        Introduction and Research Goal: In recent decades,wasteful  consumption  of modern mass media by children, has sounded the alarm in our country. With respect to limited controllability, escape restrictions and inevitability of the modern media consumption, it seems that the one of the only fundamental solution of this problem is “teaching optimization of any type of media contents. In this research, with the aim of reaching the possibilities of realizing the consensus comments of experts and executives and increasing  the possibility of successful executing of the plan (media education to elementary students) meanwhile, in order to recognize the essentials of children  media education, these two groups of informers’ points of views has been examined and compared . Research Method:In this research, the researchers has been tried to explore the essentials of media education, hence, it is exploratory, and because of comparing the executives’ points of views, it is explanatory. In this research, it has been used the Delphi technique. Findings: It has been observed meaningful statistical significance in just two components .This result proves the existing of dominant alignment among the experts’ and executives’ points of views. Results: The consensus among experts’ and executives’ points of views, been proved. So the circumstances are ready for the successful implementation of media literacy in elementary schools.         Purpose: Resilience as a strategy in crisis management of organizations, for this purpose, while using the lessons of Islam and Quranic teachings, as well as obtaining the opinion of experts, by extracting the map of resilience strategy from the perspective of Islam and also prioritizing Criteria, using the balanced scorecard approach and fuzzy DEMATEL technique, provide the grounds for growth and stability of the organization in crisis situations.Research Method: This research has been done with a qualitative approach, in terms of applied purpose and in terms of analytical-explanatory nature. In this research, 20 experts from the academic, industrial and academic community of the Quranic field have been used to collect their opinions on the dimensions extracted from the literature and the Delphi method.Methods: The resilience strategy map was extracted in crisis management and criteria prioritization was performed using a balanced scorecard and fuzz DEMATEL technique.Results: In the process of extracting resilience map from the Islamic point of view, having strategy and preparedness were recognized as the most effective factors for organizations 'readiness in crises.         Introduction and purpose of the Research: The purpose of this research is to determine the role and family role of the students of Tehran Science and Research Branch in producing their cultural capital from the incarnated dimension. The purpose of this research is to apply the purpose of the research. The data collection method is descriptive-survey method. To collect information about the library-field method, a questionnaire was used. Methods: According to the purpose and subject of research of the statistical society, this research includes all students of Azad University of Science and Research Branch of Tehran. Due to lack of access to the community, 3,80 people were selected by Cochran method to determine the sample size and the questionnaire was distributed randomly among them. The content validity method was used to determine the validity of the questionnaires. Also, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaires, and the coefficients indicated that the information gathering tool had a high reliability. Findings: Descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. In descriptive statistics, the research variables such as mean, standard deviation and variance and demographic variables such as gender, age, educational status, marital status, field of study paid. Inferential statistics were used to verify the validity of the questionnaire and to validate the research hypothesis, structural equation modeling (SEM) modeling using SmartPLS 3 software was used. Conclusions: Finally, all the research hypotheses were confirmed, also data extraction tables of data analysis tables were deduced that the research variables in the statistical society were positive and high. The results showed that students' skill training had the least impact and familiarity with laws had the most impact on inclusive cultural capital.   Manuscript profile

        The present study aimed to identify and explain the dimensions of religiosity and its impact on the empowerment of Tehran's youths to religious values ​​from both religious and empirical dimensions. The sample population of the study is Tehran's young women and men (18 to 33 years old) from the 22 provinces of Tehran province with a degree in doctorate. Method: This study was a quantitative research type survey and its data collection tool was a questionnaire. This research has 6 independent variables of life satisfaction, religious education, scientific and rational religious documents, university, field of study, age, gender, as well as a dependent variable that adheres to religious values ​​that are described in it. Is. Also, according to the Validation Questionnaire, which has been adapted by (Gharak and Stark) according to the criteria of Christianity and inside the serajzadeh with the criteria of Islamic religion. Conclusion: Among the two dimensions of religiosity, the correlation coefficient was 68.4%, 60.56%, after belief. The results of this study, compared with previous studies (by Serajzadeh, Kazemi and Farajzadeh in 1998), decreased by 13% in terms of belief, and then by an empirical reduction of 15%, which is significant. According to the analysis of hypotheses, using Pearson correlation test (first hypotheses of life satisfaction, the second hypothesis of religious education), there was a significant relationship. But there was no significant relationship between (third scientific hypotheses and the rationality of religious documentation, the fourth hypothesis of Tehran's youth). Manuscript profile

        The origins of articipation of elites have been studied in the political and social realms, but the scope of culture is in a vacuum. Therefore, the factors influencing the participation of elites in cultural policy were studied from a social psychological point of view. The statistical population of the study was elite elite specialists, elite education experts and graduate students of elite centers. One hundred and three experts, senior experts and graduates of Sampad were selected through available sampling method. The "Exploration Interview" and the "Cultural Elite Census List" tool were used to collect information. Exploratory Factor Analysis was used to analyze quantitative data. The results are sequentially structured into two parts: a) strategies, b) policies. There were two strategies for participation: (a) "elite qualities" and (b) "administrative cultural system." The strategy of "elite attributes" embraced four policies: (1) national elite commitment, (2) professional elite expertise, (3) cultural elite qualities, (4) exploitation of cultural elites. The strategy of the "administrative-cultural system" also included two policies: (1) the adequacy of managers, and (2) public participation. In conclusion, the general conclusion is drawn in order to elucidate the areas of participation of elites in cultural policy regarding the observance of a particular administrative system, the national commitment of elites, attention to the identity of elites and the establishment of elite poles.         Introduction and Aim: Sports and related phenomena are considered among the realms in which the media plays a significant role for their reflections towards audiences. Media is regarded as the substantial grounding factor for the Globalization process and it is recognized as the main element for Tran’s fering the culture into the society. Therefore, recognition and identification of the performance of sport programs in the realm of culture due to the category of Globalization is primarily necessary. Purpose of the study the objective of present research is to scrutinize the cultural status of sport channel programs with the emphasis on Globalization from the viewpoint of experts and sport programmers. Method: This research is applicable due to its related objective; it is descriptive, due to the pertinent strategy; it is measurement-based, due to the implementation procedure. Meanwhile, the required data and information are collected by quantitative case study procedure. Statistical universe of the research includes the total experts and authorities regarded as the managers, custodians and sport channel programmers whom are selected by purposeful sampling method. The sample volume consists of 118 managers, programmers and experts. Findings: The research data was analysed in the two levels of descriptive statistics by computing statistical indices such as the mean value and standard deviation in the forms of pertinent schedules and inferential statistics by applying kelmogrov-smirnov test, independent t- test and one- sample t-test. This procedure was implemented by applying spss 19 software with the significance level of p  0.05. Conclusions: Findings of the present research indicate that there is a meaningful difference between the observed status and expected position in the cultural grounds of sport channel programs, due to the displaying status of sport fields, selecting status of sport tournament, vestment and make-up positions, the status of convention, Identity positions, the status of women’s sports and the leisure time in sport programs. Meanwhile, there is a significant difference between the viewpoints of experts and programmers, due to the selecting status of sport tournament, the status of convention, Identity positions. The status of women’s sports and cultural position of sport programs. Whereas, there is no meaningful difference between the viewpoints of experts and programmers due to the displaying status of sport fields, vestment and make- up positions, and the leisure time in sport programs.   Manuscript profile
