from the very late, and according to different reasons, poets have preferred to express their views, specifically in Gnosticism, indirectly or even symbolically. One of the methods of indirect expressing of these ideas is using the allegorical tales. In this kind of poetry, which is usually narrative, exploring the initial meaning of the poem is provided to decoding the story. In the late Persian literature the allegorical tales are ample. Yet, in the contemporary poetry they are sometime observed. Also, late allegorical tales are narrated in a very excellent language, while an example of allegorical tale in Farokhzad’s poetry: “one day Ali Said to his Mama” has folklore features. In this survey, a gnostic approach of the poem helps to decode the story. Although the poem is usually read according to a social approach even by the poet herself, based on the results, it has been cleared that it is possible to have a gnostic approach toward it, which is compatible with the poem’s structure and meaning. Ideas like worthlessness of this world, importance of desire, bravery, and gnostic love are concepts which are obtained through the gnostic approach. Manuscript profile

The mysterious tale of the Old Woman and the Kingdom of AlbArslan in Attar’s MosibatNameh(Tragic Tales in Persian) has a great capacity for various decoding readings. The tale of the Old Woman and Malek Shah can be studied based on Campbell’s theories. One of the appropriate methods for understanding the mysterious structure of this tale is Campbell’s archetype of the hero’s journey. The hero is evoked to another land and thus starts his journey. In the course of his journey through the world he loses the only property in his life and stands against Malek Shah in an audacious fight and urges him to return the righteous properties of the peasants and finally frightens him of passing the bridge and encountering the grandeur of God. Eventually when the hero attains his rights he prays to God that Malek Shah is forgiven so that he could achieve perfection and maturity. Malek Shah is changed in sleep and returns to his previous status while carrying the Elixir of Life with him so that he could impart it on peasants and friends. In these journeys the trudging hero sets foot on a dangerous journey by answering the call of the albino dean of the kingdom to save the peasants of Iran. After passing various stages of battle, the hero not only succeeds in his mission and gains material blessings, but also attains a kind of self-recognition and spiritual perfection that in addition to being the function of the hero is based on Campbell’s theories on “the hero’s journey” that leads to a change in his land through praying and obeisance to God and by asking for God’s help. The Pentad (Khamse) by Nezami is among the literary works that has been attractive for literary people. The poetical narrative of Haft Peikar is the fourth piece from the Pentad that includes adventurous tales. The theme of this piece is the tale of Bahram Gour from birth to death. One of the tales of the piece is the Good and Evil tale that illustrates Bahram Gour sitting on the dome seat on Thursday and storytelling by the king’s daughter of region VI. In this article, first comes the summary of the tale and then the structure of the tale is analyzed on the basis of Vladimir Propp’s morphological patterns. Propp believed that there are some rules governing all folk tales and after studying them and by correct formulization the structure is obtained. Beside presenting the features of the tale and explaining some elements, the author of the article tries to investigate the structure of the tale through dividing it into smaller structures based on the mentioned patterns and shows that Good and Evil tale is an educational-lyrical tale and one of the moral tales of Haft Peikar collection. "Rouh-Al-Arvah Fi Sharhe Asmae-Al-Maleko-Al-Fattah" is the oldest independent Persian oeuvre about describing the names of Allah which is writing by Shahaboddin Abolghasem Ahmadebne Abi Mozaffar Mansour Sam'ani. since Tallying has been one the important methods of authors for writing of theosophy books, Sam'ani also has used this method for interpreting the sacred names in Rouh-Al-Arvah. In this research, tales of mentioned book has been studied and since one practical methods of studding stories is structuring analysis of them, and Vladimir Propp, Russian researcher, is one of the first persons who has considered this kind of folktale analysis; Rouh-Al-Arvah tales have been studied in basis of the Morphology theory of Propp. By studding 100 stories of Russian fairies, he showed that the stories of fairies, unlike the seeming differences, have some kind of similarities in terms of different types of their characters and operations. He also found that the number of these operations are limited and have similar sequence. In this research by studding the ten theosophy tales of Rouh-Al-Arvah in basis of Propp Morphology model, capability of adaptation for this model studied about tales of this book and the result indicates that the structure of theosophy tales do not completely correspond with the Propp model; but by elimination of some functions like absence, pursuit, release, identify, disgrace, wedding And by adding the function of assistance will help and failure of hero to the Propp model, the theosophy tales of this book could be studied in basis of Propp Morphology theory and also extend it to other theosophy tales. Nowadays, technological and economic infrastructures are not the only competitive advantage of organizations. Having talented people can ensure the sustainable development and growth of organizations. The role of strategic talent management in government organizations in the development of employees' job skills is vital and essential, and without effective talent management in the organization, we will see a loss of organizational resources. Government agencies are generally at a very low level in terms of talent management due to the lack of a clear and competitive process. This is why designing a model that examines the factors affecting the talent management of employees is of great importance. In order to achieve this, this study has examined the talent management of employees in Iranian government organizations. The research method is qualitative and Delphi method. The present study, like any other research, is a library review of the relevant literature, and also the management of staff aptitude in order to classify and present the structure based on previous research. To review and answer the research question, an interview with a group of experts is conducted. They will be selected based on the method of judgmental sampling and snowball. The adequacy index of the number of interviews is the theoretical saturation based on which the researcher concludes that more interviews will not add more information to the current reserves of the interviews and finally the final qualitative model based on causal, strategic, intervening, contextual factors. And outcome were presented as final factors. Manuscript profile

Urartians expanded their kingdom in the area between Lakes Sevan, Van and Urmia for about three centuries from 9th century B.C. The bronze bracelet with Urartian inscription from Tul-e Talesh has been studied by the scholars as a proof of Urartian border expansion and their effects on the region or even as a looted object. This inscription is known to belong to Argišti I or Sarduri II. But the solder in the bracelet has been the cause of arguments and also distractions from other details. The inscription was written with two sorts of epigraphy and with no sufficient attention. Therefore the era when this inscription was written is hard to be determined. The inscription contains only two words as mar-giš-ti and uš-tú-ú. The second part is incomplete and could be uš-tú-ú-ni or uš-tú-ú-ri or uš-tú-ú-li. The author of this paper suggests that it was possible for this object to be moved from one site to another as an ancient tradition. It is also possible that the inscription was cut from another longer inscription and was made into a bracelet with adornments. The words in the beginning and the end of the inscription are incomplete and it is also possible that the metalworker cut the word Argišti for any reason and used another part (ni-še uš-tú-ú) with no attention or knowledge of Urartian grammar. Therefore, the translation is useless as there are two words of “Argišti” and “dedicate”. “ḫi” as a paternal sign could have possibly been hidden under the solder as well. The poor epigraphy of the inscription is the reason for the author not to accept the idea of the bracelet as a temple dedication. Manuscript profile

In line with the training of their employees and besides in-person training, hospitals attempt to present part of their training as a non-in person and often electronically, with the presumption they have from it. However, the problem is whether changing the presentation method can culminate in the effectiveness of training. particularly organizational training, whether the organizations and participants of the courses have turned to it merely because of having access to technology and attuning with information technology developments. The present research aimed to explain and analyze the dimensions and components of each dimension of talent-developing blended learning about the broadness of the talent development concept in learning topics. The present research is developmental in terms of purpose and has been formulated using Sandelowski and Barroso’s (2007) seven-step method. First, by using the meta-synthesis qualitative method and by screening, investigating, and coding 86 previous valid articles scientifically and systematically, the dimensions, components, and indices of the blended learning model for talent development were identified. Validity and reliability were approved via Glynn’s assessment tool, formal and content validity, inter-coder agreement, and kappa coefficient. The findings consist of the model’s dimensions, components, and indices. The five identified dimensions include specifying learning needs, learning campaign elements, learning proposal, content strategy, and facilitation model comprising 22 components and 76 indices. Bakhtiari myths are narrated in simple language and it appeared so close to Farsi language, which combined with local one. However, in expressing other aspects of public literature, ie, tongues and proverbs, myths and stories, the main source of narration is the dialect of the area in question. Bakhtiari tales have semantic and structural similarities to linguistic proximity and the legends of the central regions of Iran. Regarding a few changes to these myths, most of them can be converted to a potential source of material for most audiences even in other regions. Apart from the importance of collecting such stories in the field of anthropology, sociology, social history of ethnic groups, etc., in terms of language, the inclusion of syntax, vocabulary and type of pronunciation, they have great importance in the structure of the tales. It is possible to record the syntax, vocabulary and pronunciation of their syllables by preserving and recording the stories. Moreover, in a period, it tends to use the official language to help disappearing dialects; accordingly, in this research one of the local myths of Bakhtiari (Sparrow story) has been collected and translated into Persian accent. Then, considering the descriptive method and content analysis, the story elements in this story have been analyzed. Due to the disappearance of many dialects and the new ones, the purpose of the present research is to preserve the stories and dialect used among them. Manuscript profile

Two religious modernism movements were formed in Iran since the Persian Constitutional Revolution. Centering on “Tawhid” (oneness) and “reason” and referring to the Quran, one movement focused on religious reform through confronting different forms of polytheism and stamping out superstitions attributed to Islam and Sharia. On the other hand, another movement was formed that came to be known as religious intellectualism and reform. It stepped in a tangible and realistic path, which the society and the young generation needed, and distanced itself from abstract, philosophical, and “Kalami” notions cut off from concrete actual challenges. Ayatollah Taleghani and Mehdi Bazargan were the prominent pioneering figures in this school of thought. Taleghani was a follower of Grand Ayatollah Sheikh Naini and put forward a new form of Quranic studies in his modernist religious thought. Moreover, he suggested new models for the common and accepted religious and political notions, among which “shura” [consultation] was the most important with its highlighted position in the political and governance system. This descriptive-analytical study aimed to examine the relation between religion and politics in Taleghani’s thought through library research. The results indicated that in his view, religion possesses components that should be studied through a new perspective and used to challenge politics, particularly governance. Manuscript profile

The story of Chelgis is one of the most famous and well-known stories in folk literature. In the various narratives of the story, there are common elements such as the description of the character of Chelgis with repetitive characteristics, the theme of the hero's battle with the dragon, and the waterless and famine-stricken lands that give a symbolic and mythological aspect to the story. Using analytical-descriptive method, the purpose of this study is to identify the role and position of women in society in various narratives of the story of Chelgis mentioned in Iranian Legends and Fairy Tales Encyclopedia according to the mythic deep-structure of the story. Considering the history of matriarchy and worship of goddesses in Iran, the results of the research show that the character of Chelgis can be an embodiment of the goddess Anahita, the goddess of water, in Iranian beliefs and myths. Also, the companionship of mythological themes related to the actions of the main male and female characters in the continuous structure of the story indicates the emphasis on male actions and power, the delegation of female tasks to men, the passivity of female characters and the fixation of women's role as obedient spouses. On this basis, the story of Chelgis depicts the decline of matriarchal beliefs and the formation of patriarchal societies.  Manuscript profile

The present article, which has been written in a descriptive-analytical manner based on field studies in the field of popular literature, examines the oral and Kurdish tale "Shirzad Shirdil," which has not yet been fully documented, based on Joseph Campbell's (1904-1987) theory of the hero's journey. It aligns the stages of the tale with this theory and also addresses some of its symbols. The importance of the present subject is due to the cultural-literary value of folk tales and the interdisciplinary position of Campbell's theory. The main question is: How and to what extent do the stages of this tale correspond to the hero's journey? The hypothesis is that although this tale does not have all the stages of Campbell's hero's journey, it has most of them. Based on the research findings, since Shirzad is accompanied by the older dimension of his existence – Malek-Ahmad - both dimensions must necessarily attain transcendence. Therefore, to complete the hero's journey, the repetition of a stage such as the meeting with the goddess, the passage through the belly of the whale, the ultimate boon, the apotheosis, and the master of two worlds is sometimes manifested. Additionally, this tale lacks the stages of the hero's refusal of return, the magical flight, and the rescue from without. Manuscript profile

Nihayat al-arab shares this narrative as well.  According to Saalebi’s narrative also Bahman marries Homay who bears him a child.  After Bahman’s death Homay assumes the throne.  Comparing Ferdowsi’s narrative of this tale with the other two sources show that all three narratives have common source.  On the other hand the difference in Shahnameh’s narrative with the other two texts goes back to the style of narration Ferdowsi adopts and the way he utilizes his sources.  Based on this research Ferdowsi’s utilization of his source is a heterogeneous one.  By combining two narratives, Ferdowsi narrates the tale in a way which is more dramatic and capturing.  In fact Ferdowsi takes each event from a different source and in order to have a more coherent sequence of events he adds certain incidence to the tale. * . hamed 19s2003@yahoo.com Manuscript profile

Abstract A national character has such profound merit that for many access to these national models, had become the main sacred objective of their lives.  However in real life what personality type or role model is appropriate for our society?  Are there any such examples in the ancient Persian culture to introduce to the present generation?  Or should one resort to other cultures?  It is centuries that through its myths, Shahnameh of Ferdowsi as a national identity of Persian society, transmitted major part of ancient Persian cultural, religious, and national heritage to this day.  Attempt is made in this article to study the characteristic features of Shahnameh’s prominent heroes from the perspective of sociological and psychological aspect of personality.    Employing narrative analysis method, first the characteristic features of six main characters in the Tale of Zal and Roudabeh are determined. Abstract One of common grounds between literature and psychology is the concept of dreaming and its interpretation.  The most significant resemblance lies in their symbolic language.  In numerous literary and historical works of nations one comes across account of dreams that are realized and interpreted by dream interpreters.  Shahnameh as a singular literary work is no exception in this regard to an extent that this recurring feature can be considered as a motif.  Sometimes these dreams are fully realized, at times half come true and other times are totally symbolic.   Jung’s individual and collective unconscious arguments and traditional dream interpretation approach are applied to Siavash’s dream in Shahnameh in order to arrive at an interpretation so that it can be compared with the interpretation provided in the narrative tale.  The method of research in this article is analysis and comparison.  In traditional dream interpretation, every single symbol in the dream is interpreted according to the Persian and Islamic dream interpretation books, but in the Psychological dream analysis section first in view of Siavash’s life, personality and his temperaments and also in view of Jung’s free association method, the symbols in his dream are analyzed, then in the final part the structural similarities of this dream are compared with a certain ancient myth.   The result shows that irrespective of the approaches applied, the perfect juxtaposition of symbols in the dream are well in accordance with the natural trend of the tale in Shahnameh. The story of Goshtasb’s journey to the Roman Empire and his marriage with Katayun, a Byzantine princess in Shahnameh is one of the stories that is strongly continued its literary life in the oral culture of Iranians. What has been Ferdowsi’s source to narrate this story is not clearly known however in nearly all general history books written in Farsi after shahnameh this story is present. In this regard what exists today with variety of narrations among the Iranian ethnic groups is a story called Seapony and in the international tale-type index it is classified under type 314. Although there are minor differences with the Shahnameh narrative, this story has kept many of its structural and semantic characteristics. Since the most ancient international written narratives dates back to the twelfth century, Ferdowsi’s narrative takes precedence over them. Manuscript profile

Structuralism is one of the methods of analyzing the text in the twentieth century which casts a general look over the work and examines the existing rules and patterns in text.  Grintser is a Russian theorist who had studied the structure of the epic tales originated from Asian civilizations. Employing documentary research method, the attempt is made in this article to analyze Bahmannameh based on the theory of Grintser and Greimas, and also to analyze the impact of evil and good thoughts on the structure of heroic tales in this work to answer the questions whether these tales have the structure of calenderic myths and whether the hero of these epics like the Goddess of fertility in mythological tales dies periodically only to return to life later.  According to the research done for this article, it seems that the hero in heroic tales of Bahmannameh has calenderic mythical structure according to the theory of Grinster and the narrative texture of this epic verse is under the influence of the everlasting battle between Good and evil.  This in turn had led to the emergence of apparent oppositions in characters and actions of the tale.     Keywords Structure, epic, heroic tales, Bahmannameh, Grinster.   Manuscript profile
