Abstract :

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to develop and validate the performance evaluation tool for primary school principals. The applied research method was a combination of a sequential exploratory type. In this research, there were several statistical societies and a number of sampling methods: 1. The community of related resources and content, the targeted sampling method used in this community. 2. The community of education specialists, The purposeful sampling method was used. 3. The community of teachers and primary school principals was selected using a random stratified sampling method to select a sample of this society
