The relationship between social skills training courses of cultural and artistic organization of Tehran municipality and the citizenship culture (A case study)

Abstract :
Abstract Civic culture as a new concept in the third millennium, are directly affected by social skills of citizens.Thus the aim of this reseaCivic culture as a new concept in the third millennium, are directly affected by social skills of citizens. Thus the aim of this research is to identify the relation between social skills education in Tehran municipality’s cultural and artistic organization and civic culture.The research method in terms of the purpose is an applied and in terms of its implementation manner,is a survey descriptive one. The statistical population of this research consisted of participants of Tehran municipality’s cultural and artistic organization social skills courses containing 400 persons in the first six months of the year 1395. The sample was selected randomly in a size of 169 suggested bu Cochran formula. The data collecting tool was 2 questionnairs: a researcher made questionnaire of social skills containing 20 questions and another researcher made questionnaire of civic culture containing 22 questions which their validity approved through consulting experts and their reliability assured by calculating cronbatch’s alpha.( the value of alpha was 0.802 and 0.816 respectively).
