The purpose of this paper is to provide solutions for improving the professional competencies of teachers and determine their effectiveness. In this mixed method study, the strategies were extracted through the study of authoritative internal and external resources and the review of the views of the experts. They were classified in four categories based on "Teacher Education Curriculum Architecture in Iran". They were classified under four headings: Competencies related to subject knowledge, Competencies related to educational knowledge, Competencies related to subject-oriented training, and Competencies related to general knowledge. The views of some people of four groups including faculty members, teachers of teacher training students, outstanding teachers, student teachers about the status and priority of the effectiveness of the solutions were collected and analyzed. The average solution rates for all responses were the same in all cases (with the exception of two cases). These results show that there is a similarity (at least on the basis of statistical analysis), about the identified strategies, between the views of experts (university professors) and stakeholders (teachers and student teachers). This shows the alignment of the fields of "opinion" and "action" which makes it easier to plan the professional growth programs for teachers. Also, the "acquisition of competencies related to subject knowledge" strategies with the highest average of 84/15 have the highest ability and the "acquisition of competences in the subject-oriented training" with the average of 52/95 have the least ability. The purpose of this research is to identify the research competency required and appropriate for the second elementary period. In this research, the competencies were identified in five steps using the design approach or the creation of a base model (Bayam and Meyer's model). In the first step, 105 research competencies were extracted from the views of 24 prominent scholars and scholars. In the second step, 49 research competencies were obtained in semi-structured interviews with 14 expert and expert teachers. In the third step, Delphi technique was used to distinguish and categorize 154 research competencies. As a result of surveys conducted by 10 health and psychologists, 18 research competencies were identified in the second elementary school. Then for each competency, three levels of definition and functional attributes of each level were identified and experts determined the level corresponding to the second elementary level. In the fourth stage, the research competencies identified by six Kuwaiti Kappa coefficients of education and psychology were validated and in the final stage, the structural framework of the research competencies required and commensurate with the second elementary school was drawn up. These competencies, according to their nature, are divided into three categories, including technical and technical competencies (writing research questions, designing research, collecting information, analyzing data, summarizing and concluding, arranging and presenting reports, evaluating research), competence Personal and personality (curiosity, interest and motivation, effort and perseverance, success and failure, self-efficacy, communication and collaboration) and perceptual competence (decision-making, reasoning, prediction, comparison, thinking). In the recent years, the widespread interest in the relationship between emotional intelligence and performance has led to the development of a substantial body of literature. In spite of this ongoing attention, the subject of emotional intelligence and performance is still in a contradictory and controversial phase. Thus, a need remains for the development and testing of hypotheses relating the different dimensions of the emotional intelligence to performance. The goal of this research was to extend prior work on individual competencies and performance and investigate the possible relationship between academic staff members’ competencies (self awareness and self management) and their educational performance and to determine the role of their working life quality as an intervening variable. The results based on 930 questionnaire responses collected from 72 universities in a field study indicate that the extent of educational performance is positively and significantly associated with their self awareness and self management. Besides, the quality of the university working life interferes with the relationship between these variables.  Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effective factors in creating a competency model for principals for entrepreneurial schools. Its statistical population included school principals. The sample size was selected with Sample power 320 software. From the methodological point of view, the method used is quantitative, which has been done using two approaches of factor analysis. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that was designed and validated by the researcher based on the collective opinion of experts in the field and was selected. To obtain the validity of this questionnaire, in addition to content validity, the validity of the structure was obtained using the first stage confirmatory factor analysis. To determine the reliability of different sections, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, which was 0.86, which indicates the appropriateness of the research tool. SPSS23 and Smart PLS 2 software were used for statistical analysis of data. In order to identify the effective factors in creating a competency model for principals for entrepreneurial schools, type R factor analysis was used. The research results indicate that the fitted model of the research includes 13 components and factors (mission, vision, values, goals, communication network, organizational culture, personality traits, technical skills, human skills, perceptual skills, specialized competencies, Behavioral competencies (performance management) are effective in creating a model of principal competence for entrepreneurial schools. Also, the overall GOF index of the model fit was 0.534. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this study was to investiate the dimensions of competency of managers through research synthesis with emphasis on Islamic management. The study is qualitative and of synthesis research type. Population were comprised of all studies carried out on managers competency dimensions from databases between 2010 and 2022, totaling 140 articles, that were classified and screened through content analysis, of which 47 articles (8 external sources and 39 internal sources) that met the criteria of the research were selected by purposive sampling as a statistical sample and examined. In order to collect the required information, a checklist made by the researcher was used to report and record the information of the initial researches, which was collected by searching with different keywords related to the purpose of the research. Robert’s six-stage model of synthesis research was used to analyze the findings. The validity of the proposed framework was evaluated on the basis of four criteria: credibility, transferability, trustworthiness, and confirmability. The result of the inductive and compositional content analysis of the categories is the extraction of the conceptual framework of the manager's competency dimensions factors around 4 levels: Belief-value, individual, professional (vocational) and managerial.
