Abstract :

This research attempts to examine the role of senior executives participation in implementing civil projects with a dynamic approach in the Qazvin Municipality, in order to improve the management and performance of these companies. The purpose of this research was to investigate the role of senior executives in the implementation of development projects. For this purpose, a questionnaire was distributed among 20 senior managers in this organization. The data collected was analyzed using SmartPlus software. The results showed that the participation of senior executives did not directly affect the performance of the projects, but could indirectly affect the dynamic and operational capabilities of this function Improve the organization .This research attempts to examine the role of senior executives participation in implementing civil projects with a dynamic approach in the Qazvin Municipality, in order to improve the management and performance of these companies.
