One of the most important parts of the green supply chain management (GSCM) is the green supplier. The green supplier selection process has a vague nature. Therefore, specific approaches, such as fuzzy, are necessary during their evaluation. On the other hand, the choice of a coherent and integrated strategy is vital to achieve lean and green production. Accordingly, the present study aimed to select suppliers based on lean green production indicators by goal programming, fuzzy DEMATEL and quality performance expansion. The statistical population of this study consisted of personnel (managers, assistants and experts) with 16 managers and assistants and 46 experts. In this research, the Cochran formula (including error percentage of 5%) was used to determine the number of statistical samples. Accordingly, 53 experts from Pars Khodro Company participated as a sample (by simple random sampling method). In order to analyze the data, fuzzy DEMATEL methods, expansion of fuzzy performance quality and goal programming were used. According to the findings of the present study, continuous improvement to achieve lean green indicators is the main element of the production system at Pars Khodro Company. The important aspect of determining how much damage would be bestowed on the best supplier, so that it would be possible to determine the least amount of damage in sum, was reviewed in this section. In other words, the lowest possible losses are based on the suffering of the current losses, the supplier and in which level of losses it has the most optimal status. Manuscript profile

Managing supply chain operations in a reliable manner is a significant concern for decision-makers in competitive industries. In recent years consumers and legislation have been pushing companies to design their activities in such a way as to reduce negative environmental impacts more and more. It is therefore important to examine the optimization of total supply chain costs and environmental impacts together. However, because of the recycling of deteriorated products, the environmental impacts of deteriorating items are more significant than those of non-deteriorating ones. The subject of supply chain of deteriorating products, simultaneously considering costs and environment has gained attention in the academia and from the industry. Particularly for deteriorating and seasonal products, such as fresh produce, the issues of timely supply and disposal of the deteriorated products are of high concerns. The objective of this paper is to develop multi objective mathematical model and to propose a new replenishment policy in a centralized supply chain for deteriorating products. In this model, the manufacturer produces a new product and delivers it to a distant market, and then the distributor buys the product and sells it to the end consumers. This study presents a new mathematical model of the location-routing problem (LRP) of facilities in supply chain network (SCN) for deteriorating products through taking environmental considerations, cost, delivery time and customer satisfaction into account across the entire network and customer satisfaction. In order to solve the model, the combination of the two red deer algorithm (RDA) and annealing simulation (AS) was proposed. We then perform the network optimization in SCN and provide some managerial insights. Finally, more promising directions are suggested for future research. Manuscript profile

Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to optimize Cost & time in the three echelon supply chain (SC) network. This paper developed a linear programing (LP) model to consider economic data. Design/methodology/approach – The overall objective of the present study is to use high-quality raw materials, at the same time in post COVID 19 pandemic and the highest profitability is achieved. The model in the problem is solved using two metaheuristic algorithms, namely, Cuckoo and Genetic. Optimization of supply chain performance indicators in minimization of cost and time and maximization of sustainability indexes of the system. Findings – The differences found between the genetic algorithms (GAs) and the LP approaches can be explained by handling the constraints and their various logics. To deal with ambiguity in the reverse logistics network, a fuzzy approach has been applied. To solve the problem in large dimensions, meta-heuristic algorithms of Cuckoo and Genetic were employed by applying MATLAB software. In order to compare two optimization algorithms, a series of sample problems have been generated then the results of two algorithms were compared and superiority of each of them was discussed.
