The statistical population of the study was the principals of public elementary schools in Tehran in the year of 2019. In two stages of sampling, samples were selected by quota and then purposive sampling methods. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. The interview continued until the process of exploration and data collection reached a theoretical saturation point after interviewing 14 people. The data were analyzed using content analysis method and open axial and selective coding steps. Two methods of verifying the interviewees and verifying an external expert were used to control the validity. To determine the reliability, two methods of reviewing the writings and also the method of recoding were used. The agreement in the coding homogeneity was calculated and the agreement coefficient was 86%. Findings showed that professional development for elementary school principals has 4 dimensions of knowledge, skills, attitude and ability and 9 components includes general management knowledge, specialized management knowledge, interactive skills, resource management skills, professional skills, personal desires, managerial attitude, physical and mental ability, and intellectual ability ,21 sub-components and 87 indicators. Then, 40 students with symptoms of attention deficit/impulsivity disorder according to DSM-V from 4 male and female schools were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Subjects were evaluated before and after local games intervention with teacher’s edition children symptom inventory-4. The data were analyzed with Pearson coefficient correlation and ANCOVA. Results showed that the effect of selected traditional games on reducing attention deficit and hyperactivity symptoms in children was significant (p<0.001). Therefore, traditional games could be exploited as an effective method of reducing the symptoms of children with attention deficit/hyperactivity disorders. Manuscript profile

The research method was quasi-experimental with pretest, posttest, control and follow up design. The statistical population consisted of 7-12 years-old elementary school students with attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder in Isfahan city in the school year of 1397-98 from which 48 subjects purposely selected based on entrance criteria and randomly assigned into virtual reality, neurofeedback and control groups (each 16 students). The SNAP-4 Parent Form (1981) was completed to measure students' attention deficit by their mothers. The virtual reality experiment group received 10 three-minute sessions of virtual reality software intervention and the neurofeedback experiment group received 30 neurofeedback sessions of 45 minutes each. The control group received no intervention. Then, post-test and after two months, follow-up measure were done. The results showed that virtual reality and neurofeedback are effective in improving attention, their effects are persistent in the follow-up phase, and the difference between the mean of the experimental and the control groups is significant (p <0.001). The obtained results show that virtual reality and neurofeedback are effective in improving the attention of affected students in both stages and the difference between virtual reality and neurofeedback groups is not significant (p <0.05).           Objective: This study investigated the effectiveness of neurofeedback training on creativity among primary school students in Tehran. Method: Some 60 students with an average IQ between 90 – 119 were chosen, using available method. All the students were assessed by equated Quantitative Electro Encephalograph (QEEG), and The Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (TTCT), then they were equated according to the gained grades and placed into two groups. One of the group was chosen as experimental accidentally and the other as control. In this experimental study, students received neurofeedback for 20 sessions while control group received no experiment. The reliability of the questionnaire using Cronbach’s alpha for the subcomponents was 0.61, 0.61, 0.67, 0.75 respectively. Data analysis was conducted through both descriptive and inferential statistics. For inferential statistics, independent t-test was run. Results: The results of the analysis demonstrated that life styles instruction had impact on the students’ creativity. The purpose of this quasi-experimental research was to determine the effect of religious education based on the content approach (p4c) on the differentiation of sixth grade male students. For this purpose, in a quasi-experimental design of pre-test-post-test type, two sixth grade classes were selected by cluster sampling and randomly divided into two experimental and control groups. Both groups answered their differentiation questionnaire (DSI) as a pre-test. Then the experimental group was exposed to 10 sessions of religious education based on the content approach (p4c), i.e. reflective content including philosophical themes (ontological, epistemological and value-oriented) suitable for Iranian Islamic children, and the control group did not receive any training. Then both groups responded to the post-test and the data was analyzed with the help of Spss24 software. The results of covariance analysis showed that religious education based on the content approach (p4c) is significant according to the differentiation test of the group effect (F = 12.39 and p = 0.030) and religious education based on the content approach (p4c) on the differentiation of the effect has it. In this study, the issue of educational inequalities is investigated in different educational areas through a case study at Dehloran`s elementary schools. The present study is a documentary study; the demographic data required for this study has been acquired by statistical data from the recent census of population and Housing as well as information regarding education (students, teachers and educational buildings) using the statistics provided by Dehloran education office. Then, the statistics were classified and adjusted in the researcher made information. To compare and rank the amount to which different areas and regions (rural or urban) benefit from elementary education, indicators and formulas for educational planning such as the index of region selection, Gini coefficient, Lorenz curve, and benefit levels chart were used. Moreover, in order to determine the educational inequalities, the data was analyzed using enrollment fees and the actual educational coverage, the ratio of students to teachers, utilization coefficient of educational spaces, and rates of the educational efficiency. The results of this study indicate that there is not a proper balance among different regions and areas (weather urban or rural) of Dehloran in terms of benefited educational opportunities. In terms of enrollment fees and educational coverage as well as access to elementary school teachers, urban areas as compared with rural areas and boys as compared with girls are at a higher level. Urban areas have more access to educational spaces compared to rural areas. As for the rates of educational efficiency, girls and urban areas are superior to boys and rural areas, respectively.  Manuscript profile
