The Covid-19 pandemic has posed many challenges for students, bringing about negative impacts. Resilience has been a key factor in facing these challenges. This study was conducted to design a student resilience pattern in response to the pandemic in the target population of Islamic Azad Universities in the city of Tehran. A qualitative method was adopted, using the systematic grounded theory approach. Data were collected purposefully and theoretically through in-depth semi-structured interviews with 24 participants, including students, faculty members, and experts. Data were analyzed using open, axial, and selective coding in ATLAS.ti 9 Qualitative software. Findings revealed 147 codes and 36 subcategories from 10 main categories. Based on a paradigm model, the higher education students' resilient response to the Covid-19 pandemic was identified as a central phenomenon. Causal conditions were categorized into three main categories:  individual (six subcategories and 26 codes), organizational (six subcategories and 31 codes), and social (four subcategories and 12 codes); contexts were classified into two main categories: internal (five subcategories and 15 codes) and external (three subcategories and 14 codes); and strategies were categorized into three main categories: prediction and prevention (two subcategories and seven codes), response and coping (four subcategories and 16 codes), and adaptation and compatibility (two subcategories and 11 codes). Consequently, consequences led to two main categories: short-term (two subcategories and seven codes) and long-term (two subcategories and eight codes). Manuscript profile

The aim of the current research is to present the organizational culture model of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The research method was applied in terms of purpose, qualitative in terms of data type, and grounded theory in terms of the nature and type of data study. The target population of the research includes faculty members with the rank of assistant professor and above and having experience and planning in the mentioned field and experts in the field of human resources of the Ministry of Sports and Youth with PhD in education and management experience based on the theoretical sampling method of the snowball type . Based on theoretical data saturation, 15 experts were selected for interview. The research tool was a semi-structured interview in which the dimensions, components and indicators of the mentioned model were set. . For the aforementioned interview form, a part of national and global models, findings, studies and theories were first examined. Then, with open coding, indicators were counted and through axial coding, they were categorized in the form of dimensions, components and indicators, and it was sent to 15 experts and the dimensions and components were identified with the help of selective coding through interviews, Delphi technique and brainstorming. As a result, 5 dimensions, 22 components and 142 indicators were finalized for the organizational culture model of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. After the final confirmation and prioritization of the experts, the dimensions, components and indicators of the model were drawn, and again, experts validated the mentioned model. Manuscript profile

Preparing the required contexts for the commercialization of knowledge, while harmonizing domestic universities with international missions, can play a momentous role in creating economic and social values. The present research aimed to offer a model of knowledge commercialization in the country's higher education system. The current study was applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive in terms of its method. The statistical population comprised 10,153 faculty members of the Islamic Azad University of Tehran. 371 people had been selected as samples using the relative stratified sampling method, based on Cochran's formula. A researcher-made questionnaire with 121 questions was used to collect data. The reliability of the questionnaire was evaluated by Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.802 and validity of the questionnaire were confirmed by experts. Regarding the normality of the data distribution, parametric tests and structural equations, and SPSS and Smart PLS software were used to analyze the data. While confirming the importance and desirability of all dimensions, the findings of the current research were prioritized as follows: In the dimensions section: the mental characteristics of knowledge creators with a coefficient of 0.939, the characteristics of created knowledge with a coefficient of 0.918, the characteristics of knowledge consumers with a coefficient of 0.917, knowledge type with a coefficient of 0.911, environmental factors with a coefficient of 0.891 and organizational structure with a coefficient of 0.884 were ranked from the first to the sixth priority, respectively. Likewise, regarding the results of the research, the dimensions of the mental characteristics of the knowledge creators, the component of specialized knowledge, and the indicator of belief in the goodness of knowledge had been placed as the first priority of each level, which should be considered in plans related to commercialization. The validity of model was also analyzed with the method of structural equations and 4 dimensions (understanding, adaptation, generalization, and control), which was confirmed by good fit and high average. The process of evaluating the performance of faculty members leads to the creation of a system of standards, objective expectations from them, and the transparency of the evaluation system. This applied study was conducted with a mixed approach using a qualitative and quantitative approach with exploratory design. To collect the data needed to design a questionnaire from semi-structured interviews with 15 department heads were used. In the quantitative section, 30 faculty members participated. Sampling was done randomly and the tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. After analyzing the interviews and theoretical definitions, a paradigm model was designed. It addresses expectations in performance management, expectations that are met by competencies in terms of job profiles, ISO human resource management standards, and competency models, while intervening conditions such as micro and macro guidelines and policies can affect the indicators. Then the categories extracted from open, axial and selective codes and their sub-components and research strategies and the consequences of implementing this model in performance were formed. Then three main components and twelve indicators were identified. Ranking of indicators respectively concluded: in dimension of providing consulting services: components of competency foreign relations intercultural, creativity, innovation and technology, in dimension of research: communicative competency, modern technology, innovation, creativity and entrepreneurship and cognitive competency and in dimension of education: teaching quality, spiritual competency, psychological and managerial competencies were ranked.  Manuscript profile
