This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the indicators of intellectual capital in Ardabil University of Medical Sciences and explaining the status of intellectual capital indicators during the years 1992 to 1996. The research approach was quantitative. The statistical population of the study consisted of 500 people, including the presidents, vice presidents and employees of Ardabil University of Medical Sciences, and 220 individuals were selected via simple random sampling following the Karjesi and Morgan’s Table. In order to identify the indicators of the intellectual capital of the university, by using the expert opinions of the supervisors and advisors and in consultation with the experts working in different units of the university, a number of the most appropriate indicators of the intellectual capital based on reliable scientific sources were extracted according to the structure of the University of Medical Sciences Ardabil. In this regard, the questionnaire made by Mehralizadeh et al. (2013) was taken as a model. The findings showed the status of the human capital index (78.6% positive growth; 7.2% no growth; 14.2% negative growth); structural capital index (45.45% positive growth; 40.91% no growth; 13.64% negative growth) and relational capital index (10.0% positive growth; 80.0% no growth; 10.0% negative growth) during the time period. Thus, the human capital of the university has a better condition than the structural and relational capital. Manuscript profile

This qualitative study aims to investigate the knowledge sharing in Iranian schools. It is based on phenomenological approach. A total of 20 high school principals in Tehran were purposefully interviewed to the point of theoretical saturation. The data were analyzed without subjective manipulation. The data were analyzed through coding the content of the interviews via three stages of open, axial and selective coding. Finally, 10 open codes and axial codes including four categories (facilitating the use of knowledge organized by employees, submitting scheduled reports to stakeholders, having data warehouses and various forms for publication of knowledge, having numerous conferences, lectures and meetings in the field of publishing) were extracted. Each of these codes is an indicator and is thoroughly discussed in detail in the present study. The findings suggest that in order to achieve knowledge sharing, individuals who share their knowledge should be classified in different units in the organization and use changing techniques to achieve the desired goals. It must be remembered that culture will be transmitted in the structure of organization. Manuscript profile

This study aims to investigate the contextual factors in transmitting entrepreneurial beliefs to students at vocational schools in Guilan province. The research method was exploratory mixed-methods and examined the desired components qualitatively and quantitatively. The statistical population of the study in the qualitative section included 34 experts from the Bureau of Education 20 of whom were purposefully selected. The data were collected using semi-structured interviews. In the quantitative section, from the population of 251 principals and craftsmen, 148 were selected following Morgan’s Table and based on simple random sampling and responded to a questionnaire. To analyze the data in the qualitative section MaxQDA Software was used. In the quantitative section, structural equation modeling was employed through Smart PLS2.0. The findings of the study showed that mediating factors such as gender, age, social and entrepreneurial content, and field of study can be very effective in transmitting the entrepreneurial belief patterns to students. The results indicate that in entrepreneurial communities, the social content of the subject is important for individuals. Creating and strengthening entrepreneurial values, attitudes and behaviors, generally understood as business culture, is one of the main components of governments' approach to entrepreneurship development.
