Aim: The aim of this present is the status of libraries resources and services in Tehran city from the perspective of blind and low vision users'.
Method: Survey - a description, and the community of blind and visually impaired library users Tehran via stratified random sampling method and the libraries in Tehran 4 library, According to Morgan 201 cases were selected by random sampling. Members of blind and visually impaired community libraries in Tehran. Data collection is questionnaire The reliability coefficient of the questionnaire using Cronbach's alpha 82 /. Approved, And to analyze the results of both descriptive and inferential statistics were used. Using Friedman test univariate and T, as well as frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation were analyzed.
Results: Findings indicate that the average resulting from the user satisfaction with the receivership interventions and (X- = 7 / 14)compared with an average of hypothetical (X- = 6)about 1/ 14 unit. Users of library resources in terms of quantity and quality too moderate were satisfied .According to the results of informing libraries in Surface average and the facilities and equipment over more than the average. of research findings can be said that the cooperation of Manpower working in the library of the blind users and seeing little more than the average, but the observance of the principles of standardization building librarie less over the medium.
Conclusions: The results showed satisfaction, blind and seeing the services of integrity and the library of the city of Tehran are significantly more than the average of the resources available in libraries. as well as the most important factor for their lack of access to information, the distance to the library. the amount of information services libraries and facilities and equipment and cooperation manpower working in libraries with them more than average.
