        Introduction & Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of dimensions of Iranian Islamic culture on organizational behavior of managers and job satisfaction of employees. research method:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of dimensions of Iranian Islamic culture on organizational behavior of managers and job satisfaction of employees. The research method was descriptive-survey. The statistical population includes all staff members of the Secretariat of the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution in Tehran with 223 people. The sample size was determined using purposeful sampling method of 92 people, which included 80 staff members with 4 years of work experience, 12 senior managers of the secretariat of the Supreme Council of Cultural Revolution, who had at least three years of work experience in management. The statistical sample was added. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire on dimensions of Iranian Islamic culture on the behavior of managers as well as job satisfaction questionnaire (JFS). Validity of the questionnaire for assessing the dimensions of the Islamic Iranian culture on the behavior of managers by eight Islamic management professors and experts from the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution was confirmed in the policy of Islamic lifestyle in Iran. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.83 using Cronbach's alpha coefficient The validity and reliability of the job satisfaction questionnaire were approved according to the standard findings: Data analysis was performed using binomial test, t-test, ANOVA. The results of data analysis indicate that the studied indicators (morale of affection and Kindness (0.001), morale of forgiveness and passing (0.001), participation culture (0.000), Extension of knowledge (0.030) and reporting transparency (0.003) have been effective in terms of being Islamic and Iranian in the behavior of managers and evaluated in job satisfaction of meaningful employees. Also, the patience index against the problems in the behavior of influential managers was evaluated, but there was no significant difference in employee satisfaction (0.68). conclusion: The dimensions of Iranian Islamic culture have a direct impact on managers' behavior, and the behavior of managers has a significant relationship with job satisfaction.         Introduction and Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the value system of the employees of cultural organizations of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province with their cultural intelligence.Methodology: The research method was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of collecting data, a descriptive correlational type. The statistical population of this study was composed of 550 staff members and managers working in cultural organizations of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province. The sample of 242 individuals was selected through simple random sampling method. The research tool was a standard questionnaire. The value system of Schwarz (1992) and cultural intelligence were Early and Ang (2003). Validity of questionnaires was based on content validity using expert opinion, formal validity based on the viewpoint of a number of statistical society and construct validity by factor analysis method .The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed and Cronbach's alpha were used. The values of the standardized Schwarz value system questionnaire (1992), 0.98 and Cultural intelligence were Early and Ang (2003), 0.93. The data analysis was performed in two descriptive and inferential levels using the Pearson correlation method.Findings: Findings showed that value system had a significant positive correlation with cultural intelligence (P <0.05) (R = 0.496).The results of the research showed that the components of the value system (value of power, value of Achievement, value of Hedonism, value of Stimulation, self-direction value, universalism value, Benevolence value, tradition value, Conformity value and Security value) has a significant positive relationship with cultural intelligence (P <0.05) as well as regression results showed that value system can predict cultural intelligence.         Introduction & Objective: Today, countries have found empowerment the most effective way to achieve sustainable development. The goal is to empowerment helpless people to try to overcome their weaknesses by increasing their skills and improve their positive aspects. The present research seeks to investigate the strategies of cultural empowerment of vulnerable sectors of society in addition to investigating various internal and external factors. Research method: In this regard, among the clients family covered Charity Foundation of vefagh sabz alavi, 329 people were selected as samples, who participated in 20 cultural and skill education courses for 6 months, then using different theoretical approaches and methods. You know, four cultural strategies including: promoting the Quranic culture, emphasizing on cultural identity, emphasizing national identity, and teaching life skills on the five empowerment components including self-efficacy, self-determination, self-esteem, meaningfulness and trust, were measured and According to them, the data analyzed were analyzed. Findings: In this research, a questionnaire was used. The pre-test questionnaires showed Cronbach's alpha of 80% and the reliability value was more than 70%. In this study, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to examine the normal or normal distribution of data. According to the results of this test, we find that the intended sample of this study is not normal. Therefore, nonparametric statistical tests were used to analyze the data. To test the hypotheses of this research, we used Chi-square test. Conclusion: The results of the research are as follows: In the first hypothesis, the correlation coefficient, correlation between promoting the Quranic culture and empowering the vulnerable stratum, was 542/0, in the second hypothesis, the correlation between the emphasis on religious identity and the empowerment of the vulnerable stratum was 319/0, as well as in The third hypothesis, the correlation between the emphasis on national identity and the empowerment of the vulnerable stratum, was obtained at a confidence level of 0.25, which was confirmed at 0.95. In the fourth hypothesis, the correlation between life skills training and empowerment of the vulnerable stratum was 0.571, which confirmed this level at a confidence level of 0.95. The conceptual framework of this research is based on the Talcott Parsons The Theory of Communicative Action and the Cultural Reproduction Theory of Louis Althusser and Pierre Bourdieu. With given the advancement of technology, there are new tools and methods for propagating religion. Therefore, the exact recognition of cyberspace and trying to influence the methods of religion in this space to promoting the religious culture of society is essential. Purpose: Given that Cybercafe has been able to attract a lot of audience and this space can be provides a good place for cultural influence on these audiences but despite the efforts of some cultural sectors in this space, we still see cultural problems in society in this regard, the pathology of propaganda methods of religion in cyberspace leads to recognition of the roots, causes and causes of injuries and weaknesses which causes to ineffective religious propaganda. Methodology: To codify the theoritical framework, the research uses the practice theory of bourdieu, theories of communication and some viewpoints on the effects of internet. Regarding the discussion of aspects and signs of religiousness, it also utilizes the model of Shojaeezand’s religiousness. According to the research topic, the most appropriate method for doing it is the scrolling method. Statistical society of the research include the girls of 13-Aban highschool located in region 8 of Tehran and the sample‘s volume of the research  according to Cochran's formula is 175. Results: The results of research shows that there is not a meaningful relationship between the amount of usage of ways of promotion of religion in cyberspace and the needs of user, the credibility of media, being a believer, act of moral deeds, having of religious appearance and the amount of internet capital. Furthermore, these results expresses that there is a meaningful relationship between the amount of usage of ways of religion’s promotion in cyberspace and the amount of usage of internet by user, the amount of feeling of being unknown, the amount of religious participation, doing of ritual practices, observance of religious laws, glorification of religious regulations. Innovation and Implications: According to meaningful relationship between some variables, aspects and signs, some planning’s on these items must be made to increase the amount of usage of ways of religion’s promotion in cyberspace which would intensify the role of religion among people and this respectively would cause to decrease the problems of society.         Introduction & Objective:The proportional distribution of resources among human settlements with the goal of achieving balanced Culture is one of the most important factors for the realization of development, therefore, cultural development is one of the fundamental prerequisites for the realization of development and one of the fundamental goals of development in any society. Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad province are among the provinces that are at the last levels of cultural development and are not well placed in terms of cultural development indicators. Therefore, the main goal of the research is to rank the cities of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad in terms of cultural development indicators. Research method: eight cultural indicators were selected by documentary method and their weight was determined by the AHP model pattern. The classification of cities in terms of having cultural indicators was done by the GRA Relationship Analysis method in Excel. Findings: The results of this research indicate that there is a lack of balance in the distribution of cultural indicators among the cities of the province. Boyerahmad city with the highest score obtained from the analysis of gray relations (0.115) has a favorable situation in terms of cultural development indicators. And other Kohgiluyeh and Boyerahmad provinces have the lowest rank in terms of cultural development indicators. Conclusion: It is necessary to reduce the differences between cities in terms of cultural development, attention to regional planning and reform of the country's planning system And avoiding planning and following balanced and balanced policies to create equal opportunities for resources in all of the province's provinces.         Introduction and Objective: This study was aimed at investigating the structural equation model in relation to organizational culture, flexibility of working hours and staff loyalty with the mediating role of organizational commitment in the labor and social affairs organization of North Khorasan Province. Method: The descriptive-correlational research method was used in this study. The statistical population of the study consisted of total 260 employees where 155 subjects was selected with stratified random sampling as the sample size. Data collection tools were Dennisson's Organizational Culture Questionnaire (2000), flexibility of working hours questionnaire designed by Seyyed Naghavi et al. (2012) and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire by Allen & Meyer (1990) and Staff Loyalty Assessment Questionnaire (Hosseini, 2007). After confirming the validity, the reliability of the questionnaires was calculated using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.931, 0.937, 0907 and 0.881, respectively. Factor analysis was performed for statistical analysis by SPSS software version 19 and structural model method using LISREL software version 8. Findings: The results showed that the path coefficient between organizational culture and staff loyalty was 0.73, the coefficient of flexibility of working hours and organizational commitment was 0.66 and the path coefficient between organizational commitment and staff loyalty was 0.56. Therefore, there is a relationship between organizational culture and the flexibility of working hours on staff loyalty with the mediating role of organizational commitment. Conclusion: Findings show that by strengthening the organizational culture and flexibility of working hours among employees of the labor and social affairs organization of North Khorasan province, the loyalty of employees to the organization increased, among which organizational commitment had a key role. Findings: Findings showed that the amount of path coefficient between organizational culture and employee loyalty was 0.73, The coefficient of flexibility coefficient of working hours and organizational commitment is 0.66 And the amount of path coefficient between organizational commitment and employee loyalty was 0.56. Therefore, there is a relationship between organizational culture and the flexibility of working hours on employee loyalty with the mediating role of organizational commitment. Manuscript profile

        Introduction & Objective: This study aimed Analyzing the relationship between organizational culture dimensions and comprehensive quality management components among staff of the Urmia University. Research method: Using a descriptive-correlational research method, 200 employees were randomly selected according to the faculty of the place of service, proportional to the size of each college. For collecting the data, a standard questionnaire on universal quality management based on Malcolm Baldrige and a standard organizational culture questionnaire based on the Denison and Spectorizer model were used. To determine the reliability of the Cronbach's alpha coefficient in a preliminary study on a sample of 30, the total quality management questionnaire (α = 0.813) and organizational culture questionnaire (α = 0.882) were obtained. Results: The research data were analyzed based on the hypotheses of the research and analyzed using MANOVA analysis. The results indicate that: between organizational culture components (development culture, group, rational and hierarchical culture) with comprehensive quality management components (leadership, strategic planning, customer focus, information and analysis, human resource management and process management) has a positive and meaningful relationship. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the type of organizational culture affects the implementation and implementation of comprehensive quality management, therefore, in order to implement universal quality management in universities, its organizational culture should be examined and, if necessary, its cultural structure To take place.
