Steps to submit until final approval of the article
Step 1. Visit the quarterly site
Step 2. Register and submit the article based on the relevant writing code
Step 3. After sending the article by the author to the system, in the first step, the article will be reviewed by the publication experts in terms of following the editing guide. (To speed up the judging process, please read the authors' guide carefully before submitting the article, and prepare and submit the article carefully based on the editing guide available in the system).
Step 4. If accepted in the first stage, the article in the second stage in terms of content quality and relevance of the topic will be initially evaluated by the editor, expert secretary and scientific committee. This step will usually take fifteen days to a month. The article is then sent to the authors for a fee. And after paying the fee, it enters the next stage. It should be noted that the beginning of the process of accepting the article starts from the time of payment.
Step 5. After acceptance in the second step, the article will be sent to two judges. The process of judging articles is as follows:
5-1. If two referees reject the article, the article will be rejected. It should be noted that if the article is rejected, the result will be announced to the author or authors through the site.
5-2. If the opinion of the two judges is a general review of the article, the article will be given to the author for review.
5-3. If the opinion of one arbitrator is a general review and the other arbitrator rejects the article, the article will be sent to the third arbitrator and according to the opinion of the third arbitrator will be decided based on items 5-1 and 5-2.
5-4. The article will then be sent to the author for review. After the author modifies and submits the article based on the opinion of the judges, the article will be given to one of the judges for a comparative evaluation.
An email will also be sent to the referees to remind them, and if the article is not judged after the deadline, the article will be taken back from the referee and given to the new referee. Depending on the amount of corrections requested and the point of view of the judges and the speed and accuracy of the corrections by the authors, obtaining admission in this publication (after the fourth stage) will take about 5 to 12 months (if the final approval of the judges).
