Extracting Resilience strategy map from the perspective of Islam in crisis management of organizations using the balanced scorecard approach and fuzzy DEMATEL technique

Abstract :
Purpose: Resilience as a strategy in crisis management of organizations, for this purpose, while using the lessons of Islam and Quranic teachings, as well as obtaining the opinion of experts, by extracting the map of resilience strategy from the perspective of Islam and also prioritizing Criteria, using the balanced scorecard approach and fuzzy DEMATEL technique, provide the grounds for growth and stability of the organization in crisis situations.Research Method: This research has been done with a qualitative approach, in terms of applied purpose and in terms of analytical-explanatory nature. In this research, 20 experts from the academic, industrial and academic community of the Quranic field have been used to collect their opinions on the dimensions extracted from the literature and the Delphi method.Methods: The resilience strategy map was extracted in crisis management and criteria prioritization was performed using a balanced scorecard and fuzz DEMATEL technique.Results: In the process of extracting resilience map from the Islamic point of view, having strategy and preparedness were recognized as the most effective factors for organizations 'readiness in crises. The extracted map can be a suitable framework for developing organizations' plans for crisis management.
