        Introduction and Objective: Today, the Knowledge is a base for non –sensible assets and properties and has found its original place in organizations after 2000. Using knowledge in a better and more efficient way in an organized and managed style according to values culture have generated an incredible progress in profit and organizational lift in different dimensions such as human, technology, economy, social and specially culture in successful organizations . The nowadays value of organizational new modules in knowledge- based organizations have been say according to a culture of values which itself is a basic for new re-engineering . Methods: Hence, we have tried to identify, with different views, the key factors of a knowledge management success and to present a metamorphic knowledge map pattern on basis of cultural organizations constructions. According to present literature among experts of this field, in first glance, there are some 16 factors as the important factors in knowledge management success in organizations and then we will show the importance and rate of efficiency of them in a knowledge map. In relation with this, first of all we provided a questionnaire for benefitting the experts in management’s points of view and also the views of top managers in organization. After summarizing, a questionnaire with 21 questions was provided according to classified factors (above mentioned) a many 16 factors and handed to assistance of research and cultural relations of martyr foundation and veterans affairs. Also the priorities and weight of each factor was planned and suggested using soft ware’s excel, mat lab and statistical methods of geometrical and numerical averages of the pattern . Conclusion: In this regard, the factors related to values culture and construction cultures are more important than others in knowledge pattern of organization. Organizational values culture dimension is more important of others as well as confidence.         Introduction and Objective: This research studies and introduce operationally and extensively the recongnition and (or) setting cultural standards and sub-standards in accounting. It also considers the survey and implementation of introduced model within the two studies of Financial Accounting Standards Board in United states of American and International Accounting standards Board. Methods: This study methodologically is based on applied goal which it uses three methods of referential l(documentary or library), Delphi, and survey for gathering information. In other words, there is a kind of triangulation in this method and in order to pulify or confirm indexes and sub-indexes to present a model the logic Delphi technique has been used. Conclusion: The result of post test of each four hypothesis have not been rejected and the hypothesis which has not been rejected through obtained different of means by experts, the presented conceotual model has been confirmed and presented and recognized sub-indexes in this study have provided appropnate indexes in order to identify cultural positions in setting accounting standards.         Introduction and Objective: social interaction is a fundamental element of any society. On the network, they are considered as social capital and personal relationships and connections through the network gains access to resources and support. The main objective of this research is to study social capital in virtual social networks. Given the importance of social interaction in virtual social networks, social capital in this study, structural dimensions (size and composition of the network), interactive (frequency of contact and intimacy) and functional (support) has been studied. Methods: This survey was conducted using questionnaires and the dimensions of social capital, the impact of social factors on social capital networks are examined. The research in Persian language is virtually all social networks. Sample size of 386 patients who were selected by snowball non-probability sampling. Conclusion: The results suggest that different dimensions of social capital and in every aspect of the building, which was interactive and functional results, may be differences of social capital in the real world. The effects of social and demographic variables on network social capital in this study confirmed the causal model and research hypotheses have been formed by the impact of impression and interaction.         Introduction: Women empowerment is the conception that make in order to changing in some social instructions and making some new systems which are not relying on traditional paradigm of power and patriarchy values. In this research in the beginning elements of empowerment as a concept and their interactions have been interpreted and finally the interaction among five common elements that are the most important of them is presented schematically Method :This article is a kind of literature review that the researcher has tried reflecting on many different meanings and analysis about women empowerment. Findings: Review on more than 30 articles and books about women empowerment concept showed that 5 components; Power, Autonomy, Empowerment in both individual and group levels and Empowerment as an outcome and process are common components among lots of meaning and literature about women empowerment. These five constituents have interaction together and with empowerment. Results: Women Empowerment is the essential perecived in new century and we couldn't not pay attention to it, hence many of developed countries and international humanitirian and development organizations have focused on women empowermet as an important goal.         Introduction and Objective: The main purpose of the present study was whether the Applied Science University in skill training courses has been successful or not carried. Methods: Students and faculty of applied science center in Tehran city as the population was considered. A total of 194 students from last semester course and 50 teachers responded to the questionnaire. Its reliability was proved by the test of Crown Bach Alfa. Public awareness of indicators of job evaluation and were assessed by T-test and analysis of data has been done. Results: Showed that the attitudes of students and professors, university staff - Applied promotion of public awareness, job training successes, but not above the average level of operation and has not been weakened. Conclusion: University of Applied Science, the utilization of research-based knowledge management and to help achieve the goal, the more seriously it does take training.   Manuscript profile

        Introduction and Objective: The Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation in order to eliminate cultural poverty from families under their support, teaching life skills for making healthy families is the most important part of their cultural program. Family literacy campaign, teaching of cultural, religious, moral, law, health and mental health issues helps families to become healthier and more successful. The main hypothesis of this study is that, the family education plan of Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation has a significant impact on empowering of cultural and spiritual aspect of families. Methods: The research methods used in this study in terms of objectives is functional. And in terms of degree of control, used field work technique and data collection was descriptive and experimental. The statistical population for this study includes all households registered under, comprehensive system of family education of Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation in Alborz province, which includes 822 families. Random assignment is used to specify sampling method, and in the end 120 families were identified. Data collection tool, for this research was interview, and paper questionnaire, and finally, Likert type questionnaire was prepared, which had 30 questions, using descriptive and inferential statics (frequency, frequency ratio, and frequency distribution tables) and T-test was analyzed by SPSS software. Results: Results shows that, impact of comprehensive system of family education was very high in empowering and promote awareness, and abilities of guardians and other family members, which is supported by this program. Results of sub-hypothesis indicated that the impact of these trainings, from religious point of view was very successful, in empowering of religious beliefs and attitudes in families.         Introduction and Research Goal: Educational system of any community plays a great role in helping people reach misery or salvation and teachers with high level of knowledge and descent responsibility are the biggest catalysts in the process of leading young students toward a prosperous future for themselves and their country. Method: This research has been fulfilled experimental and it has considered the role and the relation of the teachers' viewpoint changing in their teaching and learning function quality. For this purpose from among of the statistical community including 699 male and female teacher at the elementary level of Maragheh, 50 people were selected by chance as sample in order to evaluating of the effect of the independent variant(viewpoint changing) on dependent variant (teaching-learning function). They were pre-tested and primary state of their viewpoint was evaluated. Also the quality of their teaching-learning function observed by a list, then during an instructional period the instructions were taught them in order to improving their viewpoint towards teaching. And their new viewpoint was observed and marked through post-test and teachers' teaching-learning function after instruction in the class. Finally the averages of the both test were presented after a test in two times and primary and finally evaluation, then the significance of the average was considered by using of test (two sample test) and the basic and the secondary theory of the research approved. Findings: the findings of this research show that was concluded that there is a positive relationship between research's dependent and independent variant. Conclusion: teachers' teaching-learning activities improve with their viewpoint correction. Manuscript profile
