Abstract :
Introduction and Objective: The main purpose of the present study was whether the Applied Science University in skill training courses has been successful or not carried. Methods: Students and faculty of applied science center in Tehran city as the population was considered. A total of 194 students from last semester course and 50 teachers responded to the questionnaire. Its reliability was proved by the test of Crown Bach Alfa. Public awareness of indicators of job evaluation and were assessed by T-test and analysis of data has been done. Results: Showed that the attitudes of students and professors, university staff - Applied promotion of public awareness, job training successes, but not above the average level of operation and has not been weakened. Conclusion: University of Applied Science, the utilization of research-based knowledge management and to help achieve the goal, the more seriously it does take training.
