Due to the importance of food industry in employment, value added and investment, it seems necessary to review the profitability and factors affecting the existence of strategic planning managers to achieve the goals of this industry. In this study, first, the factors affecting the existence of strategic planning were analyzed using a Probit model and propensity score matching approach. Then, the effect of strategic planning on profitability has been evaluated by estimating average treatment on the treated group. Required data were collected through interviews with 33 marketing managers of Mashhad food industry. A simple random sampling method was used to select the sample size. The results of the Probit model showed that attitude to staff reception, attitude to team participation and job stability of managers have a positive and significant effect on the probability of strategic planning. After matching, the difference in the mean between treatment and control groups was decreased for attitude to staff reception, attitude to team participation, job stability of managers and knowledge of managers about the importance of strategic planning. This paper tries to compare Islam and the West in the area of management process. It is a practical research carried out in 1394(2015) and a descriptive-survey in terms of method and nature which attempts to offer various aspects of Islam's impacts on management. The population of the investigation is 140 administrators and faculty members and 93 seminary leaders and students of Kermanshah city. Sampling was calculated by Cochran’s formula and the number of samples in the academic and seminary communities were selected as 103, and 75 individuals, respectively. Data collection instrument was a questionnaire of 38 items with 5 degree responses based on Likert scale. Its validity was approved by experts and its reliability proved to be 0.869 by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The information was analyzed by SPSS using the Mann-Whitney U test. The results show that the importance of management factors has also been presented in Islam and the West. The results suggest that management in Islam has fundamental differences with the management in the West in terms of effective characteristics of nature, foundation principles and objectives. They have different procedures in planning, organizing, leadership, decision-making, control and coordination as the main management factors. Furthermore, as the difference in methodology for planning and coordination components was minimal, it has been ignored and it is referred as similarity. The result of the library research is presented in a table applying the studies on the provided subject representing the differences among experts’ opinion about management in Islam and the West. One of the most important tools for calculating the performance of the decision making units (DMUs) is the quantitative and powerful Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) technique which uses the past inputs and outputs of DMUs. Inability to estimate performance, using of definite inputs and outputs and inappropriate distribution of weights to inputs and outputs are the weaknesses of DEA. While in the real world, the DMUs are faced with more random parameters. So, this paper presents a new model to predict efficiency of DMUs based on stochastic data envelopment analysis in fuzzy environment, in which by integrating the random effects of environmental factors on inputs and outputs to resolve the problems. Finally, this paper presents a real application of the proposed model in banking industry for predicting the efficiency of branches. The objective of present study is to investigate the effect of firm size merge with three main components, technological capacity, suppliers’ cooperation and customer-oriented in services organizations. The number of population are selected from experts and technicians service-oriented organizations, as important service-oriented organizations representing the number of banks and financial institutions. It is noteworthy that to get data, and distribute questionnaire between samples. To describe the data it has been used frequency tables and diagrams with central limit indexes. Using the software SPSS and Excel to normality and Kolmogorov –Smirnov test, firstly data and analytical findings, regression analysis has been done to determine the significance of hypotheses. The findings showed a significant relationship between all four variables. Regression model consists of three independent variables and a fit model so that dependent and independent variables could explain innovation standardized beta coefficient of the company , co- suppliers, customers , R & D capacity and a significance level of their technology shows. As a result that customer with a beta coefficient of 0.54 is the highest share in explaining innovation and firm size with a beta coefficient of 0.09 lowest share in explaining the importance of innovation. Due to importance of factors, it has been found that service-oriented medium and large organizations have better performance and stability. Finally, this paper provides a conceptual model and hopes that usefulness for managers to make appropriate strategic decisions. Manuscript profile

To collect data, standard questionnaires with appropriate and reliable reliability were used. The findings of the analysis showed that quantum management skills have a positive and significant effect on managers' attitude toward organizational change, organizational vigilance and job adjustment, and this effect is stable when the mediating variables of organizational vigilance and job adjustment are introduced into the equation. The significance of all paths was larger than 96/1. The results of Sable test confirmed the role of interpersonal organizational vigilance and job compatibility significantly.
