and ideological phenomenon. Manuscript profile

Structural Equation Modeling the relationships of the variables in the study were tested by using the Lisrel8.54 software .The results showed that servant leadership has a positive and significant impact on the quality of work life. Also, servant leadership has appositive and significant impact on organizational success. In addition, the quality of working life has a mediatory role in the impact of servant leadership on organizational success. So style servant leadership is thinkable because Servant leadership, respects for the human resources and can impact on their quality of life. Manuscript profile

This study aims to present a model to explain how the educational environment can promote Psychological Capital. District 8students of Azad University is done. The methodology of this study is applied and in terms of performance, correlation, descriptive - is survey.Luthans standard psychological questionnaire was used.Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts educational environment based on factor analysis 0/81 and construct validity of psychological capital gain 0/56 through 0/95 learning environment Cronbach's alpha reliability and validity of psychological capital questionnaire0/88 respectively. The study population included all students of Azad University district eighth.Randomly selected 400 student as sample size.Data from the questionnaires were using statistical tests factor analysis ,T-test was used to determine to psychological capital statuse. The results of the analysis revealed that the learner directly impact: 0/44 the most effect on psychological capital and the impact educational practices without intermediaries on the capital 0/30 and technology with a direct effect on psychological capital has the lowest coefficient of 0/19.The next four goals, methods, evaluation and teaching as a direct and indirect impact of these capital. Statistics T is calculated psychological capital at a confidence level of 05/0 in the four dimensions of self-efficacy, hope, resiliency and optimism 51/24 and this shows that psychological capital in adverse conditions and is low. Using structural equation modeling technique of path analysis LISREL final version of the role of each of the environment directly or indirectly on how to improve psychological capital is shown. Also proposed mechanisms for the application of the proposed model. Manuscript profile

The aim of the current research was to compile a model of parents’ participation and to investigate its effect on effective management in the school with a combination strategy of sequential exploratory type. The research environment was the qualitative stage, the library section and all scientific- research articles, internal and external theses, books, international conferences and high- quality documents. It was a purposeful sampling and continued until the researcher reached theoretical saturation. Content validity was used by experts to check the quality of the content. Reliability analysis was done with Holsty’s reliability coefficient. In the qualitative part, Trial Sterling’s theme analysis method was used. The results of the analysis of the findings led to the identification of an overarching theme parent- school interaction, five organizing themes, practical approach interaction, culture- building interaction, organizational arrangements, management interaction and alignment of attitude and performance, and the basic theme. Society statistics in the quantitative section of principals of three academic years, Elementary, first and secondary schools, cluster sampling was done using the Cohen-Manion formula and 535 principals were selected. The researcher’s list of information collection tools was made based on the findings of the qualitative section, including 120 items. In the quantitative part , form and content validity and construct validity were used using confirmatory factor analysis. Cronbach’s alpha reliability and composite reliability were used to measure reliability. The model was evaluated using the structural equation model and second- order factor analysis. The results showed that the measurement models have a good fit, with all these factors included in the main model, the said model also had a good fit. Manuscript profile
