The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of gamification on self-confidence and academic enthusiasm of primary school students. For this purpose, 30 students were randomly selected from the sixth grade students of District 1 of Tehran city who were studying in the academic year of 2011-2014 and the accident was divided into two experimental and control groups. The students of the experimental group received math lessons using gamification during 10 sessions of 30-45 minutes. In order to check the level of self-confidence and academic enthusiasm, Rosenberg's self-confidence questionnaires (1995) with a validity of 0.79 and Fredericks et al.'s academic enthusiasm questionnaire  (2004) with a validity of 0.71 were used. In addition, to analyze the results, univariate (ANCOVA) and multivariate (MANCOVA) covariance analysis tests were used with SPSS 24 software. The results of this research showed that gamification has an effect on the self-confidence and academic enthusiasm of primary school students both together and separately. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of the Gagne model on increasing the level of  theory of mind and problem-solving abilities of deaf students. This study is an applied research using a quasi-experimental design. The statistical population of this study consists of all deaf students in Tehran, selected using 40 available methods, each of which is divided into an experimental group and a control group consisting of 20 people.  The sampling method for this study was available. This study used Steimman's Theory of Mind (1994) and his 38-question format of the Tower of London Central Nervous System Performance Test.  Descriptive statistics (frequency, mean, standard deviation, graph) and Kolmogorov-Smirnov test were used to examine the data distribution.  Covariance tests were used to test the hypotheses. The significance level in this study was ≤0.05.  Statistical calculations were performed using SPSS software (version 24). The results of this study show that the one-way analysis of covariance is significant for the variable of  theory of mind (P <0.05) and problem solving ability (P <0.05). Therefore, main hypotheses 1 and 2 are based on the first hypothesis: the use of the teaching model to promote the theory of mind levels and the second hypothesis the use of the Gagne model was confirmed in the problem-solving ability of deaf students. Educational policy is a type of public policy that can be done both at the school level and at the middle and macro levels of the educational system. However, schools are mainly implementers of educational policies. The current research has examined the infrastructures for the implementation of educational policies in schools. This study was based on a qualitative approach and thematic analysis method, by studying the attitudes and perceptions of experts, middle and operational managers. Based on the inclusion criteria, the perception of 14 people has been investigated using a semi-structured interview. The sampling method was purposeful snowball type. In order to verify the trustworthiness and accuracy of the research information, the reliability criterion was used with the review method by 10 participants and the review of 2 non-participating experts in the research. Data analysis was done by thematic analysis method of Esterberg. From data analysis, 142 codes, 5 themes and 36 sub-themes were obtained. Based on the themes extracted from the research, the infrastructures for implementing educational policies in schools are school administration, students and parents, resources and infrastructure, school planning, school interaction with local institutions. Schools are not only implementers of educational policies, but for the implementation of educational policies, they need appropriate infrastructure inside and outside the school. Manuscript profile

The current research was conducted with the aim of providing a conceptual model of job requirements and resources affecting the employees' job engagement. The statistical population includes 200 employees of the cinema and audio-visual organization. The research is of mixed exploratory type (qualitative and quantitative). To collect qualitative data, semi-structured interviews (with a sample size of 17 experts using a purposive sampling method) were used, and to collect quantitative data, a questionnaire was designed among the employees of the cinema and audio-visual organization (127 people). The basis of Morgan's table and simple random sampling method) have been used.Thematic analysis method was used to analyze qualitative data and confirmatory factor analysis was used to analyze quantitative data. Based on the qualitative results of the research, seven main components consisting of 64 items for job requirements and job resources affecting job engagement have been identified. The results of the quantitative analysis have also confirmed the significance of the relationship between the indicators, components and dimensions of the model. This model can be a basis for human resource managers to design intervention programs in order to improve the employees’ job engagement based on the job requirements and job resources appropriate to their subsidiary organization.
