This study identifies the factors affecting the blockchain maturity model in the framework of grounded theory to present a conceptual model with a qualitative approach and emphasize the blockchain ecosystem. For this purpose, First, the initial factors extracted through reviewing the research background; then, by conducting semi-structured interviews with 12 blockchain technology experts, the data were collected. The meanings and characteristics challenges of the blockchain maturity model presented in three stages of coding: identification, classification, and finally, were given the research model. The reliability of the interviews has confirmed by the reliability methods of Test-Retest and intra-subject agreement. The results of data analysis from interviews with experts show that the factors affecting the blockchain maturity model in the group of organizational stakeholders, factors such as managerial support, Organizational culture, education, and skilled Workforce in the organization comparing other factors have a higher priority. Moreover, in the group of non-organizational stakeholders, the stakeholder's impact, government role to creating legislation and liability, forming a consortium and the existence of specialized startups, the role of media to promote the achievements of mature organizations and usage of experiences of leading organizations is one of the essential factors. Classical data envelopment analysis models calculate the performance of decision-making units based on a common performance boundary and make no distinction between efficient units. In this study, the method of super-efficiency and cross-efficiency is used to rank the efficient branches of banks before the cooperation phase. Then, in the cooperation phase, each efficient branch is considered as a player and the subdivisions of the efficient branches are considered as a coalition, and the problem is examined using the method of cooperative game theory and Shaply value. In this study, the efficiency change variable shows the impact of each efficient branch in different alliances. From the total variable of efficiency change of efficient branches in each coalition, a characteristic function called profit from the coalition is introduced. The value of this characteristic function is determined for all possible alliances and Shaply value is introduced as the solution of this cooperative game and the ranking of efficient branches is presented in terms of cooperation. The resulting model is implemented on a case study and the ranks of efficient branches are compared in the super efficiency method and cross-efficiency (before cooperation) and Shaply value method (after cooperation). In the qualitative stage, 1 construction industry expert was selected based on snowball sampling method and to identify the main components and indices, questionnaire design and semi-structured interview model design and focus groups were discussed. Then the indices were identified and summarized in MAXQDA software by open and axial coding of the indices. Later on, the indices were approved by the experts finally using Delphi method, and the final framework of the model was formed using selective coding in the next stage. In the quantitative section, a questionnaire was developed using qualitative method results to validate the model, which had 64 indices and 11 components were distributed among 70 builders in Tehran and mass builders of the construction industry with family businesses active at international level and had entrepreneurship history. Data was analyzed using partial least squares regression (PLS). The most significant results were that the path coefficients between government support (0.242), effective strategy (0.223), competitive advantage (0.256) and market identification (0.497) with internationalization variables were confirmed at a significant level above 1.96.
