Abstract :
In the new century, the main challenge of mankind is to find a sustainable way of producing, consuming and living. The prevention and control of environmental pollution of the industry can help to improve the production process, increase profitability (in the long run) and achieve global markets that have recently become sensitive to the environment. The purpose of this study was to identify and effect the initiatives on the performances of the green supply chain in the manufacturing industries (petrochemicals and petroleum refineries). The method of this research is applied in terms of the purpose and according to the method, a correlation study is carried out. Using the questionnaire and survey method, the required data are collected and a simple random sampling method has been used. The statistical population of this research consists of directors and experts of petrochemical industry and petroleum refinery of Shiraz (including 150 people). Data were analyzed using SPSS and LISREL software. Finally, according to the path analysis model, the results indicated that between internal pressure and external pressure of the green supply chain, internal pressure and green supply chain initiatives, external pressure and green supply chain initiatives, green supply chain initiatives and environmental performance, There is a meaningful relation between environmental performance and economic performance, environmental performance and operational performance, economic performance and operational performance, economic performance and organizational performance, but between green supply chain initiatives and economic performance, environmental performance and organizational performance, operational performance and performance Organizational relationship is not significant.
