Governments need regular and codified plans to develop. Also,in the international system for better and more governments to cooperate with each other, the United Nations has developed and presented programs. For example, the 17th World Development Program is one of these measures that have been considered. In the meantime, what helps the faster and coordinated development of countries in line with international programs is an efficient foreign policy.Regarding the importance of foreign policy that regulates relations between countries,it should be said that foreign policy is always a reflection of the nature of the government; The level and depth of change in the foreign policy of the countries is directly related to the form of government system, decision making model, governing norms and principles and numerous environmental components that return the feedback of continuity and change into the system. The main goal of this article is to analyze the role of the 17th World Development Program and the foreign policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The main question raised is, what has been the foreign policy approach of the Islamic Republic of Iran for the 17th World Development Program? To answer this question, the descriptive-analytical method has been used, using the findings collected by the library method and internet sites. The results of the findings show that due to the fact that the issue of development is considered in the foreign policy programs of the Republic of Iran, but in line with the seventeen goals of global development, effective measures are not observed in the approach and behavior of the foreign policy. The state of poverty and underdevelopment of some provinces of the country such as Sistan and Baluchistan, environmental indicators in the country (problems of water shortage, drying up of wetlands and lakes) are examples of the lack of an effective approach in foreign policy. Relations between Iran and China have a long history. Their first communication took place through the old silk road, and today, with the new silk road plan by China and the 25-year comprehensive strategic cooperation document, the relations between the two countries have expanded to the level of strategic partnership. China has signed cooperation documents with many countries to implement the Belt and Road Initiative. Iran has also received special attention from Beijing due to its special geopolitical situation. Therefore, on April 7, 1400, a 25-year comprehensive strategic cooperation document was signed between the foreign ministers of Iran and China, which is supposed to be a road map for the future cooperation of the parties. The current research is an attempt to answer the question, what economic goals are pursued by the Islamic Republic of Iran and China through the 25-year comprehensive strategic cooperation document? The proposed hypothesis is that China's main goal in the aforementioned agreement is to diversify energy sources and ensure its security. On the other hand, the most important goal of the Islamic Republic of Iran is to get rid of the economic blockade by increasing trade exchanges with China under the conditions of economic sanctions. The method of the present research is descriptive-analytical and information gathering is also done by using written sources including books, articles, documents and internet data Manuscript profile

The lack of political development of society with existing potential is one of the socio-political issues of the Iranian society. Because, in spite of the capacities, potentials and capabilities of the society, our country did not have a proper process for political development. It seems that the social political climate of Iran has faced many challenges and obstacles in its political development from one hundred years ago. In the context of the lack of political development during the constitutional era, factors such as colonialism and imperialism and the alienation of foreigners in the external dimension and the inability and insufficiency of the political system and internal problems in the internal dimension can be pointed out. Iran, during the Constitutional Revolution, did not achieve political development due to lack of attention to internal and external realities, despite the vast wealth of oil during the years 1962 - 1979, especially late in this period. Because the development pattern of the country is more developed than developed according to the structures of the developed countries, rather than being tailored to the internal conditions. The present study aims to examine the position of the Supreme Leader in the structure of the Islamic Republic of Iran from the perspective of a nodal point. The research method is descriptive-analytical and is based on the hypothesis that leadership, as the main factor preserving the identity and unity of the nation, plays the role of the nodal point in the existing political structure. Ayatollah Khamenei, as the leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran, has a significant role in guiding the nation, regulating the relationships among the branches of government, and managing crises. In his capacity as a leader, with legal and supra-institutional authority, he has performed vital functions during the Islamic system's passage through crises over the past three decades. Considering the importance of the nodal point in creating a sense of integration that is identity-forming and identity-preserving, it appears that the leadership acts as a kind of junction, organizing a vast number of floating signifiers, that is, a multitude of ideological elements within a unified domain. Additionally, the Supreme Leader, in fulfilling the role of the nodal point and executing specific functions, has played a unique role in the political system of the Islamic Republic, creating synergy and unity of action among the branches of government and officials, and thereby contributing to stability, security, and progress. Referring to the legal structure of official and legal authorities in political systems is a question that can be answered by reflecting on the philosophical-political thought of the separation of powers and also by analyzing the text of the constitution of political systems. In the American presidential system, the president is considered as the embodiment of unity and has a clear superiority over other heads of state. Also, extraordinary power has been given to the president in the following matters: implementing laws and monitoring their good implementation, directing the country's foreign policy and commanding the armed forces. This is despite the fact that in Iran's legal system, according to the requirements of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the position of leadership is the highest official and political position of the Constitution. Abstract Women like men are entitled to fundamental social, cultural, economic and political rights, but the question that these rights and their bases are different in Islam and West is a debatable issue and is worth study and scrutiny. The main question raised by the present paper is "what is the impact of women’s right on the United States foreign policy vis-à-vis Islamic Republic of Iran"? The underlying hypothesis is that women’s rights has affected the United States foreign policy against Islamic Republic of Iran and it is one of the key factors for continuation of hostility and imposing pressure by the United States against the Islamic Republic of Iran. Although there are conventions and rules in the West with slogans like equality and women’s right and responsibility of women is the Islamic Republic of Iran on the basis of gender justice, taking into consideration the ability of women their share and role in decision-making and politics is still low. This can be an excuse for the United States to exert pressure against the Islamic Republic of Iran. The research method used in the paper is descriptive-analytical and historical, using library tool.
