Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to determine the components of achieving sustainable competitive advantage through business intelligence. The method of this research is qualitative and the method of data collection is through library studies and interviews among business intelligence experts and interview data collection tools are semi-structured and exploratory. The sampling method was purposeful and selected from 14 experts, experts and managers related to the research topic in Tehran Oil Refining Company. Fuzzy clustering method has been used for data analysis. In this paper, the factors and components affecting the achievement of sustainable competitive advantage through business intelligence in the form of a conceptual model of research have been developed. The most important limitation in identifying as many variables as can help in the formation of competitive advantage with respect to business intelligence is the inadequacy of studies conducted in the formation of competitive advantage with respect to business intelligenc
